Welcome to Penthouse Paradise, one of the most desirable condos at the fantastic Vista Cay Resort. This luxury condo offers everything you want in a vacation rental, and you simply cannot beat the view of the beautiful clubhouse and blue Lake Cay. The condo is right next to the clubhouse, which has everything you want in a resort including gym, spa, pool, internet cafe and more. The living area in Penthouse Paradise boasts plush leather seating and a 32-inch HDTV, perfect for relaxing or movie night. Prepare meals and snacks in the fully-furnished kitchen, and eat together in the dining area, with seating for six guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and an adjoining private bath, with large walk-in shower. The master suite also has its own 20-inch flat screen TV. The second bedroom is for quiet relaxation with a queen bed and adjoining bath, and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds and a 20-inch flat screen TV. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates any extra guests, making Penthouse Paradise able to accommodate up to eight guests very comfortably. Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

Fantastic!
Loved the condo! Very clean and comfortable. Close to pool and clubhouse. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Limited items to work with
We have been renting condos in FL for over 30 years during the winter. This is the worse equipped one we have been to.
The kitchen had limited items to cook with: no pan to cook roast or brownies in, no bowl to make salad in, only one beater on mixer worked, had to buy new frying pan as the one provided had all the Teflon worn off (not healthy). We purchased many things at the Dollar Store. Not a great place if you want to cook meals. The HVAC system is very loud. The washing machine stopped working week one and we ended up washing clothes by hand as it was too hard to go to another facility for medical reasons with one in our group. The new machine came at day 19 of our 21 day stay. On arrival, the code we were given did not work as we stood outside in the wind tunnel on the coldest day in Florida trying to get in.
The pros: Close to pool; however, also close to the noise of the pool at 11:00 p.m. We were in contact with the rental agency that manages the condo daily about the washer. I talked with a woman from Texas and emailed her the rest of the time. They responded quickly and did compensate us for our inconvenience and give us fresh towels halfway through stay (at my request.) Beds were comfortable. If you are coming for convention and don't want to cook, this is a great condo.

2 day stay
Last minute trip with family. Kids ages 9 and 14. Clean condo, right next to clubhouse/pool. We did find ants in one bedroom and reported to owner. Would recommend to friends.

The place is great the only bad thing was the check in , the code doesn't work , no body help there , the phone number i called the ask for information but they do nothing , my secretary in Miami send email to vrbo and she answer fast and give me another code . thank for that .

Ant issues!
There was a ant issues in the 3rd bedroom and that guest had to sleep on the couch in the living room. Her suitcase and clothes bag that was on the floor in the bedroom where the ant issue was were covered in ants. There was no food in the rooms at all so we were surprised by this issue. This made the whole experience drop to a one star. Everything else was stellar but the ant issue made us lose a room and doesn’t make it worth our money. We reached out and was only told, a manager will call us. Very disappointed in this issue. I believe I deserve more attention on this matter.

Great Place to Stay!
The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a shady balcony that was a pleasure to sit on at any time a day. I highly recommend this apartment and did not find it had the flaws that previous reviews had indicated. I used the internet repeatedly for work, and I found no problem at all with access. (Use the apartment internet with the password supplied on the sheet posted in the kitchen. Using this, the internet was perfect.)

Out family of four enjoyed our get away to Orlando. We found the condo to be spacious and had all the items we needed for a great stay. The location to the pool, walking trail and basketball court was perfect for us. The only down fall is the loud/squeaky dryer. We just made sure to run it while we were out of the condo

No Wifi the entire time. The Customer service when I told them about it did as little as possible to rectify the situation. I missed out on some quality time with my family because of the wifi. We wanted to watch a movie together and could not do so. I would not rent again from Casiola or Vrbo ever again and I will let everyone I know that you do not consider customers problems as your own.

An experienced to remember.
My stay at the Casiola Penthouse were enjoyable one but I must say that there were two concerns one the safety for renters which were in the master bath where a heavy mirror were hung over the toilet was only secure with one tack on a durock wall fell, luckily no one were in the bathroom at the time but a quick response from the maintenance department who had to replace the toilet and the other were the wifi which lasted properly 3hrs after resetting it every day. But overall the place were cleaned had a good view from the balcony. If those problems were fixed I'll have no problem renting the penthouse.

Plenty of room
We were traveling in town with our kids for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. It was a very convenient location to everything we needed. The condo had plenty of room for us to comfortable and the amenities were awesome. Very family friendly.

Our air conditioner didn’t work for 3 days. Luckily it wasn’t to hot out. Could use new furniture. It was very clean. Check in and out was very easy. I would go back again.
