Prime location, pet friendly unit that is part of a bungalow style two family house with 2 off-street dedicated parking spaces. This unit is two levels; the lower level has one private bedroom with a queen sized bed, large living area that is full of natural light, yet private and great for entertaining and has one full size sleeper. There is also a washer & dryer. The main level has a well stocked kitchen, bathroom, & access to a large deck. A loft ladder will take you up to a small loft with a full sized bed. The deck being right off the kitchen is great for grilling, dining, relaxing and entertaining, and has amazing sunset views. The unit is light, airy and new ac/heat splits on each level. There is also an outdoor hot/cold water shower shared by both units. On a quiet street that is only steps away from all you need in P-Town. You're close to the supermarket, galleries, restaurants, town beach, and so much more. Park the car and walk everywhere....This house is for you! Fun weekend, close to everything!

We really enjoyed our time! Location is great, close to the action of Commercial St., but far enough away that you are able to relax and find some quiet time when needed. Hosts were great at following up and communication. The outdoor space is great, and the back deck definitely was a great addition to the house,
We actually spent most of our time there. The layout of the interior does require a bit of up and down as the main living room and bedroom are down a spiral staircase while the bathroom is upstairs. The loft was surprisingly bigger than we thought, and while it was “open” it still allowed for privacy.

Amazing weekend in ptown. House is ideally located with a short walk to grocery store and commercial street. Despite the cold weather, plenty of space inside to comfortably relax with a book.

There were 4 of us for this trip and the accommodations were excellent. The loft sleeping area was not conducive for two of us to sleep in due to the claustrophobic tightness of the loft and access by the ladder. The couches however on the sub ground level where very comfortable for two of us to sleep. The sub ground living area was an excellent place, loved all the windows. We also took advantage of the deck and had additional friends over for cocktails before heading to a show and dinner. There were renters in the front half of the house that we only knew they were there because of the cars in the other driveway. Truly an excellent stay for the two nights.

This place is fantastic. So close to everything and the owners are the best! We truly found a place to call "home" in Ptown.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a quiet, clean, modern place. I spent most of my time on the (very) private deck, but had I wanted to there was a nice living room with a large TV and comfortable couches. Five minute walk to pizza or ice cream; ten minute walk to anywhere. Looking forward to my next visit.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a quiet, clean, modern place. Enjoyed our week very much; we spent most of our time on the large deck off the kitchen. The large and comfortable TV room was a bonus, as was the outdoor shower. The circular staircase and ladder to loft were workable for our group (we didn’t have a dog). Great communication with Michelle, the owner.

This property has a wonderful central location close to the heart of town yet you feel like you’re in a private quiet hideaway . Great owners , easy check in , wonderful outdoor space , very well equipped . Highly recommended

Property looked exactly as shown. The living room was much bigger than expected, which was nice because the bedrooms and the bathroom are definitely on the smaller side. Take note there are no traditional stairs - just as pictured the mounted ladder goes to the loft (which the kids loved) and the spiral staircase goes down to the bedroom, laundry, and living room. We loved having the private deck and the location was absolutely perfect. Excellent communication with the owner, all around a really wonderful stay for our family.

Perfect first visit to PTOWN
We had a wonderful stay at the bungalow. It’s in the perfect location! Just close enough to all the bars and restaurants and easy to go back and check on the pup, but far enough to be in the cutest neighborhood vibe. Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect location!
My family truly enjoyed our getaway staying at this rental! It was close enough to walk everywhere just as other reviews had mentioned. We had everything we needed during our stay as well as helpful information prior to our arrival. We loved the back deck for dinners and the fact that it was pet friendly! Would definitely recommend this property!

Great stay in accessible and quiet neighborhood
We had a great stay here with our dog Daisy. The location and neighborhood was new to us and was a great change of pace. Very quiet with birdsong every morning and night. Michelle was great to communicate with and we had a very nice and relaxing experience.

Great place, great location!
Although we only stayed here 2 nights it was just the place for us. Super cool loft space that my 5yr old loved to call his “clubhouse” and very cozy and quaint for our little family. It was within walking distance to town but you wouldn’t know it by the peace and quiet that it offers. Very clean and accommodating. Two thumbs up!!

Perfect Location - Cottage away from home!
The central location is ideal and so close to the action but JUST far enough away so it is quiet. The outdoor space is amazing. The amenities are great and having a full kitchen is awesome. The owners and manager are so kind and attentive. There is a ladder up to the loft level and a spiral staircase to the lower level living room. If you have mobility issues, this may be challenging for you. Can't wait to come back!

Best location, best patio
We spent 3 weeks at the Bungalow. It was the best location for us. The place is very quiet. The Commercial is just two blocks down and the Stop&Shop and Mac's are only a stone's throw. You park the car and you don't touch it before leaving. Check in and check out go smooth and Michele is easy to work with. If you like playing at Master Chef for vacation, you'll may be find the kitchen on the small side, but the large and private patio (a big plus) compensates abundantly for that, as do the restaurants in town.

Loved this rental! I was lucky enough to meet one of the owners Carol when checking in. She was super friendly and told me all about the property. The rental was perfect for the three of us staying there. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was perfect for hanging out. It really had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Plus it’s in the perfect walking location to all of town. I look forward to staying there again next year!

Enjoyed our Stay!
Such a cozy place, loved the Loft bedroom and outside patio. Quick walk to the center of town...perfect distance from the noise and craziness at night. Definitley on the smaller side so got a little cramped with 4 men but we were made aware of it before finalizing our booking.

Wonderful stay, great location
We stayed at this property for two weeks in August and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The space is comfortable and thoughtfully laid out and we lacked for nothing during our stay. Centrally located, it was easy to walk into town to enjoy restaurants, experience Carnivale, and sightsee and close enough to ride our bikes to the beautiful national seashore beaches. The house itself is well appointed and we took advantage of the grill and kitchen to cook many meals and enjoy the spacious and serene outdoor deck. It was a great spot to enjoy morning coffee, meals, or stargaze at night. Although only a couple blocks from the bustle of commercial street, it was incredibly quiet and felt private. All the amenities made our stay convenient and comfortable including the washer and dryer and AC, as well as onsite parking. Carol was easy to communicate with and incredibly responsive. We have been visiting the Truro/Ptown area for the past 15 years and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great little rental close to town
My husband and two of our friends stayed in the back unit of this property. House was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The deck was a lovely way to get some sun and relax after a long day at the beach. Especially loved the outdoor shower. One of the best parts about this property was how close it is to the center of commercial street. Also nice to be in such close proximity to the west end of town. Carol and Michelle were great to work with. They were easy to contact, and highly responsive to some needs we had during our stay. Certainly will recommend to friends!

WOW! WOW! WOW!
Wow, Wow, Wow was all we could say on arriving. Spotlessly kept, everything fresh and completely in order. Exactly as you want a rental to be. We know P-town well, were owners there ourselves (WestEnders) and had never stayed on the other side of Bradford before but this location was superb. In fact we were all amazed how much we liked this having stayed pretty much everywhere else in Ptown over decades. The light and fresh air were a delightful in the morning, then we could keep it cool as things heated up on summer days. The terrace is a substantial amenity -- doubles the space and is amazingly private with starry starry nights overhead for unwinding after a night on the town. Great closet and storage space, bathroom really pleasant and you have the privacy of a leafy tree just outside the window. An outstanding rental experience.

A slice of heaven.
I love Provincetown and I love this bungalow! What a perfect combination! Carol and Michele have created a little slice of heaven. This home away from home is filled with charm and every amenity you would need. I didn’t want for any of my usual creature comforts because they were there - the cozy living area on the first floor, the oh-SO-comfortable bed, the way-cool deck that provided complete privacy, and the proximity to everything. Take a left and you’re a 5 minute walk from a large grocery store and liquor store. Take a right and you’re a 5 minute walk from endless boutiques, restaurants and galleries. How perfect is that! This will be my go-to place during my get-aways to PTown. Can’t wait to come again! Thank you!

Open and Airy Bungalow
My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for Halloween Weekend. The neighborhood is peaceful but only steps away from Commercial St - an easy walk to all the action! The decor is darling, the kitchen is well stocked, and both levels boast fabulous natural light. From a sweet breakfast nook to a charming outdoor patio (perfect for entertaining!), this home is the essence of a bungalow. Carol and Michele were a joy to work with clearly took great strides to ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and we can't wait to return!
