About this condo rental

Located in Pike Place Market, this charming condo for R 5,804 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Over 1000 square feet of relaxing, well-equipped perfection nestled at the base of the Pike Place Market, across the street from the Seattle waterfront, the Aquarium, and Pier 62. Finished in a décor reminiscent of Seattle’s early days, with red-bricked wall, dark wood floors, and subway-tiled bathroom. Be greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine. Start the day sipping a fresh cup of coffee on the terrace while gazing upon Seattle’s waterfront as it comes alive. Take the stairs (or the elevator) up to Pike Place Market, the nation’s oldest continuously operated public farmers’ market, to take in the fascinating commotion of open-air commerce. Sample fresh-baked bread, pastries or piroshky; sample locally produced cheeses; or peruse an unmatched selection of fresh seafood. This property is family owned and run by my husband and I. Our mission is to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal. Why pay more to stay at an ordinary hotel when you can relax in a central location while enjoying modern comforts and amenities in a slightly nostalgic Old Seattle setting. The local waterfront national chain hotel's rates start at $255/night and parking is on average $40/day additional cost. As of 2016, we now have a Portable AC Vent located in the Living Room for our Portable Air Conditioner. One of the positive points to having the building exterior re-done! (Almost NO Buildings, Less than 5% in Seattle have Central Air Conditioning) So, we are one of the Lucky Ones! Also be aware that this is an urban environment. In any Urban Core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. Any questions about this, ask! This condo is beautiful, and Jeri the owner is extremely responsive and helpful. There was every single thing that we needed available in the condo (even an oyster knife!) This condo is extremely homey without seeming like someone else's home. It is also VERY walkable to the Aquarium, Pike Place Market, restaurants, breweries, and the Washington State Ferry. We took the ferry to Bainbridge Island and that was a highlight. The underground parking is extremely convenient and we always felt safe. FYI there is an elevator right outside the parking entrance on Lenore Ave that will save A LOT of steps up to Pike Place. We didn't realize this at first and we got our steps in the first two days! The only downside is all the construction outside of the condo. It takes a bit of time to figure what road to go down to check in if you arrive at night like we did. But it was totally worth it!

A fantastic well appointed condo within walking distance of so many sights--the waterfront attractions and Pike Place Market, Lumen and TMobile fields and even Seattle Center. Currently there is some disarray from the Alaskan Way construction but it really wasn't a big deal. The owner, Jeri, is a delight! She was so helpful and informative.

Jeri was amazing to deal with. I had to change my reservation last minute as the Sea Hawks game day changed. I notified her ASAP, and the changeover was done immediately. She texted me great locations of close by restaurants and things to do in about the area. The Pink door was our favorite place to eat. The condo was very well stocked and extremely clean. There is absolutely everything you need in the condo. she has left no stone unturned for a wonderful stay in this condo. Can't beat the location Pike Market is up about 2 blocks and the Sea walk is right across the street. The Hawks game was about a 20-minute walk to and from the game. Overall, we would love to rent again on our next trip. Once we parked our Truck, I never drove it again until we checked out. Everything is within walking distance. Check in and out was easy and fast. Picked up the key signed for it he explained how the keys worked, and then dropped them off on last day. Thank you for a memorable stay in your amazing condo. :)

I lived in the apartment for over 2 months and it really was a home away from home. It has every amenity you could need, the owner has thought of everything. *Clean and well maintained throughout *Well stocked kitchen with lots of good quality electronic goods, pots/pans, serving ware and utensils *All the cleaning equipment you would have at home *Comfortable bed *Good shower/bath (Shampoo/Conditioner/Shower Gel was all provided, water pressure was good in the shower) *Ample linens and towels *Quiet and comfortable interior all round (even with the construction, which you can barely hear despite it's proximity) *Safe building with key fob entry *Friendly concierge staff in the main building The construction work at the front of the building was a bit of a hinderance to getting food deliveries, but the bulk of the work is now done, so I can't imagine it being an issue for anyone from 2024 onwards or anyone not there for a prolonged stay. The owner was second to none, Jeri is the best host you could ask for. Every communication was answered within an few hours and she was always friendly and happy to help with anything you needed. I had no issues at all whilst I was here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Waterfront stay in Seattle. It's within easy walking distance of pretty much everything including the stadiums.

Perfect place to stay downtown Seattle. Great location. Property was as posted. Host very much available and helpful. A bit of construction across from the space. Not sure how this we'll affect future views or noise volume . Definitely would stay again.

We loved Jeri’s Place, it was exactly as pictured online. It was clean and in a great location. We were there for only two nights, so we only took advantage of the pike place market, and the area specifically around there. That kept us thoroughly entertained and the dining options were wonderful. Everything was walkable from Jeri‘s place so we never needed to take the car out which was truly an advantage. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all cookware that a person would need to do any cooking that they would do during a vacation. We loved having a washer/dryer We would love to come back when we have more time to see more of the Seattle sites.
