Nestled in South Forest Beach, this lovely condo for R 2,906 per night is a great option for your next trip. Hilton Head Island - Twelve miles of Atlantic Ocean-washed beach, up to 600 feet wide at low tide. Gentle surf, thanks to the off-shore protective reef. Perhaps the finest swimming-sunning beach on the East Coast of the United States. Fishing, bicycling, sailing, jogging, beach combing, tanning, Photography - the ocean in it's many moods and the sugar sands of the beach are the Island's most popular attractions. Nine of the Island's thirteen golf courses are open to public play. Major PGA and LPGA tournaments are played here each year. The number and variety of restaurants literally fills a book! Why not enjoy all of this at Sea Side Villas? Situated south of Palmetto Dunes Golf Resort and just north of Sea Pines, the Villas give you the most economical way to enjoy the sports, dining, and ocean. Each unit is an individually-owned Condominium, not a hotel. The total complex consists of 265 units. Access to the three levels above the drive-under parking is provided by elevators or stairs. The beautifully landscaped grounds include two pools situated among night-lit palmettos and pines. Nearby is the 60-store Coligny Plaza along with Coligny park with water fun, swings and adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the day. Many fine restaurants are within walking distance of the Villas, so extensive driving is an option rather than a necessity. The community has paved bike paths, which lead to points of interest all over the Island. The Villas are on the ocean - not across the street. Our unit is poolside and so has an excellent view of the pool as well as the ocean! The unit is furnished with the conveniences to be expected in a vacation rental. We provide Cable TV and Wireless Internet included in the rental fee. Unfortunately, at this time Seaside Villas does not allow owners, or their guests, to bring pets to the Villa.

This is our 15th time staying at Hilton head and this was a very clean well-kept property. We enjoyed the location! The unit was very well organized, and had more than everything we could need. Highly recommend!

Great location to Coligny and the beach! The owners were great and sent you everything you needed. The key fob isn’t needed currently cause the property and gate to the beach is open and gate is broken. So, not private. However, the place was still quiet and beautiful!! Would stay again. The place is exactly as described!

We had a great stay at this property. The view from the balcony was amazing! The check in process was easy and everything was explained to us in detail. The condo is quaint and perfect for a small family. The building is only a short walk to Coligny plaza and all the shops and food contained within. The only dings was the elevator door took a minute to open when you got to your floor and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was a little wobbly and noisy, but we would definitely book here again!

This was our first weeklong visit to Hilton Head Island so we were looking for someplace nice, close to the beach and somewhat affordable. We were lucky enough to find Sea Side Villa #243 which met all of our requirements and then some. We found the unit to be nicely decorated, super clean, and free from the wear and tear we have seen in other rentals. The ocean view from the balcony was very nice and it was just a short walk to the beach itself. The unit was fully equipped with all the kitchenware and appliances you would ever need for a week of Fun-n-Sun. We had a few rainy days and the units high-speed internet made a big difference. Its seriously fast and reliable. The unit is a little on the small side, approximately 560 sq ft but we did not mind it at all. By the end of the week, for the two of us, it felt like home. All in all, we highly recommend Sea Side Villa #243. Its clean, affordable and in a really nice location close to many of Hilton Heads activities. You cannot go wrong.

The room was very clean. There was nothing that the owners did not think of. We had everything we needed including an umbrella and chairs for the beach. The vicinity to the beach could not have been better. I would recommend condo 243 and Dennis and Lisa Cook to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is so close to the beach it made it so easy to come and go as we please. The condo had lots of extras to make our stay comfortable. The place isn’t huge, but it worked just fine for our family of 4. We hope to stay again next year. Parking is under the building so vehicles are protected from sand on the beach. Many of the guests at the hotel were nice and we made some friends at the pool. Dennis and Lisa were super easy to work with!

The Villa was beautiful and the sight to the ocean and beach were spectacular. The only thing I would suggest is the doors be checked. They were very hard to lock and unlock; both the front door and slider to the balcony. Otherwise everything was perfect!! I would stay in this Villa again and recommend it to anyone who asked. We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was very clean and the check in directions were spot on. Dennis and Lisa responded immediately to any messages we sent them and they mailed the keys and key fob to us well before our trip. They also provided a prestamped return envelope for us to return the keys. The balcony had a nice sight line to the ocean and the front door overlooked the pool area. It was a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the Coligny Plaza shopping area. The space in the condo was utilized very well and everything seemed well thought out. The resort area was gated and seemed very well maintained.

We had a FANTASTIC Stay at Dennis & Lisa’s condominium at SeaSide Villas in mid-October. First, it’s a terrific location where everything on the island is practically just around the corner and it’s easy to find the entrance at night. Parking was plentiful and convenient. We were able to take advantage of warm weather and made the short & very pleasant walk to the beach each day. We had lunch every day sitting out on the balcony where we enjoyed the ocean view. The condominium itself is immaculate! Extremely well maintained and everything you could need was right there. Even in the shower the handholds were exactly where I reached for them. Just a few steps or short elevator ride to the pool or the parking lot. It might not look like it, but the pool gets a good amount of sun and is so refreshing. In short Lisa & Dennis’ place was PERFECT for us and they were a Dream to work with! We would absolutely love to return.
