The house has everything you need. The house is well maintained and was very clean when we arrived. Bedrooms are large and it was nice that there were so many master bedrooms. The views are incredible. You can watch the sunrise and the sunset from this house. Love this place!

Can't wait to return!!
We were a group of 18 and had a fantastic time. The house was clean and the layout was perfect. We loved sitting out on the third-floor porch and overlooking the 11th hole and sometimes our whole group would applaud a great shot and the golfers loved it. We could easily cook large meals, get to the beach or relax in the pool. We had a few problems with appliances, but the property manager was on it.

Kitchen needs some attention. Ice maker barely works. Stove fan broken. One unit on stove does not work. Kitchen floor grout needs a lot of cleaning and repair.

The golf club community is a well kept community and beautiful. The house is not beach front so it's very difficult to get to the beach with kids. We managed, but something to consider for families with kids. The house is spacious, and comfortable though. All of us were comfortable in the house. Unfortunately cleanliness is definitely a weak point. The house wasn't cleaned properly. Bathrooms were dirty and moldy. The AC vents in the house are filthy and disgusting. They probably haven't been cleaned in a long long time. The decks and outdoor tables and chairs were extremely dirty. We had to call and complain until they sent someone to power wash them for us. The pool also was not clean. The water was blurry and lots of debris in the pool. It took them a couple of days to come back and clean the pool. The kitchen floor was the worst. It is old, and gets dirty very easily. The owner needs to update the kitchen floor. So overall, our rating is very poor for cleanliness of the property. But a comfortable and spacious property.

The house was great with a layout perfect for our family. Some cleanliness issues could be addressed. High ceilings had many cobwebs and spiders. Outdoor upper deck furniture (table and chairs )were so covered with dead bugs that we didn't try to clean them but couldn't use them. many animal droppings in garage Location is perfect. We loved our stay at Sand Simeon, Currituck Club. The house is absolutely beautiful! The layout of the house is fantastic...the large, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, the screened-in porch, the decks, the pool area, the gaming areas, the elevator....it was all wonderful. The service was also excellent. Everyone at the office is very accommodating and attentive. Their service was very much appreciated.The house is somewhat of a distance from the beach, but the trolley service is good. We rented a six-person golf cart and used it for transportation in between the trolley service and it was a great idea. I would recommend doing that if you have a large group going back and forth to the beach.We all loved the house and would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous vacation at Sand Simeon!
We loved our stay at Sand Simeon, Currituck Club. The house is absolutely beautiful! The service was also excellent. Everyone at the office is very accommodating and attentive. Their service was very much appreciated.
The house is somewhat of a distance from the beach, but the trolley service is good. We rented a six-person golf cart and used it for transportation in between the trolley service and it was a great idea. I would recommend doing that if you have a large group going back and forth to the beach.

Amazing house in a beautiful club
Sixteen of us stayed at the beautiful Sand Simeon this week, and it is a wonderful home. There was plenty of room inside and out for relaxing and entertaining. The kids had a blast in the pool, which never felt crowded despite the number of people. The kitchen was very accommodating, although be aware there were a few items, like a griddle for pancakes, that surprisingly weren't there. Wasn't a big deal though!
The pluses were how comfortable the beds were (we all slept wonderfully!!); the extra refrigerators were awesome and the ice maker was a beast cranking out ice; the layout of the house is so well done, especially for those with kids; and the proximity to the house to the main pool and fitness center was nice.
I would have given this beautifully decorated house five stars, but there were several things that bothered me: none of the audio around the pool worked, despite a technician coming to take a look; there's no outdoor seating on the first or second floor balconies, which would have been a nice place to eat or sit out of the sun; and I was a little disappointed that the house didn't come with any extras like discounted golf, beach chairs or bikes. It also didn't come with a single roll of toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, which was annoying before we went shopping.
Overall, these are minor annoyances and seven days at this beautiful house were just what me and my family needed to have fun, relax and unwind.

New Englanders Fabulous vacation
This is one of the best houses we have rented in the area and we have been coming to OBX for 10 years now. The views from the top deck are fantastic, Kitchen area is designed very well. There was an added surprise with 5 new bikes to utilize during our stay. We are thinking on renting again:)

Our Stay at Sand Simeon
Sand Simeon is a beautiful home located in a very tranquil upscale gated community. It is perched on a hill which provides beautiful views all around - the ocean from the pool and deck side and the sound from the front porch and screen porch. The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay and the trolley picks you up at your driveway to go to the beach or other parts of the community. In addition, you have access to the fitness center, community pools, volleyball & basketball courts along with bocce ball and corn hole games. The home provides the perfect setting for a great vacation!!

The house was beautiful and in a great location. Only issues, no real sitting area on bottom floor to watch friends play pool or watch TV, couch would be nice. Also, bbq on 3rd level couldn't be used for 5 of 6 days due to wind. Wish there was more to pool area, small bar, etc. Lastly, lose sun over pool by 3:30pm . Understand, last cant be controlled :) just wanted to mention
