Seaview Haven is less than 100 feet from the beach, nestled in the beautiful Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This spacious and charming house offers the perfect blend of convenience, relaxation, and adventure for your next vacation. Step inside this comfortably furnished open-concept beach house and feel instantly at ease amidst the coastal-inspired decor. The house was exactly as pictured, maybe even better honestly. They had everything we needed and then some. It’s extremely close to the beach. The only small issue is the cable and internet wasnt working when we got there but the owners were quick to get someone out asap to fix it. Luckily we didn’t go to the beach to watch tv but it is nice to have late at night. If you run into that problem, make sure the plug in the kitchen (to the right of the sink) is completely pushed into the wall. Would stay again, location was great.

One of the absolute best VRBO properties & experiences we have ever had! My husband & I took our 3 teenagers (17, 17 & 14) and our well trained dog. The layout of the property was perfect for our family. With the main living area, kitchen & laundry along with Master Suite on the main level & the other two bedrooms (both with 2 queen beds) & a bathroom on the top floor. This layout allowed everyone to spend time together while also allowing privacy to all of us. We spent a lot of time on the spacious front porch enjoying the new Adirondack chairs! The property is directly across the street from direct beach access entrance. Plenty of private parking under the house & driveway. We also utilized the charcoal grill which was well maintained. Perfectly located for quick access to beach, shopping, restaurants, activities & safe routes to walk the dog. The property was immaculate & Rick was a model VRBO owner! Don’t look any further; STAY HERE!!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was really nice and very clean. It was absolutely perfect for our family and we loved how close it was to the beach! Can’t wait to stay there again!

Nice house in a great location. Close to grocery store, restaurants, shopping. We usually stay in an ocean front condo or house but needed a pet friendly rental with amenities that worked for our family. It was a short walk to the ocean with easy access across the street. This house was spacious with comfortable living room furniture, large bedrooms with tv in each room. The kitchen was organized with labels to let you know where everything was located. Keyless entry made it very easy checking in and out! It was nice having enough parking for three or more vehicles. Would stay at this house again!

There were 6 of us that stayed and we had an absolute blast! Just a short walk to the beach and the location was in close proximity to lots of attractions. The property itself was clean and there was plenty of room for us. If we are in the area again, I would absolutely stay here again!

This property was excellent! It had a very cozy feel to it and the kitchen was very well stocked. The location is great as it right across street from public beach access. We had a slight issue with a door and it was promptly taken care of. Overall this was a great place and great host!

Very close to the beach and Barefoot. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. The house was very clean and everything was labeled making it easy to find things. Plenty of storage and there was beach chairs / umbrellas etc. we would stay again.

The house was just as described. A 2 minute walk from the beach and 8 minute drive to great golf.

Doug was very responsive and great to deal with. My wife had the beach and shopping at Barefoot Landing. And I had fantastic Golf at Barefoot Resort.
Couldn’t be more convenient.
Loved sitting on the front porch and rocking in the evening.
I do want to say they do a great job controlling the bug population. We barely saw any flys, mosquitoes or any of the flying critters I usually see when visiting Myrtle Beach. Which made using the outdoor spaces of the home very pleasant.

Amazing Clean Beautiful
Six of us took a girls trip and we had a ball.

Great House Great Location
We stayed in this house for a week over July 4th and had a great time. House is so well stocked. I could have left several items at home. The location to the beach is a short and easy walk. Owner was very responsive prior to arrival and we had no issues to comunicate about once we arrived. My favorte part of the house is the porch! Although, it does not face the ocean. It is a great place to sit and start the morning or wind "wine" down at the end of the day! And Bonus * The porch makes the perfect spot to take in the annual 4th of July parade! Overall, this home was better than we expected.

Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds/pillows, and a lot of gear for the beach too! The beach access is SO close and a very short walk, which was very helpful when trying to herd three meandering children each day. :) It's a short drive to Myrtle Beach if you want to explore there; however, after experiencing both I am so thankful we booked this house in North Myrtle Beach instead. The beach is absolutely perfect -- we all loved the tidal pools that we could swim in at the beach to take a break from the waves and we found it to be a more relaxing environment.
There are a lot of good restaurants nearby, many options for grocery shopping (although be prepared for crazy busy stores if you go Saturday afternoon/evening as everyone who is renting a home in the area for the week has the same idea), and even an ice cream truck that stopped at the house to the delight of us all! We also really enjoyed the very short drive to Barefoot Landing, which definitely attracts quite a few people, but with options for live music, gated playgrounds (with a beer vendor right outside for the adults . . ) , shopping, food, etc. it had something for everyone.
For any future families staying at the house -- we did donate an umbrella stroller to the gear available in the little storage unit downstairs with beach gear. In case it helps lessen the amount of items you are hauling.
The property manager was extremely responsive when we had a few questions and was very proactive about communicating our check in information. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We would absolutely come back.
