About this house rental
This fun and family friendly home has been set up for a fabulous Sunriver Vacation. The home is light and bright and has room for the entire family to spend time either together, or separately. 11 Pine Mountain Lane is located in a perfect area, just a short .25 mile walk to the SHARC, or Fort Rock Park. It is close to Tennis Courts, Golf and the Sunriver Village Mall where you will find shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The home is 2-level with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a King Master Suite, a second King Master Suite and a third bedroom with a King Bed and bathroom in the hall. The living room, dining room and kitchen are also located upstairs. Downstairs is a basement with a 4th bedroom with a double/twin bunk and an additional twin bed. There is another full bathroom in the basement, as well as a family room with wet bar and flat screen TV. There is also a foosball table downstairs in a separate game room. A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children. There are new TV's in each room. There are DVD players as well. The home has a gas fireplace in the living room for warmth and the furniture is newer and comfortable. The home also has a garage for your convenience. A private hot tub and deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors.A private hot tub and deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are 5 adult and 2 youth bikes to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver. (Please bring your own helmets) Fort Rock Park is just a 'hop skip and a jump' from the home. With our perfect location and fun filled home, we have an ideal set up for your family vacation. Pets allowed. This home has A/C! Sleeps 10 UPSTAIRS: - Kitchen/Living/Dining/Laundry areas - Bedroom 1- King Master/bath - Bedroom 2- King Master/bath - Bedroom 3- King bedroom - Shared hallway bath w/ bedroom 3 DOWNSTAIRS: - Bedroom 4- Bunk room Double on bottom/twin on top, additional twin bed - Full bathroom - Family room w/wet bar and TV - Game room w/foosball table We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled. Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

This place is so much better than the pictures show. Updated bedding, great location, lots of windows and a cozy main room with fireplace. Four full bathrooms helps any stay with adults.

House worked great for up 10 ten people. Bbq, hottub, wifi, gas fireplace, garage. Kitchen had enough utensil items for cooking all meals. 2 refrigerators. Lots of bikes and helmets. Not fancy but well equipped.

Comfortable and well supplied home. We enjoyed all the windows in the great room with views of trees. We also liked that master bedrooms and main living area were on the main floor. Having a mud room was really nice to, especially with a dog.

Our family, ranging from 5 to 66, had a great stay. Cleanest, best equipped rental I've been to. The kids really enjoyed having their own space downstairs. Location is near SHARC and a short walk or bike to a playground. Would definitely book again.

This house really fit the bill for our 6 adult 4 kid family.The three upstairs king bedrooms were just right. The living area had plenty of eating options inside and out. The downstairs was a great kid haven. It was very clean and nice without being so fancy that we couldn't put our feet up.
It just needs a new coffee maker.

Great place. Location was perfect distance to pickle ball courts and Sharc Center. The wild fire smoke was only drawback.

This house was in great location, easy access to the village area and SHARC. It worked well for our family of 6 adults and 1 dog. The downstairs has multiple sleeping areas with twins and bunk bed, plus a small refrigerator and microwave, suitable for an entire small family or children. Would especially be good if there are several young adults/teens giving them their own space.
A few suggestions would improve the space: better overhead lighting and lighting in general, more counter space in the kitchen. A bigger refrigerator with better ice maker. We were lucky if we got 10 pieces of ice/day. The dryer was extremely slow, takes several cycles to get clothes dry. More bath towels would have been helpful. We barely had enough for one each, but had numerous hand towels.
The deck was great with wired enclosure which kept the dog in. Also it was a large comfortable space. BBQ grill worked well.
Kitchen was fairly well stocked, except there was only one frying pan and no sauce pans that I could find. Lots of baking dishes. Luckily we brought our own pans due to many experiences with inadequate cookware in the past.
The bedrooms were not huge but adequate with lots of drawers/dressers to store our clothing, and enough hangers for hanging (which is unusual).
We did not use the hot tub, but it was in a nice location, on far end of the deck.
The garage was spacious enough to store our bikes and water crafts. There were multiple bikes there which we did not utilize as we brought our own.
The neighbor next door who lives there are very nice folks!
Overall, I would recommend this place for space and location. I would return again now that I know how to prepare for it.

The location is nice, quiet and room for multiple cars in driveway. The home had a few issues that we had to address during our stay. The dryer did not dry clothes well. The air filter was so dirty the main level struggled to cool down (maintenance did come to change once we made them aware). Two of the beds were not made and no bedding could be found in the home- called and they brought one set of sheets which we had to wash, the next day they brought another but still didn’t have proper blankets for those beds. Keep in mind the dryer took multiple cycles to dry so it was quite a process which is not how I wanted to spend the first two days of vacation. The kitchen was sparsely stocked. Not enough silverware are the number of people the home sleeps, only one dish towel. Little things that make the stay more enjoyable.

We were a family group with ages from 8 to 70. The house had a great layout so the kids could be downstairs while the adults had the main level. House was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would happily stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming to Sunriver.

My family, 6 adults and one young child found this house to work well for us. The home was spacious, comfortable and close to Shark and the park. The deck had lots of seating and the hot tub was sparkling clean. The price was good.
Some of the furnishings could use updating and the stove top had burners we could not make work.
All in all it was a good fit and we will stay again.

This home was a great fit for our extended family and grand kids. The downstairs has ample space for the kids and they were excited to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this home especially for family’s with young kids or teens.

Loved the house. Had a cabin feel with a great hot tub. We had 4 adults and 2 small children and we did not even use the downstairs area. If you have a big family, this place will be great. Each main room has a king bed which was awesome. Really loved the ski lift chair in the master bedroom. Very clean. Awesome location. under 30 minutes to mt bachelor. Downtown Sunriver is a 5 minute drive. Not really walkable but the Vrbo has bikes provided. My only suggestion would be to put lights on the bikes so we can ride them to and from dinner. Overall this place is amazing and I’m going to try and book again the next time we are in Oregon.

House was very well stocked and very clean. We loved having 3 king beds. The House had plenty of room for 8 people. The gas fireplace was great we didn't have to use firewood.
The floor to ceiling windows were whanderful what a great view of the backyard.

The home was just perfect for our needs. I loved that the entryway was set up for removing boots and coats. We would definitely stay at this home again. We lucked out with excellent weather for skiing and snowboarding, too!

This house was perfect for a bday celebration for our 16 yo daughter. All the teens stayed downstairs and the adults roomed upstairs with plenty of privacy. The hot tub was perfect and the provided sleds for the backyard snow hill we’re so much fun!
We used the Sharc passes for the teens to enjoy some pool time and we even caught the Sunriver fireworks grand illumination show out at the horse stables. The house had a cozy feel with the nice gas fireplace. Highly recommend and definitely would stay again. Thank you!

We didn’t have kids with us, but as soon as I went downstairs I exclaimed, “Kids would love this place!” There was a little carpeted loft with a ladder, a special little built-in bed, plus bunk beds. The kitchen was well set up with everything you needed for cooking and baking. The dining room table could easily have seated 10. The mud room entry had a bench to sit and remove/change shoes. All the TVs worked. So nice to have all king beds upstairs instead of queens. The door entry code worked perfectly. The only negative was we couldn’t park in the garage; the workman were just finishing recoating the garage floor when we arrived, and cars could not use it for 72 hours. Overall a great place to stay.

Our family rented 4 houses close to each other. This house was perfect for all of us to gather for dinner one evening. It was the go to house. The deck is accessible to go in and out. We had a truck with a boat. The driveway is long enough to park both vehicles as well as a couple others. The flow of the house is nice as it has a downstairs with places for 6 people to sleep. It worked very well for our gathering.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the extra beds and room downstairs! 10 of use stayed in this house comfortably and still had room. I love that the kids can have their own hangout downstairs. Great location! Some things were a little dated and needed fixed (screen door, faucet and gate), but overall it’s a great house!

Only minor concerns to consider when staying and again these were minor and didn't have a negative impact for us. The basement gets cold when AC on to keep upstairs comfortable, but there were enough blankets to keep kiddos warm. Also kitchen was a little small, but well stocked. Overall we will definitely keep this on our list of favorite homes in Sunriver!

Family gathering
The house accommodated seven adults and two children rather comfortably. It was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was comfortable and clean. Great location to golf courses and children’s entertainment. The only drawback is a weak Internet connection and spotty Netflix service. Perhaps due to the slow Internet connection Netflix would stop after a half an hour and we’d have to reboot everything.

very nice house and excellent location. Smallish bathrooms made it challenging for someone with a walker (not wheelchair) to navigate.

There is plenty of room for everyone.

Not to code
Had to call 911 due to a gas leak. We were evacuated and moved to a new property. Upon inspection by the fire department, it was shared that down stairs rooms were not to code and didn't provide proper exits if there was a fire. There was spaghetti sauce on the cabinets and walls near the stove.
