Nestled in Key Colony Beach, this charming house for R 9,670 per night is a great option for your next vacation. NEWLY RENOVATED AND...… GORGEOUS! Thank you for viewing our gorgeous Coral Lagoon 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1,300 sq ft town home located in Trip Advisor's #1 Rated resort in Marathon with 35' Boat Slip located just out back of the town home. Coral Lagoon, located Oceanside, consists of 25 waterfront town homes with it's own beautiful and private heated pool for Coral Lagoon guests. Adjacent to Coral Lagoon is Boathouse Marina, which has a private ramp, trailer parking, large covered fish cleaning station, fuel and ice. There is trailer parking available there at $27/day. With our Boat Slip #12, which is located just steps out of the back door of the town home, this place is absolutely perfect for the boating, fishing and diving enthusiasts. Being right next to Vaca Cut, there is very quick access to both the Atlantic and Gulf. This town home has just been refurnished and is gorgeous. The Master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has new bunk beds with a full and a twin and there is a new sleeper sofa in the family room. (Sleeps 8 in beds). BRINGING A BOAT? Coral Lagoon is part of and adjacent to The Boat House Marina, which is Marathon's finest marina. You will be required to provide boat insurance info and sign a lease and pay a $50 lease fee at The Boat House Marina. If you don't have a boat but wish to rent one we recommend Island Time Boat Rentals. Ask for Mike Show and tell them you are staying in our Coral Lagoon town home and you will get a 10% discount. Also, Captain Hooks, is just a short walking distance away and has bait, tackle and snorkeling gear. Also included with our town home is secure, high speed WiFi Internet, Cable TV, and Televisions and DVD players in all rooms. The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests. A pair of french doors at the rear of residence open to a large covered patio and the perfect retreat for your morning coffee. The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, cable TV, dvd players in all rooms, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway. Coral Lagoon also has a private heated pool which is great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as...... local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores, and bars. This is a privately managed / operated rental by the Owners. Coral Lagoon was very comfortable for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the heated pool. We were a little disappointed that there was no hot tub as it was listed as an amenity on the VRBO listing. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful property in a townhome community. Very clean, quiet, and spacious. All 3 bedrooms had balconies, and the back deck overlooked the canal. Definitely recommend!

This was one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed in! It was beautifully decorated, clean and located on an ocean inlet. We thoroughly enjoyed meals on the porch overlooking the water. The pool was nice and close. We cooked and I was impressed with the well equipped kitchen. Everything was just right!

The trip was just phenomenal from beginning to end. Manatees frequent the lagoon in the back of the house, and it’s amazing to behold. Definitely a spot I plan on coming back to because of its perfect location and modern amenities. P.S. Beware of the pictures posted for this listing. They are blurry. Everything in the unit seems brand new.

We enjoyed our stay at Coral Lagoon 12. The townhouse was exactly as described and very clean. The heated pool was great and never crowded. The location in Marathon was a perfect home base for our activities ( snorkeling, fishing, kayaking).

Overall great experience, some living accommodations that could be communicated better;; - ceiling fan on deck, ( clicker ) did not know - dryer, check did not dry very well - water pressure poor - cans: bottles recycling was there any? Overall though, the venue is excellent, pool and location was fantastic.

We loved this unit! I believe it has been newly renovated, and they did a beautiful job! The kitchen is also very well equipped with everything you need. It was so nice to have our own boat slip, and be able to rent a boat! Everyone that we met that was staying there was very nice. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect venue for our volunteers helping out at the St Columba's-sponsored Celtic Festival. it was easy to access, everything was clean and the parking was very easy. Great kitchen and well-equipped.

We enjoyed our stay here at Coral Lagoon 12. Updated home and well kept. Room layouts worked great for our 3 couples. Canal access for our boat was perfect. Great location close to restaurants and bars. Would stay here again and would highly recommend staying here.

Great property, recently updated and very clean. Pleasantly surprised to have necessities already on hand...hand soap, dish detergent, paper towel roll, new dish sponge, even bathroom necessities like a hotel! Wow We love the boat slip right off the back deck. The BoatHouse Marina staff is super friendly and helpful. Easily accessible to Atlantic and Florida Bay fishing, diving, and exploring.

Excited to finally get to enjoy the Keys after our 2020 trip was canceled #Covid. Great central location in Marathon. House is spacious for a group of 5. Enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings & evenings. A few things didn't work: Ceiling fan outside, which would have helped keep the bugs away, and the outside grill. The master bathroom door was converted to a barn door, but it doesn't close or open all the way = no bathroom privacy. Unfortunately, the walls are thin. The next-door neighbors had young kids and enjoyed breakfast outside at 7am each morning and were easily heard (and loud) in our master bedroom. So much for sleeping in on vacation. Minimal supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc). We had to purchase from the grocery store. Overall the house is lovely.
