Harbor View Oasis ~ G37 at North Coast Village Relax in this nautical-themed retreat as you enjoy the sights and sounds of the waves, boats, and wildlife at the beach! Harbor View Oasis has been updated with gorgeous granite counter tops, new cabinets, appliances, and fireplace logs, all updated furnishings, accessories, and cookware. The corner location allows for extra windows to enhance the breathtaking views. The living area features a comfortable La-Z-Boy queen size memory foam sofa bed, and two cozy club chairs, as well as a stressless chair and ottoman. The bathrooms have also been updated! Three televisions and free high-speed internet are provided for your enjoyment and convenience. The primary retreat offers a king size bed, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twins, and a tub/shower combination. You're just steps from the sand, so grab the beach chairs and towels provided and head down to the ocean! Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for vacationers from around the world. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the Olympic sized heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Parties or events are not allowed at this property. The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9. This property was well maintained and nicely decorated with a Beach theme. Bathrooms were updated. The patio has a nice Harbor/Ocean view with table and chairs for your comfort. Kitchen was well stocked, and Beach gear was provided. We enjoyed the Beautiful grounds, and the close proximity to restaurants and walking areas. We will definitely return again.

This condo is in a perfect location, accessible through slider with no stairs, and on a single level. Furniture is very functional and works well for 4 adults. Table is large enough to invite friends for meals. Kitchen is well stocked with a variety of cooking tools. We bring a Keurig for making coffee. Be sure to bring your own condiments and spices, as well as ziplocs,foil,etc. The lawn area/front patio offer fabulous views of the ocean, estuary, harbor, and jetty. A quick walk and you are on sand at the ocean. The grounds are stunning and include a waterfall, koi pond, putting greens, water features, and beautiful landscaping. The view from this condo's front porch is a flowing stream over rocks and landscaping. The parking space is nearby and convenient. This unit is located next to the driveway to the parking garage, which may not be safe for those with small children. A short drive or walk away lies Oceanside Harbor with many restaurants and shops. There are many restaurants within driving distance. This is a very beautiful and peaceful vacation destination.

Clean. Close to the beach. Comfy beds. Quiet neighbors. Lovely management. Perfect amount of space for our family of 6. If they provided an extra (trundle) bed option we would continue to come back as our babies grow!

We were very comfortable. On the beach and still so close to the harbor, the pier, the train station for a quick trip to San Diego. Gardens and Koi Pool enchanting. Wish the spa had been Hot.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was beautiful and very clean. Close to the water and the Marina. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. We cooked most of our meal while we were there and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this unit. Thank you to Mimi, the property manager, for all your help!

This was a very nice and clean unit. Great location right in the grass (people do pass through right out the patio to get to their unit since this is an end unit on the grass ) no boogie boards/skim boards or sand toys are provided which was disappointing. We ended up bringing our own which was not ideal. You have to rent them from their company...we’ve stayed in many other units and toys/boogie boards are always provided. I’d stay in this unit again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Very comfortable 2 bedroom unit that was very roomy for 4 adults. Ground floor with path to beach off front grassy yard with patio table and chairs. Front entrance has a waterfall feature and all landscaping is gorgeous. The pool and koi pond is a short walk from from front side of condo. Ocean view from master bedroom, waterfall feom 2nd bedroom. Well stocked and clean unit with very usable furniture. Highly recommended.

Perfect ocean get-away!
This unit is amazing - one of the nicest at North Coast Village! Newly updated, clean and beautiful with nice views of the ocean and harbor. The kitchen is well-stocked with any supplies you need for cooking. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

Now we were here st the perfect time of year, so not having a central air unit was fine, the fans along with having the windows open was perfect, however if you need to have a really cold environment you might want to take this into account.
But for us the ocean breeze made it cool at night and it lent for the most amazing sleep! The amenities are great and easy to find on the property.

This space is perfect for a getaway! Right off the beach, beautiful sunset views. A short walk from the Harbor, and within walking distance to so many cool places.
Now we were here st the perfect time of year, so not having a central air unit was fine, the fans along with having the windows open was perfect, however if you need to have a really cold environment you might want to take this into account.
But for us the ocean breeze made it cool at night and it lent for the most amazing sleep! The amenities are great and easy to find on the property.

Pool looks amazing even though we did not use it. Walking distance to the Harbor and a little bit longer walk to the pier. A few items to consider: king size bed needs to be flipped or replaced because it is very uncomfortable. A hill in the middle and two valleys on each side and it feels like you’re going to roll off the bed. bed linens smell like bleach and was very annoying when trying to fall asleep. Cleaning could be improved. Sand and hair in guest bathtub and caked on sand/mud on bathroom floors. So not sure how often the place is mopped. reserved parking is very close. Cars drive by the condo to enter the parking garage so you may want to close your blinds. sliding screen door is a little difficult to open. Other than that everything inside the condo is very nice and we will definitely reserve this condo again. The pros definitely outweigh the cons!

April 2022 Stay
We loved our condo! Cupboards were empty enough to allow for storage of our own groceries etc. but still provided all necessary kitchen supplies. Everything was clean and updated. We are ready to book our return trip now! Only question was, are there any sand toys included in the unit?

This amazingly located property had beach views from the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Our kids loved having a pool and hot tub on the premises and exploring the beautiful grounds. The condo isn’t huge, but it was comfortable and made good use of the space. We would have loved if they had a few basics like coffee filters and salt/pepper, but otherwise it was just right for a family of four. Would recommend!

The view from the patio of the ocean and harbor was beautiful. It is on the corner next to the garage entrance so there are cars coming and going but not enough to bother us. The condo layout, with open living space, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms was a good for 4 adults and a toddler. The landscaping in the community is over the top with waterfalls, lots of greenery and flowers. A nice large pool too. Although the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with dishes, pots, and flatware, the frying pans are worn and losing coating and should be replaced. The knives are well stocked but dull. The kitchen faucet needs the be fixed or replaced because it is difficult to turn off and keep from dripping. There were plenty of towels but you only get a “starter set” of toilet paper and paper towels so you need to purchase some if staying more than a few days. Even though the master bedroom looks nice, the bed is very lumpy and hurt our backs. The TV in the master has 4 remotes but no directions so we could never tune anything in. The shelf where the equipment is mounted sticks out and one of us cut our head when picking something up from the floor near it. Overall it is a lovely condo in a great location but needs some TLC. We did enjoy the stay.
