Welcome to Port Aransas! This freshly renovated condo provides the perfect place for year round activities. With access to a private very large garage on the ground floor, carrying many items up and down the stairs is a thing of the past. Great for storing a truck or boat full of fishing or beach gear. Less then one mile to the beach! Amazing balcony view of the pool, that has a shade and a sunny side for your enjoyment. Master bedroom has queen size bed with private bathroom. Second bedroom has full size bed with trundle twin pullout. There is also room for a blow-up mattress and couch for additional sleeping. Also a great getaway in a nice quiet and small community for Winter Texans! Monthly rates available during non-peak seasons. Condo is on the 2nd floor, outdoor stairs from garage to main balcony. We had a wonderful stay in this clean, beautiful, and comfortable property! The kitchen is fully stocked and the kitchen is so easy to get around. The sofas are leather and very comfy, the seats all recline. The pool is beautiful and there are some sun shades over one part of it, which is nice for those who don't want to be in the sun. We were pleasantly surprised how close we were to town and the beach. We parked both our cars in the garage with ample room to spare. Jen is super quick to respond and lovely to work with. It's truly a lovely property and we are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Everything about this property is perfect for us. Convenient but not in the middle of all the crazy crowds. This was our second stay at will certainly be back. Jen and Daniel are so easy to work with and so very kind.

Great location, about a mile to the beach, within walking distance to several shops and restaurants.facilities were very clean, kitchen was appropriately equipped; do bring your toiletries. It is for 8 people but must say 4 will sleep comfortably but other 4 will have to accommodate on sofas and a pull out twin mattress. Also, would’ve love to have a dinner table and chairs.

Our three grand children participated in Camp from 8-12 noon every day. The pool has a tarp over it for shade (very nice touch. All very good.

Overall property was clean and well maintained with plenty of amenities. Communication with property owner/manager was easy and fast responses . Recommend for family outings to Port A.

Everything was perfect at this property. The location was great, close to everything and 1 mile from the beach.
The large garage made everything much easier for us to store all beach items in there.

The place was beautiful and it was a very nice stay. Excellent location in town, the check in and out process was easy, and communication with the owners was easy and convenient. There were 8 of us there, 6 adults and 2 infants, and it was a nice size and worked well for us. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a nice location with great amenities and nice owners.

I would recommend this rental property to anyone. The house is up to date and fully furnished. Plenty of room inside with a closed in garage and a pool. Highly recommended!

Nice Getaway Vacation
This place worked well for us. Location was close to everything. Pool was close by and not overcrowded. Would recommend and would go back again.

Best Experience!!
Our family and friends had such an amazing trip and this house brought us all together! It’s actually a lot bigger than we had expected and the huge garage was in my opinion the cherry on top. I loved being able to just pull all our vehicles/golf cart in and not having to worry about unloading everything. Jen was super fast with responses and extremely helpful with everything! We will definitely be back!!

Spent 3 nights here. The listing didn’t say what unit it was but the owner responded amazingly quickly when I asked about it. We had one small issue and they offered a couple of solutions and let me choose what worked best for me. The garage is large enough to easily fit a truck & boat. Unit was clean on our arrival.

Super close to everything. The garage has plenty of room for just about anything. The unit itself is spacious. We had more than enough room to relax.

Great communication from host. Super clean
We rented this condo for a last minute get away for spring break. The condo was clean spacious and well equipped with everything you would need. It worked great for our family. Only thing I would note is it does have quite a tall staircase to access it. It was no problem for us but if you have an elderly person traveling with you or someone with mobility issues it might be an issue. Very happy with the stay and would stay again.

Booked this sweet condo for a long weekend with my family. The condo was clean & spacious for the 4 of us. The patio was a nice relaxing spot as well. We pulled up to the garage to find it blocked by a trailer and stairwell leading to condo ripped out. The last 2 days of our stay was not pleasant. Early morning construction noise and loud music, not the perfect end to our vacation.

Baby's first beach trip.
Took this trip for my 8 month old baby's first trip as well as my wife's birthday. Property location is great, very easy access to everything Port A has to offer. The added security of the garage is great as we were able to park inside and not have to worry about our stuff. The overall experience of the property was great, the pool, the balcony over looking the pool. Great updates to the entire house. Large kitchen island, great guest bath as well as a very large master shower. Only thing I can really knock this place on was the overall cleanliness of the house. Being we travelled with our baby we came prepared to do a little cleaning and sanitizing of the space for our little crawler. I mopped the entire space and was surprised just how dirty the water was after I finished. Might just need to talk with the house keeping to keep them honest on that. Overall though was a great time with my little family and look forward to staying again.
