We stayed here Labor Day weekend. The property wears excellent however as of November 7th we are still waiting on part of our security deposit to be refunded.

This unit is exactly what we wanted! Perfect location to the beach. The beach was not crowded and so nice and relaxing. The view from our condo was picture perfect of the ocean! The pool and grounds were clean. The condo was perfect for our family, each room has their own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Condo is well equipped especially the kitchen (although could use a few cutting boards, only one that we found). Location and condo building are amazing, best pool, friendliest owners and guests, peaceful and gorgeous beach. We love staying here!

Just perfect. We arrived late from the west coast and the after hours check-in couldn’t have been easier. The property as a whole is well maintained and quiet. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked with both kitchen and beach gear. The view was terrific and beach access was as convenient as can be.

First time vacationing with 3 grandchildren and the condo was perfect for that. Being right by the pool made for easy transfer of children for potty breaks, food or naps just by going out on the balcony to communicate.The grounds keeper was very friendly and kept the pool in great condition. Beach access was right there and easy to get to. The property was quiet and everyone got along and made friends by the pool.The property could probably need a little TLC because of it's age, but it served our purpose for the week.

We never have complaints about the location of these idyllic residences at the bogue shore club. In particular, this season, the on-site property and maintenance staff went above and beyond to ensure the amenities onsite available to us as renters were in superb working order and the grounds immaculate. The unit is nicely updated and simply needs a thorough cleaning as we did find neglected trash in both front bedrooms. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

This was a lovely condo with renovated kitchen and master bath, and the view was amazing. All that was lacking was a roll-out shade over the patio, but there were big umbrellas that served our purpose well. Highly recommended.

This first floor unit is located on beautiful portion of very quiet beach. There is ample parking and an elevator to ease your ins and outs. Unlike many other places on the beach this complex only has 5 total stairs to get to the beach!! The unit overlooks the pool and beach and has a very large patio with chairs, tables and umbrellas. The pool is very large and cleaned daily. The property is also meticulously maintained. The large sliding doors allow for beach views from the entire main portion of the unit and master bdrm. There are many beach toys, chairs, floats and buggy boards in the closet. Each bedroom has its own full bath and comfortable bedding. There is a large screen TV in the main room for evening movies. The kitchen has new appliances and ample pots and pans, plates, glasses silverware. Remember to bring your own dish and bath soap, dishwasher detergent, washer soap, windex as none are provided. You will want to also bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. We really enjoyed our time here with easy access to Atlantic Beach or central beach restaurants. Cannon and Grubwr were great to work with and super responsive. They even called us to let us know we could check in early.

We love working with Canon & Gruber. They have always been good to work with. The location of this rental and it access to the beach were great. The elevator was very convenient. But it was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. The owners had so much stuff stored in the closets, like patio tables, lamps, furniture it was difficult to put our things in there. We even found a hearing aid on the shelf in the master closet. We had to clean the shower head in the hall bath because there was black mold on it. Upholstery was stained. The unit just needs some tender loving care.

This was a great spot and offered everything we needed! We had 2 kids and 4 adults and never felt cramped. The beach and pool were very close and made walking back and forth a breeze. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and clean upon arrival.

We all enjoyed our vacation! The condo was beautiful. It was much bigger in person it looked much smallerin the pictures. It was clean and just perfect.. The views were amazing and to wake up and see the ocean every morning, was heaven. We will be back!

Please do not rent from these owners. I rented a week in June. On Tuesday morning I received news that my mom was Unresponsive. I packed up and went home to be with her. She passed on the following Sunday. I spent every minute with her. I asked Cannon and Gruber who have been amazing during this contact the owners and ask either for a part refund or for some days during the off season to offset the days I missed. The owners refused to do anything. This is just pure cold and heartless. Please do not rent this place. The owners are heartless!

We actually ended up staying at a unit a few doors down, because this unit was in the middle of being painted when we arrived. There seems to have been a mixup with all the construction going on for repairs after Hurricane Florence the previous fall.
We can't rate this unit in particular, but the property is quite nice and the rental managers were very responsive to us.

Cute, needs deep clean
This place would be a 10 if they would clean up the bathrooms and bedrooms. Great open floor plan. Awesome ocean view. Great location. Easy to get too! Great little pool. But the bathrooms really needed gutted or deep cleaned
