Located in Quincy, this attractive house for R 5,268 per night is a great choice for your next break. Spacious private single family house sitting right by the beautiful Wollaston beach. Stunning Ocean and Boston Skyline views from the master bedroom and living/dinning/kitchen area. Steps to beach, restaurants (e.g. the Clam Box), parks, and children’s play ground. Great place to walk, to jog, picnic or just lay down to get a suntan. Open floor plan with newly renovated chief’s kitchen, new hardwood floor throughout the house and tasteful decorations. Easy access to Boston/places-of-interests: 9 mile to Downtown Boston via I-93; 1 mile to Wollaston Subway station with Red Line T to Boston, MIT and Harvard. Bus stop is one block away. Master bedroom: King bed + Private bathroom+suite with an extra twin bed; Bedroom 2: Queen bed; A spacious Office can be used as Bedroom 3: Queen bed; Private driveway parking of 4 cars.

Comfortable large home. Quirky but fun, centrally located with a short ride to Boston proper or south to Plymouth or Cape Cod.

The house was clean but not neat! Curtains were falling off rods and towels were thin and old. Sheets were clean and smelled good but bedrooms we sparse. Would not stay here again.

The location was great. We walked the beach, visited the park, and ate at the clam box. We enjoyed visiting the quarry, as well. The home does not seem to be kept up very well with cleaning and with general safety features (loose banisters, but most importantly faulty smoke/ carbon monoxide detectors). We had alarms go off on the first floor at 1am, which resulted in police and ambulance coming and waking and taking our 4 year old and 10 month old out of the house while it was checked out. The owner apologized and affirmed that these concerns will be rectified for future guests.

Able to park in driveway on property (room for 2 cars). They also have some beach chairs, highchair if needed, and a clothes drying rack. We felt at home. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this roomy house. I changed our reservation a couple of times and had some unique requests and the host was very accommodating. We had an activity at the nearby college which was three minutes away and the beach is right across the street. Water views through many windows on the first and second floors. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. Highly recommend.

We had a great couple of nights stay! Easy access to 93 and the airport and with Wollasten Beach right across the street, it was both convenient and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed how much room we had to spread out. The kids enjoyed walking on the beach collecting sea shells and just across the street is a playground. It’s much larger than it looks in photos.
The clam Box closes for winter at the end of October.

Just so anyone renting this property is aware, there are not 3 separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms, is only separated by a curtain, has no door. The other 2 bedrooms are private & have doors.

We had a wonderful time. The best part about the house is every room has its own AC my room was a nice cool 70 and mom's was a nice warm 78. We did have a couple of minor issues but they came and fixed them right away all you had to do was ask. The beach is right across the street. I do advice backing into the driveway. There is a little convenient store a block away and places to eat a block away across from the beach. Would definitely come back to this house.

Very convenient for an Uber to Fenway. Restaurants in neighborhood. House was clean and air conditioning was wonderful on a very hot weekend. Beach right across the street. Good sleeping arrangements. If I could make a suggestion. Please put a mat in the bathtub. My daughter in law and I almost fell in the tub. Surface was like ice!!!!

Inside cleanliness was great only complaint is that the downstairs bathroom shower didn't drain. The layout of the bedrooms was odd because you had to walk through Bedroom 2 to get to Bedroom 3. View from upstairs bedroom room was amazing!
Outside was a disappointment! The front and side of the house was over run with weeds over a foot tall. The patio furniture had holes in the wicker seating. A rusty rake was left on the patio. Tree limbs and depree were collected in the back lot.
Overall nice and clean, needs to improve shower drain, outside area, and a fresh coat of paint. Has a lot of potential!
