it was close to the things I needed to do

the room was average at best, there were a number of families that lived there and there were kids running up and down hallways making noise, and there was a staff member who lived there as well and you could small marijuana coming from her room.

I Liked Everything From The Bed And Clean Linen To The Nice Size Television. Location Is Perfect Distance From Work.

I Didn't Like The Fact That I Spent Over $100 Per Night And My Toilet Wouldn't Flush And The Shower/Tub Wouldn't Drain So I Wasn't Able To Bathe. I Mentioned It To The Front Desk, They Offered To Send Someone To Fix The Issue. Someone Came But Nothing Was Fixed.

Very disappointing stay.

The bed was clean and comfortable.

The room was dirty. There was a black stain on the bottom of the bath tub. i was in the room about 1 minute before I saw a cockroach. I paid extra for a non-smoking room which smelled like stale cigarettes and pot. The complimentary wifi never worked. This was a completely unacceptible facility.

There could have been no roaches. The place was crawling with roaches. The toilet had pee in it. The tv didn’t work and no WiFi. It was advertised with breakfast however there was no breakfast

Drug Hotel

The only thing I liked was that the hotel was close to the venue I was going to.

What I didn't like. The hotel was very dirty, the room was dirty, had holes in the walls, cigarette burns in the bedspread, had to ask for towels they're not supplied. There were bodily fluids or something rather disgusting on the bedspread. Did not feel safe due to numerous long term stays hanging out in parking lot and outside rooms on second level balcony/walkway. No coffee pot, microwave in room or lobby. There was no continental breakfast like advertised, just coffee and it was cold, it was just a terrible experience. I will never stay there again very disappointed that booking.com recommends this facility. I am definitely going to consider all options before booking another hotel through booking.com I was very disappointed. We have been using booking.com for quite a few years and this was a huge disappointment. Will have to look for other options in the future.

Terrible

Nothing at all. If I could rate it a zero I definitely would. My reservation was canceled prior to me driving down to St. Pete without acknowledging me or informing me whatsoever.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and just book with the days inn by Wyndham via the ‘Booking’ app which is basically just the same hotel. However soon as I booked my reservation was declined and the money was taken out of my account.

I had to clean the bathroom tub, toilet, and sink. When we arrived. Swept and mopped the floor. Due to not being cleaned, the sheets were the only thing clean!! In the room. I killed about 10 cock roaches inside the rm. FYI, I have the pictures to prove this. Absolutely horrible!!!!!

everything the rooms are horrible I had to get switched to so many rooms because they wasn’t clean I mean literally not clean roaches all in the room and dead on the wall floor it was nasty no shower head for the stool wouldn’t flush door wouldn’t close so we could go somewhere and we came a very long way for a family reunion that we were very late for the meet and greet I really want half of my money back that’s how horrible it was.

I didn’t stay there

It would’ve been nice if I could’ve stayed there but I had several issues with getting into my room and they were gonna make me wait until four or 5 PM in the afternoon to check out check into my room that I had booked twice now and you took my money twice now so that means the first time you took 100 and the second time you took the one of the 250 some whatever it was dollars for me and I hadn’t stayed there I’m a loyal customer and I stay everywhere and I really don’t appreciate it and I would like to speak to a manager or somebody that’s high up so I can talk to them about my refund

I couldn’t even stay in that room that I booked for two or three days

You would be safer and more comfortable in a tent on the side of the road!

The only thing that I liked about this property was the location as it was close enough to the conference I was in town to attend.

This is a long list... 1. My room was filthy with dust, dirt, and grime everywhere. 2. The a/c was broken and made a terrible noise all night, plus the cover was broken around it, and you could see daylight around the profile allowing warm air into the room. 3. The main door to the room was so stiff I almost had to get a running start to open it and had to use all of my weight to close the door. 4. The door to the adjoining room would not lock, and I had to move furniture in front of it to even feel safe. 5. The biggest complaint is that I feel as though they tried to scam me. When I first checked in, the girl seemed confused as to what she was doing, and she managed to run my credit card three times. This caused my card to shut down for suspected fraudulent activity. However, the first swipe did clear and showed in my statement it was pending and would clear as soon as the hotel confirmed. That night the people in the room next to me were loud all night and kept me up, so when I was finished with meetings in the afternoon, I had a few hours before dinner to rest a little. Instead the hotel front desk called me and told me the room was not paid for and did not clear my bank, and that either I brought them a new card, or I had to leave. I opened my card app and saw that it had in fact cleared and could see the other swipe attempts, so I went up there to show them, and they kept telling me that no it did not clear and I either needed another card or to go. I explained I only carry one card and did not have another card, and only had cash. They said I could just pay cash for the room, which I did, and then called my bank on speaker phone to report the one cleared charge as fraud. Very quickly the owner came out and told me that he just checked and my room had cleared my card after all and offered me the cash back. That whole process felt like such a scam, I will be reporting this to whomever runs the franchising of Super 8. There way more. STAY AWAY!!!!
