Sunswept has a special place in our hearts! We have created a family tradition of staying at surfside beach and Sunswept has been part of making it serene each year! You cannot beat the view and convenience of the beach as your backyard. Ocean view is phenomenal and breathtaking every morning and night. Excellent for large families. Plenty of space with a bathroom for each room is so convenient! Lots of kitchen utensils and just the appliances you need. A few things need upgraded and a couple drains take a while to drain, but is to be expected with a beach house. Large family room and open concept downstairs to enjoy gathering and also a loft upstairs that was perfect for kids gaming at night. Overall, large house and I’d stay time and time again for just the views. Location of the house is in what we think the best spot. Right off of ocean blvd enough for enjoying a meal or shop a few steps away, but the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Lots of food options, shops, etc. John is great at communication and hosting. Was glad to be able to stay here again for our family holiday!

We had a wonderful stay. We celebrated my wife's 80th birthday. View from porch of the beach, dunes, and morning sunrise was beautiful. Beachside porch was shaded from hot sun in afternoon.

Overall, our family had a good time. However, the owner was difficult to communicate with, the pool was dirty, house needs updating, and upkeep required from us on while vacation. When we asked questions, the owner/property manager would just direct us to the lease and emails instead of just answering our questions which lead to more emails. The pool was quite filthy, not clear, and full of sand upon arrive. The pool cleaner did come by but only cleared the sand. There was still garbage around the grill and pool area when we checked in. Keep in mind that you are required to make all of the beds yourself once you check in. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach chairs are not provided so you must bring your own, rent, or purchase in the area. The location is top notch. Directly on the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to grocery stores. We would stay in the area again but not at this property.

The property was amazing. The location was awesome and only a few steps to a beautiful beach. Home was beautifully decorated (much nicer than other properties we have stayed in), clean, had more than enough kitchen tools for a group of eleven, and was exactly as described. Although we did not use the pool much, it was great to have in the late afternoon. Everyone’s favorite area was the deck facing the beach. Communication with the owner was easy and he got right back to us. Restaurants within walking distance. Great property!

The house is very nice. Located on the beach. The bathrooms were very clean. We were happy with the house and communications with the owner.

Location, location, location! It's located within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. It has beautiful oceanfront views and the size was perfect for our family. But the house needs some updates, the outside needs paint and the striping around the windows was falling off. Also, there was black mold in one of the upstairs bedrooms.
