Entering the cottage you will find a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating for four as well as the dining area which seats eight. You will also find the first of the four bedrooms, a queen bedroom with a private full bath. Upstairs, you will find the master king bedroom with a private full bath and another queen bedroom that shares a hall bath with a bedroom that has three sets of bunk beds. Also on this floor is new bonus bunk room that sleeps and additional two.There is also an open balcony deck, an outdoor shower, a pole-mounted grill and a welcoming porch swing. * 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there on Spring Break. The location is perfect! You can walk to Seaside Square & beach. The bunk room is great for 6 kids. The bathroom shared by the bunk room & queen room is small but it worked. The den is spacious and the dining table seats 8.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent Thanksgiving week in this very comfortable home and had an amazing time. The location is fantastic, an easy walk to everything. Plenty of sleeping space and comfortable beds. The kitchen is a little small but totally adequate for our needs, including preparing a small Thanksgiving meal. It really felt like home for us and I'd happily stay in Teacher's Lounge again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super nice home but needs work. Hot water heater will only allow for 16 mins of hot showers- SUPER inconvenient for our small party of 5...can't imagine if we actually had 14. Ice maker did not work. WiFi was unreliable and spotty. House was definitely not clean (even if we weren't expecting COVID standards). Several bathroom outlets were not operable. So many personal photos and knick-knacks around, we constantly worried about touching and moving all the personal items. Owners personal golf cart took up a large part of the potential parking space. HOC was responsive and helpful but the house is just not up to our usual standards.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was so peaceful. My wife and I stayed in the first floor bedroom and enjoyed morning coffee on the attached screened porch. The kids were in the upstairs bedrooms with plenty of room. The girls loved swinging on the hammock. My son ran the trail out the back door, that led to the nature preserve and around the beautiful lake. We played volleyball and kickball every evening in the nearby park. And of course the short walk to the beach meant lots of time sunbathing and body surfing. We loved the house. And highly recommend it. It was perfect in every way.

Teachers Lounge was a perfect vacation spot for our family. The house has plenty of room, lots of natural light, and a peaceful atmosphere. Convenient to the beach and park, our family had loads of fun playing sand volleyball, kickball at the park and sunning at the beach. Love this house. I highly recommend it.
