There are opportunities for whale watching from the house and deck or you can venture to Redwood National Park located 25 miles to the south, the famous Rogue River with jet boat rides in Gold Beach located 25 miles to the north. . . Brookings-Harbor town is a couple minutes' drive, with its many seafood eateries and boating, quaint stores, and antiquing. In the evening after a long day of hiking, fishing or sight seeing sit out on the deck and grill your catch of the day or sit by the wood burning fireplace. The area is known for it's salmon, halibut, crab and more! What are you waiting for? Very comfortable 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wood Burning Fireplace, large patio area. 2 night minimum stay - 3 night minimum for holidays Cleaning fee varies with additional guests.

Fyi that communication was excellent regarding confirmed dates and payments!! From there a bit more communication re the operation of the tv and in general online questions would be a 1 star scenario. The home and location was everything, and more that we could have hoped for as four Seniors! Perhaps there could be some thought to an additional step to two sides of the front porch due to a fall. Your home was adorable, comfortable, decorated cuter than a bugs ear, supplies were over the top and we can’t wait to book again and enjoy those views /area!! Thank you so much!!!

This was a fantastic place to enjoy the Oregon coast. The view is something to see, with two large picture windows giving a fantastic view on the cove, sea rocks, jetty and all the boats going in-and-out, and the patio felt nearly private. It is a truly special place. The house was spacious and comfortable and has an authentic coast aesthetic and vibe. It's great for all-day bird watching (pelicans, gulls, cormorants) and we were visited by deer a few times too. Close enough to town that we walked in for restaurants and shopping. Would come back in a heartbeat.

House a bit dated but very comfortable and well kept. Lovely view overlooking the bay. Kitchen was well stocked. Many supplies and conveniences of home such as a junk drawer. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable home with expansive ocean views easy access to all Brookings has to offer. Property manager was incredibly responsive. The visiting doe and fawns a bonus! We would definitely return.

We had an absolute blast at this property and a much-needed vacation. This property delivered every aspect you could imagine. Being able to rock in a chair and look out to the oceanfront view was serene. Not to mention, how meticulous the decorations and the effort to make this a 'family' getaway was impressive. We will be coming back every year. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

4 ladies in Brookings for a 4 day meeting at the Elks lodge. 2 from California and 2 from Alaska. The views were stunning, the house clean, the deer and babies were a special treat. While some portions of the house have been updated others had not. However, this did not detract from our visit. We do wish the four legged gardeners would cut the shrubs back another foot so while outside the view could be enhanced. We all said how glad we were to have found this rental. We will certainly be back someday. If was a perfect 4 days and wish it had been longer. So much to do in the area.

Home was very welcoming, kitchen is well stocked and the ocean view patio is wonderful. We watched osprey, pelican, and other sea birds. You can sea seals as they sun themselves. We watch boats, surfers, paddle boarders and a peddle boat. Great fun and relaxing vacation.

We had a great visit. The view is amazing, except when the fog rolls in. But then you are right on the ocean so that is expected. Loved the momma deer and her fawn walking through each day and then there was the calico cat that joined them. So we had lots of entertainment.

The view from this property is so beautiful and relaxing. From the first view waking up in the morning to the last view before sleep, it immediately relaxes you. The beach house is very clean and well stocked. Just loved it.

We spent a wonderfully peaceful week waking up to incredible views and daily visits from a doe and fawn. Great access to beautiful hikes and long beach strolls. They provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation!!!

This house is located right on a cliff above the water. Very pretty view. Quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed hiking, biking and exploring the Southern Oregon Coast. I appreciated the collection of brochures to give ideas on what to do. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was pretty perfect for our family. The only thing was the pan selection wasn’t the greatest, what was there the non stick was needing to be replaced and there weren’t enough large pans to make multiple things.

Amazing view! And the home was so well stocked with kitchen ware, utensils, gadgets, etc. And the labelling on the cabinets was so helpful. We definitely recommend Memory Cove and we hope to return.

The property was lovely. It had everything you needed, very clean, view was mesmerizing. My only comment is that you need more seating, there was six of us and no comfortable seating in the living room for 6. the round table by the large windows needs to be traded for a couple of swivel chairs to just sit and watch the ocean. Then when having a conversation you can turn and join in. Seating was not optimal.

My family and I have been coming to Brookings for a number of years, and always looking for rentals near the Harbor. We had the most incredible time at this property, enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the comfort of each amenity on the property. Everything is clearly labeled with lots of extra dishes and had everything my family needed for a wonderful Fourth of July. We enjoyed our stay immensely and cannot wait to come back!

Great place for Girlfriend getaway! All we wanted was there: Convenient location, privacy, fireplace, no noisy neighbors, easy access to Brookings attractions, walkable neighborhood, access to small beach close by, perfect view from dining table or patio for Happy Hour!

Unfortunately, we arrived in the middle of a 4-5 day fog/rain period. HOWEVER, the house is wonderful; the location is wonderful, etc. We had glimpses of the coastal view from the dining tables. The furnishing were complete; the kitchen did not treat us as prospective thieves (which means we had more than 4 table services, more than 2 pans and bowls, etc.); there were many useful condiments and extra cooking aids; and the beds were comfortable. One cannot time the weather but we certainly hope to return to Memory Cove.

We truly love this house it has been an amazing experience. As we look out the ocean front windows, “It felt like a “boatless cruise ship.” The place was very clean, nice amenities, good mattresses-(sheets), comfortable. We all remarked that we felt like someone invited us to their house and said “make yourself comfortable.” We really want to Thank you for sharing. Will be back!!!
