The staff was extremely rude online it said pet friendly but they are not pet friendly an won't even entertain the thought of having an animal for the night but one of the staff members that lives there full time has a full grown husky an they have dog calenders in the office hotel room door wouldn't fully close or lock could see the out all the way around the door frame an lock no hot water for the entire 4 day stay no clean towels only one towel on check in covered in stains burn holes in blankets an sheets bathtub wouldn't drain neither would sink when asked to fix maintenance man blamed it on us for using the sink an washing dishes mind you we don't have any dishes with us doesn't fix the issue but says it's fixed when asked about the towels for the 3rd time maintenance man said he could bring them the next day cause it would be easier then comes back 3 hours later while I'm at work (I work from home) tries to forcefully push his way into my room to fixed the sink again since he didn't fix it the first time? I refused service as I was working on a private line with my two minor children in the room I didn't receive any towels for the remaining two days of my stay or fresh sheets holes in the walls I could hear the guest next to us as our beds where on the same wall next to a conjoined door that you could see light shing through all the way around the door the place was disgusting an the place should be shut down an condemned unless your a drug dealer hiding from the cops or a hooker this is not the hotel for you

Location was close to where i needed to get to.
No toilet paper in the room. I had to ask for some. Parking lot was getting repaved. Looked like the ghetto.

It was extremely dirty and there were little insects in the bed… we were itching for days… we left within 30 mins

Filthy on the outside; property unkept and dirty. Upon arrival to the property and driving around the parking lot we left the premises. Manager refused to reimburse us even though we did not stay.
There was nothing that we liked about the property and would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Was in bad location, room was horrible, and when we got back the 1st day they locked us out if our room stating we owed even though I booked for 2 and paid for 2. Had to show them my booking because they stated it was only for 1 day. Do not trust this motel.

It was nice for an old, really old motel. The motel was painted and kept up fairly well outside. Just old! The inside was neat and clean. Linens and towels were the whitest I have seen in along time. No breakfast, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer, ice, etc. It was clean and it was quiet

Not enough lights. Mattress is not comfortable. There was no water pitcher or glasses. Only one small garbage can. Walls thin. No ice

The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept in. When we took the blanket off, there was dirt and tobacco shavings in the sheets! The toilet was basically coming off from the floor and the smoke detector wasn’t even functioning. Staff could not find my reservation at first and I was told there was no rooms available. After about 10 minutes and a call, staff was finally able to somehow find my reservation? Will not be coming back to this place ever again or recommending it to anyone I know (unless they are my enemy!)

The room was dirty, hair everywhere. roaches crawling on walls, floors and on the nightstands. Bed had stains, they ended up moving me to another room and of course it had the same issue. Other people staying in other rooms had dogs, big dogs but didn’t want me to have my dog then took my deposit. The man who checked me in during the night was nice but the man who checked me out was rude and had terrible customer service.

I woke up to banging on my room door, and they were about to walk in claiming they didn't know there was someone in the room. Very concerning that there seemed to be no communication or between employees. My belongings were in the room, what If I wasn't there to let them know the room is occupied?

The price was a good value. I liked that there were 2 chairs available to sit on. Also liked there was only one bed to give us that extra bit of floor space.
That air-conditioning unit was in a closet like space, so that at night it would get too warm and uncomfortable sleeping. Cut myself earlier in day used washcloth to clean up the blood. Set washcloth on side of sink went to pick it up 20 min.or so later, and had like 75 tiny ants underneath washcloth. Have no idea where they came from.

Rooms need updated furnishings and more furniture. Entry door had a gaps around the door. The flooring had gaps between the pieces.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
I've never in my life stayed at such a filthy unmaintaned Hotel room. Missing window, bugs, rotten walls no TV rusty refrigerator and much more. Check out my photos. Drug dealers sitting in a small cove at my bathroom window 24 hours a day literally!
