About this house rental
Located in Lake Hartwell, this charming house for R 11,051 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This gorgeous lakefront home is perfect for your family, business or ministry team to have a relaxing and fun gathering. It is everything you would hope a lake house to be and everything you would expect of a luxury vacation home to have. During Prime Rental Season (June-August) the rental week runs from Saturday-Saturday.The home has a beautiful master suite with a king size four poster log bed with a gorgeous master bath which includes His and hers vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and slate floors. A flat screen TV compliments this room along with access to a screened porch which overlooks Lake Hartwell. There is a second King bedroom on the garden level with its own bath. This room hosts a canopy mahogany king bed along with a TV and walk-in closet. On the top level, there are 3 bedrooms: One bedroom is decorated with 4 queen handcrafted log beds. Custom drapes and quilts make it cozy and elegant. Private bath with shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen along with two twin mattresses on the floor. Separate bath with shower is directly across the hall. 3rd bedroom has 4 canopy queen beds with black and white damask drapes. Private bath with shower. 13 beds total: 2 kings, 9 queens, 2 twins. Gourmet kitchen with large fridge, 8 burner gas stove top, double ovens, warming drawer and double dishwashers. A second fridge is located right off the kitchen in the Laundry room. Beautiful slate tile floor and a granite island make it perfect for cooking large meals and making memories for a lifetime. The kitchen is well furnished with pots and pans, coffeemaker, keurig, mixer, baking dishes and dishes for large groups. Seating: Bar with 5 stools, kitchen table that seats 10, Gate-leg Table that seats 6 and seating on the screen porch for 14. Screen porch across the length of the back of the house overlooks the lake with chaise lounger, hammock and extra seating. Grill with propane provided. The Garden Level also boasts a large sitting area with a flat screen TV, multiple sofas, and a pool table. If that's not enough, this house also hosts a theater room that seats 12 with a 73" TV for your viewing pleasure of movies or group presentations. This room will be enjoyed by all after a full day enjoying the water. The 1.5 acre lot hosts a private dock that can accommodate your boat for the week, along with access to swimming and fishing. There is not a hoist or slip to use for a boat but there are plenty of cleats to tie up on along the sides of the dock. There is a jet ski covered ramp for those who would like to bring a couple jet skis. Be sure to bring your Fishing Poles. Chances are you will want to spend most of your waking hours outside enjoying this little piece of heaven so at the end of the day pull up one of our Adirondack chairs and enjoy the custom built fire pit. This is the perfect setting for story telling and extra fellowship while roasting hot-dogs and marshmallows. Some of your greatest memories will be made around the fire. Firewood is provided. This home has been used for family gatherings, company team meetings and ministry groups. Proximity to the following areas: Clemson - 55 miles, Atlanta Hartsfield Airport - 115 miles, Greenville - 67 miles and UGA - 53 miles. Our hope and prayer is that this little piece of Heaven on Earth will serve to enhance relationships among family, ministry and business teams; refreshing the body and soul. Past renters can attest to this goal.To protect the integrity of this fine home there is absolutely no pets on the premises (see rules) and no overloading the house for parties or events! !The Georgia Forestry Commission Fire Danger Rating for our area is "VERY HIGH." Therefore, there is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere on the property to protect you, the home, neighbors and the environment. Violation of no smoking policy will forfeit their rental fees, security deposit, and be asked to leave.THERE IS EXTERIOR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AT THIS PROPERTY. THIS IS USED TO ENFORCE NO PET, NO SMOKING AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY POLICIES. Cable and Free WiFi provided

Copper Cove was the ideal place for our ladies’ church retreat! The lakefront views are just beautiful and the home absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway! 15 women enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms and spacious areas throughout the house for gathering. This property and location really couldn't be better for our work retreat/meeting. The home is on the water and a 25 minute boat ride from Harbor Light Marina. The home has everything that you need and the owners communication is top notch. We are return users of the property and will be back again!

Our 3 families had a perfect vacation. The bedroom layouts were ideal for our large group and the beds were very comfortable. The proximity to the lake and easy walk down the path were perfect for splitting time enjoying the lake and the many activities provided at the house. The property is well stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The kitchen comes equipped with EVERYTHING, making it a breeze to cook any meals we wanted. Nancy, the host, was wonderful to work with. Her communication and assistance with any questions we had are top notch. We cannot wait to return to Copper Cove.

Beautiful house at Lake Hartwell. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. Loved having 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers. Plenty of seating for meals between the dining area and screen porch. When not on the lake we spent all our time on the screen porch. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Copper Cove with our adult children for 5 days at Thanksgiving. What a treat - beautifully decorated, every amenity, plenty of space, great kitchen and perfect location. Ten women/friends from our neighborhood gather once a year for a cabin trip for a time of fellowship and food. It’s a special time and this year it was especially wonderful as Copper Cove! Fully equipped, plenty of beds, gorgeous setting right on the lake plus that warm and cozy cabin feel all around! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return! Spent a long weekend at this luxury lake house. we had great weather and kids were able to swim in the lake, kayak and build fires each evening. Overall great space with large rooms, huge screen porch overlooking the lake was a perfect spot for relaxing and playing board games. would love to come back again soon

This luxurious property gave our extended families a week of relaxation, comfort and fun. We spent evenings on the large screened porch then had s’mores at the fire pit with all the fixings supplied by the host! The theatre room was a social fun bonus with the surround sound! Two dishwashers!!! What a treat! Just can’t say enough good things about this. The bedrooms were well designed with a bathroom for everyone. The game room with pool table and food all table and a dining table big enough for all. We will be back fo sure!!!

Copper Cove is a beautiful home that had everything we could possibly want. Comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, fun games, amazing walk to the dock, fantastic fire pit, nice views, super movie room.... The host, Nancy, is attentive and helpful. Wow! What an amazing home! We have been renting annually for our extended family of kids and grands for years, and we agreed that this house is the best ever. Beds and baths for all, my husband who loves to cook appreciated the awesome kitchen, room for all to eat together. Pool tournament, movie theatre and very competitive Go-Fish game filled our evenings after long days in the water. Nancy (home owner) is caring, responsive and left us a perfect goodie package of s’mores and popcorn which we put to good use. We sure hope to be back!

This is a beautiful property located on the serene banks of Hartwell Lake. Peaceful, quiet, well appointed at every turn. Never before have I welcomed a rainy day at the lake so heartily. There is so much to engage every age inside the house (movies, pool, foosball, puzzles, board games, hammock, lots of comfy spots to curl up and read, jacuzzi tub, large fully stocked kitchen +) Outdoors the fire pit, corn hole basketball, kayaking and of course, swimming and skiing are favorites as well. This is a place where you can truly unplug and relax.

We were three families (13 people, ages 13 and up) spending the week at Copper Cove and we had a wonderful time. The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Having 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 washers and dryers was super convenient and allowed us to maximize our time enjoying the lake, the huge screened porch, the movie room, and all the games. Nancy is a gracious and attentive host and we definitely recommend Copper Cove!

We spent a week at Copper Cove catching up with family and friends. The house is large, with plenty of room and amenities for a large groups (we had 10). The owners have done a great job maintaining the home and keeping it well stocked and ready for guest. Moreover, their communication is outstanding! Highlights for us were the movie room (with 12 recliners), the game room (with a pool table and foosball), relaxing on the massive screen porch, and swimming in Lake Hartwell. It is also important to note that this home is ideal for large groups. You can see a lot of what this house has to offer in the pictures, but it also has two dishwashers, two washing machines, two dryers, two refrigerators, an eight burner gas stove and six bathrooms. We really enjoyed our time at Cooper Cove and look forward to a return visit in the future.

We had an amazing stay here! The house was so well appointed. It was obvious that the owner had taken time to make sure that everything you could possibly need for a stay was available. The owner was also great about responding and taking care of any questions. My whole family absolutely loved the house!
