With neutral colors throughout you will enjoy this well appointed condo kitchen, and baths, carpets, vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. This unit is spacious, cozy, and warm. Location: This property is ideal for sports enthusiasts and families who love snow skiing, biking, hiking, swimming and fishing OR for guests who want to walk to town and shop and indulge in our finest restaurants. Ketchum city center is just a few blocks away - exquisite clothiers, five-star restaurants, and a great night life await you. Skiers: Enjoy an exclusive private locker at the bass of River Run chairlift or walk a thousand feet to enjoy a great hike up Bald Mountain. Sun Valley's 48-mile groomed bike/cross country ski trail is outside your door. Specifics: * Main floor master bedroom with queen-size bed w/attached full bath with tile counter top. * Upper bedroom consists of two twin beds that can be converted to one king bed with a remodeled bath with large glassed walk in shower. * Fully equipped kitchen offers alder wood and glass door cabinets, mood lighting, and is open to the living room. The kitchen has wood flooring and the living room has new carpeting. Dining table seats six comfortably. * Living room with sofa and two chairs, wood burning cozy fireplace, 50" smart TV and DVR. * Outside storage is adjacent to front door for skis, fishing gear, etc. * Summer swimming in quiet secluded pool and fall/winter/spring enjoy the Jacuzzi. This place is great for 2 couples. The location is good for getting to the mountain or walking to town. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The location is perfectly situated between town and baldy. There was not a lot of snow but they made as much as they could and we still skied everyday. The condo was exactly as advertised and we would not hesitate to stay there again. We enjoyed the hot tub and the wood burning fireplace.

Everything about this property was great except for an unfortunate sewer smell in the master bathroom. There was some sort of odor eater device in there which was not able to mask the smell.

Visit my old stomping grounds 45 years ago. Condo was great. Visited old work area (Sawtooth National Recreation Area). Maintain the character of the Sawtooth National Recreation. Visited my old office where I worked. Revisited the Management plan we developed and found we did a great plan for the area.

The condo was spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We loved it! Very close to the ski lift and biking trail just out the back door. It was very well stocked for cooking and had a wonderful view!
Only wish we had booked it for a few more days, it was soooo relaxing!!!

We were in Sun Valley for work. It was nice to come back to a place where it was convenient to take take an evening walk before grillin our dinner out on the deck. Clean, comfortable and very convenient.

Great location - perfect for my family of four. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Rented bikes and rode along the river on the bike path nearby. Rode the gondola up the mountain which was within walking distance. Cozy, quiet place with pretty views of the mountain! We would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family of 3 to explore Ketchum and Sun Valley. Close to the restaurants and steps away from biking and hiking trails.
The unit was nicely stocked and our son enjoyed the pool each afternoon.

Stayed here with our two young children for a long ski weekend. Property was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and convenient location. Could walk to slopes. We chose to drive just for convenience with children. But easy to find parking both at property and ski slopes. Well equipped for all of our needs. Owner was very responsive to a couple questions we had. Definitely would stay again.

Property may be better than described. Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) were comfortable and room to spare when other friends came over for apres-ski and dinner.
Location to Baldy couldn't have been better (maybe a 5 minute walk or ski to lifts) and we could walk to town (~10 minutes).
The condo had everything we needed with plenty of towels, washer/dryer, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure is excellent. And you don't have to fight for parking at the complex.
Friendly neighbor as well.

Our party of four really enjoyed the condo. The location was excellent. It was so nice not to have to get in the car to go into town or to the River Run lodge. The condo was well equipped. The hot tub was not very hot, as in previous reviews, but was fixed on our last day there. Yeah for future renters. We definitely hope to be back again. Thanks for a great week.

Great location, easy to walk to ski lodge. Well stocked - nice kitchen. Hot tub-not quite hot enough to use on cold winter days was a bit of a disappointment. Beds comfy, but twin sheets don’t stay mattresses and there were no mattress pads. But overall great rental.

Everything about the property was perfect for our group of 4. The location with the bike path behind us, the well maintained pool, the close proximity to town, and the views, was amazing. The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked, clean and comfortable with plenty of individual private space for two couples with the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The nice washer/dryer was great too for our 8 night stay which included mountain biking each day. We were able to keep the condo cool with open windows and closing the curtains while gone during the day, and the fans and portable air conditioner in the master kept it very comfortable all night. We hope to be back to Ketchum if not next summer, the following and will definitely try and stay there again. Thanks!

Had a wonderful long weekend in Ketchum- the unit was very clean, well-stocked and the perfect size for our family of four. We visited in summer so I cannot speak to the ski amenities but having the bike trail just ten steps away was SO awesome! Bald Mountain trails were right outside our door - Walkable to downtown was also a huge bonus!

Place was in a great location to get to River Run as well as go downtown for dinner. Perfect for 2 couples or adults to stay. All the things you need for a great time.

Great Location for a Ski Weekend
We were amazed how quick of a walk it was to the gondola. The property is also a short walk to downtown. The area was spacious, comfortable, and very accommodating.

Comfortable, clean and quiet!
My husband and I stayed for a week in Ketchum. The condo was in a great location for what we like to do: walk on the bike path, and walk into town. We went to Ketchum to hike but due to the smoke and rain, we ended up spending more time in the condo. It's very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen had what we needed to make a few dinners. Thankfully, the AC unit in the master bedroom helped us stay cool!
