Beach chairs set up for you every morning and brought back to the seawall every evening for free. Umbrella rental service among other things is available right on the beach. Saturday to Saturday rental only. New Sliding glass doors installed May 2020. All trim work newly painted and caulking throughout. New AC May 2021, new refrigerator June 2021, new family room tv Aug. 2021 Crescent Arm completely remodeled condo on sixth floor in South building with a gulf view from side of lanai. Keyless entry. Unit 605 South. I also own/rent 604S next door (#9467797) which is great for family/friend reunions! 25 steps to the quiet, sugar sand private beach with chairs provided for relaxation. Free Secured Wi-Fi. Computer desk in guest bedroom. Beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella available for use. DVD movies, games and books to borrow. Everything you need to relax and enjoy is provided. Pack your lotion, clothes and sunglasses and sit back and enjoy! Granite counter tops in kitchen and guest bathroom. Also, beautiful glass back splash in kitchen. Bamboo floors throughout unit. Decorated in a tropical Tommy Bahama décor and immaculately clean. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private door to the lanai. Large flat screen TV in the family room with DVD player and movies provided and door to relaxing lanai. Heated pool. New coin laundry facilities right outside of unit. Siesta Breeze trolley will take you up and down the key for free! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants or stores. Daiquiri Deck on Stickney Point within walking distance. Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Rays and Bucs are only one hour away. Disney is two hours away. The Atlanta Braves new spring training in North Port is only 35 minutes away. Spring training games are in Sarasota, Tampa and Ft. Myers, no further than a one-hour drive! Many cultural attractions are available: Ringling Museum, the theater, Marie Selby Gardens and the Mote Aquarium to name a few. Two grills are available for your outdoor cooking needs. Lanai has a side Gulf View with couch, two chairs and 3 side tables for a relaxing nap, reading a book or having a drink to unwind after a day at the beach. Beautiful breeze!!

Everything about our stay was amazing and the property was described to a T! Traveling with four kids (one infant) we had plenty of space/amenities and the property is right on the beach. We never had to use our car the entire week as the trolley stops right outside the condo, which was so convenient. So many places including a grocery store also within walking distance. The heated pool was the warmest pool we’ve ever swam in in December. Karen was so helpful if we needed any tips. To top it off the beach is beautiful!

First family vaca in over 15 years with adult kids. Property was very nice. My only issue was we were not aware when we booked over a year ago that construction season is September thru December. The first few days were VERY LOUD both in our building and outside on the beach as other units were being remodeled. That’s no fault of the owner. The free shuttle to the Village is great! The white powdery beach was still recovering from the hurricane the week before which impacted the water too. But that’s September travel. Would definitely return to this unit but in the spring.

The condo was nice. But the comforters and floors were sandy when we arrived. The owner reaches out but I was a little overwhelmed by how many times she sent cleaning instructions for when we were leaving.

We had a fabulous stay in this condo! Everything was exactly as pictured and then some. Linens/towels, and furniture were all of high quality. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. Access to the beach was incredible. We loved eating our breakfast on the lanai each morning, watching the surf.
We would love the opportunity to rent this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay at Karen’s condo. Everything was just as described. The location was great for being able to be at the beach any time of the day. Siesta Key truly has the best beach! The condo was clean and the kitchen had all that we needed for making meals. There were loads of sand toys which was great as we had little ones with us. We also enjoyed the pool. Karen was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We would love to stay in Karen’s condo again!

This well appointed condo was perfect for my adult family of 5. We never felt crowded. The location was perfect! The beach & sunsets were gorgeous! Would DEFINITELY recommend staying here - and hope I’m blessed to stay here again!!!! Thanks for opening your beach paradise for us!!!

This condo was fantastic! It was well stocked with many items. Karen was a great host and took time out of her Thanksgiving to answer some questions and provide restaurant recommendations for a Thanksgiving meal. My family will be returning next year!

If we weren’t sitting on the beach, we were sitting on the lanai. Great wicker furniture to relax on. Everything you could need was there to make it easier. Bedroom on each side of condo giving everyone space. Private bath in each bedroom. The only down side were a lot of parties with loud music several of the nights.

Perfect location!
Spot on description of this property by owner and location was perfect. Beautiful white sands and crystal blue waters. Restaurants within walking distance or take the shuttles to The Village for more restaurants and shopping. Several strip malls within short distance and even more restaurants. Owner, Karen was awesome with this unit and responded quickly when we had questions!

The condo had everything we needed. Check in /out process was simple. We are already planning on returning next summer. Siesta key is a wonderful place for all ages to come and relax.

The condo is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and it was great having two full bathrooms and a screened in lanai. The condo is well stocked with beach toys, a beach umbrella, and beach towels, and the condo association sets up lounge chairs on the beach every day. The two large drying racks were a nice touch and came in handy for hanging up wet suits and beach towels. The kitchen is also very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes and basic spices in the pantry. We enjoyed the nice selection of books and games in the entertainment cabinet! The location of the condo is close to restaurants and the private beach is a real plus!! The pool is on the opposite end of the complex but fairly close by. The only problem we had, which was out of anyone’s control, was that the elevator was out of service for the entire week that we were there. Since the unit is on the sixth floor, it was inconvenient having to walk up and down the five flights of stairs and forced us to plan our days around how many times we wanted to walk up and down the stairs. Aside from that, we enjoyed this rental and being right on the beach, watching the gorgeous sunsets and exploring Siesta Key!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed and more. My 3 year old granddaughter took a laundry basket of different sand toys to the beach every day. We were so close to the beach that we walked without shoes. You can see the water from the balcony - photos don’t do it justice. The laundry room was 2 doors down from the condo - very convenient.
The owner checked in to make sure we arrived safely and asked if there was anything we needed. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience!

We spent spring break at Siesta Key -- also our first time staying at this property. It was absolutely lovely to be just an "elevator ride away" from this wonderful beach. Really enjoyed the water and the shells. The spring break time of year is very busy everywhere, we enjoyed not having to sit in traffic to get to the beach. The pool was very nice also, when we didn't feel like being in the sand, we spent time at the pool. A covered parking spot meant our car didn't get too hot. The food stores are nearby and the kitchen has everything you may need in terms of tools/utensils, plenty of cups and plates. The balcony is a wonderful feature because it runs the length of the property and has plenty of seating spaces, in the mornings, it's one of my favorite places to be. Lots of beach towels, floaties, toys -- no need to bring your own. Do bring quarters for the washer ($2) and dryer ($1.75) -- office will make change too if needed, they are right next door to the elevators and there wasn't ever a 'line' to use them. We really liked the room decor, furniture is nice quality, mattress is comfortable. Overall, we loved spending the week here and would have loved to stay longer.

Girlfriend beach trip
We want to go back. The unit was very clean and the kitchen well appointed. Having beach chairs available at the beach was wonderful. We thought it was the best area of the beach.
Many great restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed the Spearfish Grill and Big Water Fish Market for dinner. Pizza n Brew has great pizza. Toasted Mango Cafe was wonderful for breakfast but we did wait awhile.

Right On Beach, Quiet end of Siesta Key within walking distance to Restaurants & bars
Karen was an excellent host, and communication was great. Everything was exactly as described. The property is on the beach, walk right out & path to sand. View is good (condo is on side of building, but has small view to beach). We loved that she had many books, movies, as well as some magazines to view. We watched 3 movies at night. Master bed was very comfy. Ceiling fans in all rooms, which is nice. We liked the shoe tray outside door to drop our sandy sandals at, to keep unit sand-free. Covered parking was greeat. Kitchen is WELL STOCKED with many amenities, including a slow cooker, it was nice to have a well stocked kitchen, and spices also helped. We liked that she had glass on top of every wooden surface, so you don't have to worry about stains, water, etc. Beach towels were HUGE and very nice to have for the beach/ocean days. Umbrella in "toy" closet was very useful, used it one day when it was very bright out, saved our skin! If you want to shell hunt, drive the short drive to Turtle Beach, south of condo, it was excellent for larger shells. We got 2 zip lock bags full in just 1 visit. Different beach, it has darker, coarser sand. We also took some chairs & experienced the Drum Circle sunday evening. It was fun, and quirky, good thing to do even if you have children. We just brought some wine & sit, sipped, and enjoyed the craziness & fun. It was nice to see everyone having a good time & enjoying everything. Gabbiano's in Siesta Key Village is an EXCELLENT choice for great, fresh Italian food. Turtles was also great. We will definitely be back, LOVED this location since it was quieter than staying in the village area. Roads are less crowded, and easily walkable. Karen truly delivers a GREAT vacation experience with her wonderful, well appointed, well stocked condo! Thank you so much.
