Dear guest (Note: there is a security camera on the door bell at entrance door, it faces towards outside stairs and pedestrian. ) My name is Michael,Firstly, I would like to thank you for choosing my property as a potential accommodation. “We will verify all reservation details by phone and/or email with the primary renter. A photo ID will be required, along with a signed agreement." Just a heads-up,this is a private entry condo, the hot tub is outdoor and shared. The actual size of a room is smaller than in pictures, but it is 725 square feet and 2 story townhouse. It would be great if you could kindly let me know who are you traveling with and roughly what time you will arrive my condo. Great for a memorable vacation in this fully furnished Charming Naturally well-lit spacious, 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath The main/master bedroom has a nice king-sized bed and the second bedroom have two queen-size beds while the living room are furnished with a nice queen-size sofabed, comfortable for sleeping 8 people. The living room is furnished with everything. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxing Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions

We had a great time here. There was ample room and the beds were very comfortable for us. The location was great for the park. We had a 5 star stay!

We had a nice stay at this location. Very nice and in a really good location. There is a Hot tub on site however the set temperature is warm not hot (like a warm bath). The property manager only provided 3 towels (usually provides 5 so might have been a mistake with the cleaner) and there was 4 of us there. Even if there was 5 towels it wouldn’t be sufficient as you get one towel each to shower and no towels to go to the hot tub. We had to buy extra towels and leave them there I order to shower and use the hot tub.
The property was fairly clean however there was a set of fake eyelashes stuck to the wall, the cleaner was not very thorough.
We would not stay here again as we could have gotten something nicer for the same price.

Property Condo had everything we needed, was very clean and had ample back up supplies in the kitchen,bathrooms and extra bedding if needed. I would recommend this Condo to anyone would is traveling to Banff for a short or long vacation we were very pleased with our stay.😀👍

We stayed here in early June while visiting Banff. Unlike most condo rentals there was plenty of cleaning supplies and extra trash bags. We were able to cook full meals, the kitchen had everything we needed. Having 2 beds for the kids was amazing and a king bed for my husband and I was appreciated. The washing machine broke and the company came quickly and fixed it. The condo and property were clean and immaculately maintained. Minutes from the Banff gate with gorgeous views. Can't say enough positive things about our stay.

Great location. Was not very clean though. Floors were sticky. Pillow cases had stains.

We stayed for 4 nights mid week and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and we had plenty of room to stretch out for 4 adults. It was also close to the Banff entrance gates.

Great location
Wonderful place to stay. Everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds which is always important. The only thing we had a problem with was the door to the laundry and hot tub. Other guests at the property where also struggling. I text the owner and was disappointed at not getting any response

We love the place. It was so cozy and the scenery was beautiful. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not available but with the pandemic it is understandable. The place was clean and great instructions. Easy location to find. Prompt contact with the owners and very easy to deal with. Thanks for the stay. Would love to come back.

Lovely location, clean condo, and well-stocked with condiments, coffee and all cooking utensils. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very responsive when we requested an additional night.

The condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for the four of us! Mike was super helpful when I couldn’t access the lock code from my email and responded very quickly through text. I would stay here again!

Overall impress was great.
The condo needs a shovel. Need to be able to find the broom before end of week. The condo is in a huge need to relocate some light/wall switches. Separate switch for bathroom fans too! Also, the "walk of rug" at entry way need to be a long larger, about the largest you can wash in a regular or commercial wash machine (So width of entry door and about 8' long to allow a person to walk into condo with snow covered feet and not get the wood flooring wet. Or remove wood floor froom entryway

Great location, very comfortable!
We loved our stay in Harvey Heights! It was an awesome location- close enough to Canmore for grocery runs, close enough to Banff for great excursions. The condo was perfect for 2 adults (king size) and 2 kids (queen) The beds and bedding were very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils we needed for basic cooking. Shower had great hot water, great pressure and the tub seemed nice and deep for soaking on cold nights. We loved having breakfast every day on the picnic tables by the grills. The views were great, especially from the hot tub. Michael and Cat were great and easy to communicate with.

Very sweet and very reasonably priced, owner is also very accommodating. Yes I would stay again in this small, very clean and cozy condo. Thanks again for letting us stay😀

Great place for the price you pay! Not to far away from Banff that you feel out of the loop, but great in the fact that you don’t feel the craziness of being around all the other tourists.
