About this condo rental
Although technically located in Lewes, this 3 bedroom second floor condo lets you enjoy all the amenities of Rehoboth Beach. Our gated community is located just behind the Route 1 outlets in Tax Free Delaware. Rehoboth Beach is less than 4 miles from your door. I often go for a leisurely 2 mile walk in the morning on the boardwalk while the kids are still asleep. Our biking trails are wonderful! Our community is the end for Bike to the Bay. The Gordon's Pond/Lewes Bike 25 mile loop is 5 - 8 minutes from the condo. We love this beach for the Boardwalk, the Dunes, and the family friendly atmosphere. Dolphins swim south all sumner and in the early Fall in both the morning and early afternoon. Winter weekends have something special from the Jazz Festival to ice sculpting. Lewes Beach (3 miles) has much calmer waves and is good for the younger children. You can literally drive up to the beach. Whether you are looking for fabulous restaurants, want to search for sea glass, or are a golfer, our community offers a wide variety of choices. The Cape May Ferry is also convenient for those of you who want to experience a Victorian town and watch the dophins. This condo offers 3 bedrooms with new queen beds in all of the rooms with a complete set of linens provided. The appliances have also been replaced. The outdoor porch wraps around from the master bedroom to the kitchen. It is a beautiful place to sit and relax and read a book. TV (Netflix, Disney Plus) and WiFi are provided along with 2 full baths. Beach and personal towels, beach umbrellas, balls, board games and other assorted beach toys are available for your use. Cook in a full kitchen with an electric oven/stove, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All appliances have been updated. There is also an iron and ironing board. The condo is exceedingly quiet due to the nature of the gated community. Children are always welcome and there is plenty of room to watch them play soccer outside your window. Upgraded mattresses were wonderful! The house was very clean and neat. The screened in deck it perfect for being out in the fresh air. Lots of seating and table space out there.

This was our favorite stay so far! Beautiful condo and very spacious! Close to all the things needed and of course the beaches. Cautious with a lot of little ones as we had to modify a few things to make it safe for all the “pretties” around a 2 year old! We’ll definitely be back to this location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very spacious, clean, and had everything our family needed from kitchen supplies to towels and blankets. It is in a very nice community, convenient to many local beaches and attractions. Wonderful place!

We had a great stay at this location! The place is very clean and Faith is always available when needed. Located in Lewes so we were close to everything but far enough off the main drag that it was quiet and relaxing. The beds are super comfortable! We will be staying again!

I had 3 special needs young adults with me on this trip. It was wonderful to have a tv full of lots of anime,and stations, as that kept them entertained (not always an easy feat!) We quickly became familiarized with the area, and very much enjoyed the beach and the town of Lewes. Wish we could have stayed longer, it was over so quick! Totally delightful, and the lanai porches were so great for playing games! Hope to come again........

Me and my cousins needed a place to stay for a long weekend beach trip, and this was the perfect place! The condo was very clean and super cute. We loved sitting on the screened in porch. We would absolutely stay here again!

I needed a place to stay for a golf tournament in the area. This was the perfect place, not only was the course just around the corner but it was also quiet and conveniently located to anything you wanted to enjoy. We ventured to the Rehoboth Boardwalk and Henlopen State Park, so walking the beaches was easy to get to and enjoy. Highly recommend this place if looking for a nice getaway to enjoy some beach life.

We were looking for a nice, cheap place to stay for New Years weekend and this place fit the bill perfectly. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to all of our favorite places in Rehoboth and Lewes.

Faith is the quintessential host. The condo is clean, well appointed and welcoming.
The peaceful vibe performs a sort of restoration on world-weary travelers such as my husband and I.
God willing and if allowed we will return for years to come.

A very spacious condo in a lovely community awaited us. The description and amenities were spot on. We hosted our family for a Thanksgiving feast. Everyone had a delightful time there. The host was very nice and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo is well- stocked, above and beyond. The location is super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The host was very easy to communicate with and truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and anyone we saw was very friendly. We hope to return again soon.

The home was decorated beautifully but the mattresses were HORRIBLE. After a 6 hour trip, late night arrival all I wanted was to fall into a comfy bed. Every mattress but especially the master was terrible. This had been noted in the guest book as far back as 2020. I was in a great deal of back pain and discomfort due to this. I tried every bed. I wouldn't stay again unless I knew that the beds had new mattresses.

I cannot say enough good about this rental experience. The unit is clean and comfortable. The grounds are lovely. It’s a calm and quiet neighborhood. The location is convenient to so many attractions from Lewes, Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth and even Ocean City and Assategue. I cannot thank my hosts enough and will return here without hesitation. We enjoyed our stay here and were lucky to get it on short notice. The place was better in person than it looked online which is unusual. There were 6 of us but we could spread out and be comfortable. Our host was available and helpful. The 15 year old boy said, “I really like it here.”

Beach vacation 2022
We were very impressed with the spaciousness of this condo. And everything was so well thought out, and available, for example having to do a load of clothes unexpectedly and there’s a washer/dryer and laundry soap. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly firm. Hard. Did not see any board to remove so that was not comfortable at all. But everything else was really perfect!

The short trip
It was a nice place to live in. If you like to be walking distance from the beach, it might not be the best place, but for our family is was very relaxing. 10/10 would recommend!!

First, owner is very personable - I had a nice conversation with her upon renting. Property is excellent, with good location outside of the crowded areas but with easy access to Lewes and Cape Henlopen (our destinations) and Rehoboth (for those interested in that option. But one problem - uncomfortable beds. The master bedroom bed apparently has planks under the mattress that need to be removed if you want any give to the mattress. The other two rooms have plastic coverings over the mattress that make it very hot and uncomfortable. I removed one to help me sleep, but I suspect that the owner will be unhappy when she finds out from reading this that I did that.
