My friend and I do a big national park trip every year and Glacier was our first stop. Check in was a breeze and the cabin is absolutely adorable. Nice having so much space and felt like a home away from home for the days we were there. Also appreciated all the local information and safety information given wildlife.
Would easily make this my desired location to stay for future visits!

Real nice cabin in a close location to Glacier NP. Also close to a grocery store and numerous restaurants. Very clean place and had all the amenities listed. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the view.

The cabin was very comfy and kept up well. It was a little tricky to find, as there is no sign for it off US 2.

We loved staying at Laura's cabin. The location is only a few minutes to the west entrance. We really enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, clean rooms, and the peacefulness of having coffee on the front porch. We would definitely stay again.

Property exceeded expectations. It was exactly as advertised in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped and even included a separate ice maker. The location of this property worked great for the West Glacier entrance.

This property and host were amazing! The home was so well stocked with so many little extras that made our stay feel almost like home! They even thought to leave a day sized cooler and a counter top ice machine for a perfect on the go lunch in GNP

the location is perfect, easy access to Kalispell for groceries, restaurants, etc, yet just a short drive to the West Entrance to Glacier NP. Laura was also great when a family situation came up.

Amazing cottages
Me & my sister stayed here. The place was spotless!! Very cutely decorated with outdoorsy MT theme. So close to GNP. They thought of everything. Enjoyed the ice machine, grill & MT weather. We cracked the windows at night for the cooler night breezes. Highly recommend this place. We Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Cabin for your Montana Getaway!
A perfect stay in Hungry Horse, MT. The cabin was well stocked, perfectly located and super clean!! With a grill, picnic table and front porch you could really enjoy the great outdoors. A quick ride to Glacier National Park and surrounding areas; grocery and other needs close by, as well. Our Host was super responsive and her special touches throughout the cabin make you feel right at home. Would definitely stay again--wonderful memories made.

The owner was outstanding, very helpful from booking to suggestions, and made us feel very welcome. The location is 15 minutes to the Glacier Park West entrance and close to restaurants, plus about 15-20 minutes from Kalispell so the location is ideal.. The cabins are just off the main road, cozy, secluded, quiet and very comfortable. We had a full kitchen with dining table, 2 bedrooms, living area, with TV & Dish programming.. We highly recommend the Lazy Bear Cabins!

The cabin was small but Cozy. The cabin is well equipped and closes to glacier national Park. The issue I had was the hot water would take a long time to run and the neighbor next to me had a child running around until late at night.

Fantastic!!
We loved staying here and most likely will again in the future. The Airbnb had everything you could think of. We cooked a lot of our own food while we stayed there and they had everything we needed. And it was a so close to the National Park, it took us no time to get there!

The Trout Run had so much charm and had all the necessities to make our stay so simple and enjoyable. We enjoyed reading the history of the cabin, all the books about the town and Glacier National Park and the cute themed decoration throughout the cabin. The quality bbq grill and the backyard fire pit were very great added accommodations. The lovely huckleberry jam was a very thoughtful welcome gift. The owners are extremely accommodating, available and helpful. All the little touches put into the cabin were well thought out and very much appreciated. Thank you for letting us enjoy the Trout Run!

Perfection
The only way to describe our stay at Lazy Bear Lodging is perfection. The location made my husband and me feel like we were in a remote area because it was quiet and close to trees, but also near the main road and a short distance to GNP. Seeing a deer run down the road was a bonus!
Laura was very responsive to my questions and her attention to detail exceeded our expectations of our first VRBO experience. Prior to our stay her friendly and personable message made us feel extremely welcomed and excited about coming to MT, seeing GNP, and staying at Lazy Bear. She sent very specific details regarding directions to Lazy Bear, her personal contact info, & the keypad code (which was very easy to use and we didn’t have to worry about losing a key during our stay). When entering our cabin,Trout Run, I instantly fell in love with each detail that provided all the comforts of home. Trout Run has the perfect fish/bear themed decor that includes so many adorable details that added a lot of enjoyment to our stay.
Laura thought of everything and graciously included essentials such as a cooler and bear spray for touring GNP. She provided a guest book and booklet with emergency information, local Hungry Horse/Murray info, and the history of Lazy Bear and Hungry Horse.
The cabin is very family friendly which includes games & MT books. The porch grill is a bonus and using it was a great way to meet neighbors in the adjoining unit. I enjoyed looking out the kitchen window, especially at sunrise, seeing the backyard, trees, firewood & fire pits. From the porch I enjoyed watching the beautiful MT sunsets. The unit was extremely clean, functional and organized. The beds are very comfortable and the roomy shower was heaven, especially after a long day of hiking. I know I will never stay in another VRBO that is as clean and well stocked as Trout run. Everyday, I would say to my husband and neighbors that Laura thought of everything!
After spending 8 nights & 7 days in Trout Run I definitely know that Laura provided us with an exceptional experience that will be extremely difficult to duplicate! She really put her heart into thinking of ever detail to allow her guests a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying at Lazy Bear Lodging for your best GNP experience! Laura’s attention to detail, the location and property are perfection!

Perfect location
This was the perfect spot for the 4 of us. Loved the 10 min drive to GNP and 25 to Whitefish, 2 min to store for last minute cooking items. Well Stocked kitchen (really appreciated the delish coffee and huck jam. Thank you!), clean, quiet. One thing to note, be sure to keep windows ( and sometimes front door ) open when you cook. We set off the smoke alarm a few times. We waved a towel in front of it to stop it. I will highly recommend this to friends. ReAlly, just perfect!

Perfect Location for Glacier National Park & Surrounding Area
Lazy Bear Lodge was the perfect haven after a multi-day trip camping. Everything was clean and well maintained. And the location couldn't be better!

Perfect set up and location
There's too many good things to say about the owner, the property, and it's location. Laura thought of everything for the amenities in this seemingly "off the grid" yet centrally located between West Glacier entrance and Columbia Falls restaurants/coffee...not to mention the Hungry Horse Dam and the local ice cream/huckleberry shops...

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Close to Glacier for easy access!
We had a wonderful time in Glacier and the cabin was nice and close to the park entrance. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed! The listing say “sofa bed” but it is just a sofa, not a pull out bed. We had brought an air mattress along that way one child wasn’t left sleeping on a couch.
