Home Details: Enjoy a cozy family room with a new 43" 4K LED flat screen, DVR, Blue Ray DVD Player and High-Speed Wireless Internet Access. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen and dining area await you on the main floor. A new three-part whole house water filtration system has been installed delivering bottled water quality water throughout the house. A bathroom with larger shower (no tub) & outside access, plus a closet stacked washer and dryer (also located directly outside the home) complete the main level. Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms and a second bathroom/shower combo. The master bedroom has a Westin Heavenly™ king size mattress and Pottery Barn™ Stratton bed, ample closet space, dresser, under bed storage drawers and a new 24” LED flat screen TV. The guest room with its Westin Heavenly™ queen size mattress and Pottery Barn™ Stratton bed and flat screen TV. This bedroom has french doors to your own private balcony. The balcony has two comfortable cushioned chaise lounges - a great place to "catch some sun" read a book and just enjoy life. There is a shared full bath (shower only) in the hall. Also provided is a portable crib, child gate, highchair and numerous games and puzzles that are sure to keep the kids busy after a long day at the beach! Up one more level you'll find the best seats in the house! Complete with two twin day beds with Westin Heavenly™ mattresses and lots of comfortable pillows to relax and lounge on. Open the windows to hear the waves crash onto the beach or turn on the new 39” LED flat screen TV or new Blue Ray DVD player and enjoy a movie. The tower will quickly become your favorite room in the house! The view of the town and of the gulf are awesome. Kids love to play up here and adults love to come up and have cocktails and enjoy the sunset. There is a small balcony off of the tower to look at the Seaside skyline. There are chairs, umbrellas, toys, and floats provided for your beach enjoyment. The home is even equipped with whole house air UV air purification system!!! Sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 6) 1st floor- Living room with ample seating, Large TV, Kitchen, screened porch and full bath (shower only) with access to outdoor shower and w/d 2nd floor- Bedroom 1: King master, TV Bedroom 2: Queen, TV Shared hall bathroom (shower only) 3rd floor- Loft with 2 twin daybeds, TV *We automatically include the cost of swim and fitness passes to our reservations. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals and listed as part of the “host fees” in VRBO’s cost breakdown. The cost for this cottage is $47/day. Very cute beach bungalow with great location to ocean and center of activity. Beds were very comfortable. It was a nice stay. The additional poor fee was not worth it.

We booked this house for 3 weeks in February. Unfortunately, the house was not in rentable condition. Thankfully, we were able to vacate the property 2 weeks early. Sandpiper did handle the situation promptly and professionally. If you are renting this place I recommend reaching out to Sandpiper - have them do a walk through before your rental to confirm that the property is in good condition. I wish we did.

Spent a week at this property and it was just fabulous. Everything was perfect: location and proximity to great restaurants, private access to beach, pool and fitness center, very well appointed with great mattresses and linens. Will definitely return to this property!

Nice little house. We would definitely stay there again. The only annoying thing was that there TV cable did not get many HD channels. I realize that when you go to the beach you should not plan to watch much TV but when there is a sporting event on TV, it is really annoying to watch it in SD. It felt like 1970. It seems like that should pay a few extra dollars to get a better cable package.

Snails pace is a perfect getaway spot in seaside. It is cute...and the perfect size and location. My husband and I have been to Seaside more than twenty times....andfeel like we have stayed in all the places that will accept our little pets...who are like family to us!!! Having a place like snails pace allow us to bring our dogs meant so much to us!!

We had a wonderful time at Snail's Pace! Everything was as advertised, and it suited our needs perfectly. My daughter (16) and I needed a getaway for a long week-end and this was perfect! We love seaside and this house was perfect for us!! We loved the 3rd floor and used that as our living room day and night when we were at the property--it was unexpected to see and hear the ocean from the top floor--
