Excellent host and property. Very comfortable condo. The walk to the beach isn’t short but once their it is worth it as it is not an over crowded area. The pool is half a stones throw from the condo.

Wow what an awesome stay! Had a issue with figuring out the tv. I called Harry and he showed up in minutes. He was so nice and showed me how to work the tv. Just a great overall experience and would highly recommend them!

The apartment is great, has everything you need. Short walk to a beautiful private beach and a short drive to the historic district. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

We loved the property. Everything was clean, owners very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The only downside is walking down to the beach is like going through a maze. However don't let that stop you from renting.

We had a really fun weekend! We enjoyed walking on the beach at sunrise. St. Augustine is easily accessible and there are lots of fun activities available for all ages. The condo is very well equipped and very spacious - plenty of room for 7 adults and our large dog. The patio area is large and private. You can expect some road noise because of the proximity to A1A , but it wasn’t deafening and didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the outside area. Our only criticism is in regard to cleanliness. All area rugs and table linens needed to be washed, and even though the floor might have been swept, it had certainly not been mopped (which as a pet friendly condo should be done after each visitor). We chose to hand wash dishes and silverware before we used them, and there were items of clothing from previous visitors under the edge of the bed skirt. We expected much higher standards given the rather high cleaning fee, and did not expect to have to start laundry (per check out instructions) before leaving. But overall a great weekend!

Condo was very spacious and well stocked with all you need. We loved the area, and the pools. The walk to the beach is easy. This condo was perfect for pets- first floor with direct access to the grassy area. Beds were very comfortable! Condo was clean with plenty of extra towels and pillows. The drive to at Augustine is close and easy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

If you're in need of a spacious condo for an extended stay with your loved ones and pet, this is the perfect unit. Although not right on the beach, it is just a short walk to the water. This unit provides the best set up for your family pet to walk out of the lanai and enjoy some protected space. The covered parking is a plus. Proximity to beach restaurants and shopping is spot on.

my wife love the place as it was lay out and the colors the only thing i found was the pool was some what dirty other then that we enjoy the stay i rent it again

Patty was wonderful to work with and everything was as expected. While it is a bit of a walk to the beach, the pool is super close. Loved the privacy of the back porch. Easy parking for unloading / loading!

The property was clean and nice; however, it was advertised as a 1-minute walk to the beach and this is misleading.

Very nice place, perfect for my kids and they friends ( teenagers) we have a great time.

Failed to state that condo was right on A1A. Sound of traffic was deafening on the patio.

This is a nice condo to stay in. Patty is so kind and so nice to work with. Although, It did take me by surprise that the towels and sheets needed to be washed.

Really nice condo, tons of space. Great location, close to just about everything.
