Perfect property. Everything you need and more. Spotless! Communication was great! The walk to the beach is tops 3 mins. We flew kites everyday and enjoyed all that was provided by the owner. Lovely town with great food and happy hours. The outside patio was lovely, we spotted many birds. The elevator was a life saver. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

To start, this home is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at, the layout is awesome with 2 living areas with tv. The rooms have ample space, with a private bathroom per room. The master bathroom is enormous. The kitchen and porch are beautiful. The elevator really helped this old guy, especially when loading and unloading the car. Location is perfect and close to beach. Sue has the house with just about everything you will need. Excellent home and we’ll managed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in SSI. The villa was the perfect size for us, our two grown children, their spouses and 2 granddaughters! Beautiful area!

A wonderful stay for our family who visited the Golden Isles for the first time. Location was excellent, 3 king beds comfortable, fabulous kitchen, Clean, and spacious. Sue was excellent and quick with communication.

Our extended family has been coming to SSI for over 20 years and we have stayed at various rentals all over the island. This condo was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, lots of privacy, great location. Can’t wait to stay there again- highly recommend!!

Amazing as always! This was our 5th staying there for our annual girls trip, because we just love it so much. It’s nicely decorated and the kitchen has literally every single thing you could think of. We love that each room has a king bed and nice sized bathrooms, with great counter space! It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the village. The owner has always answered any question almost immediately. We’ll be back next year!

This home is as described—very clean and convenient with upscale amenities. Comfortable for lounging inside and out. The beach is a very quick walk away, maybe 2 or 3 minutes. The available chairs, towels, and beach items make for an easy trip. Walkable to the SSI pier.

Great home - so well appointed, we only had one thing that should be improved and that is the TVs/internet - these really should be upgraded to newer sets and a Roku or fire stick for each - but otherwise it was more than perfect and even with the TV/internet being less than perfect we would rate this property an A+

The property was very beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need for a great stay. We was very impressed with the decor the brightness and comfortably of the unit. The location great was in walking distance to the beach and restaurants and the pier. We had plenty of room and space for the family to enjoy. It was a excellent stay. Hope to stay again in the future.

This property was perfect for our annual family vacation to St Simons Island. There were 6 of us and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing time together. It is close to the water, shops and restaurants. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but also perfect areas for dining together and visiting. We were all very comfortable, and I Highly recommend this property.

Very clean and close to the Beach, just a little walk across the road behind the Villa. Very comfortable beds. Has everything you need with 6 bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella in the garage. The bikes need some TLC but once the tires are aired up on some and the seats are adjusted they are good to go. A couple of the bikes need a crescent wrench to adjust the seat but we didn’t have one with us. There are plenty of DVDs in the second living room book case to watch on a rainy day. The Maid, Cathy is very accommodating and attentive to any questions or needs that arise. It was a lil further from the Village then I thought but it’s still just about a mile. It was a little far for my Mom but that was my fault. I thought it was closer than it ended up being. Beautiful big, comfortable Villa for 6 adults. Great vacation! ♥️🏝

We really enjoyed this property. Literally a rock throw from beach access and walking distance from the village and our other favorite eating spots, Crab Trap and Beachcombers.

In the top of our favorites beach houses
The Owner was very responsive starting with sending the paper work for our reservation.(which I love) and with any other communications. The beach house was lovely & very comfortable. The location….let’s just say Location, Location..Location. ., Our family goes on a beach trip each summer… the beaches & states vary . This is our third stay at St. Simon’s over the years and it will be hard not to contact Sue again when St Simon’s is our destination. Thank you, Sue

Very Comfy
Everyone enjoyed the property and there was plenty of room for everybody. The location is top notch with 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the Village. My one comment is the lights on the outdoor porch are too bright to enjoy the porch at night. They should be on a dimmer. Everything else was fine.

Wonderful time staying at this property- great location close to restaurants and the beach. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great for a golf trip with friends- we all had our own suites with bathrooms and king size beds. Thanks for a terrific stay!!

Perfect Getaway at the beach.
This is a beautiful well maintained high end house. This prperty is one street over from the ocean and at most a 2 minute walk. It is convenient to St. Simon's best restaurants and the King & Prince resort which is an easy 10 minute walk. Would definetly return.

This place is fantastic! Perfect for a couples trip as all rooms have king beds (VERY COMFY) and ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of space to spread out. Great location and an easy walk to the beach or the village.

This was a great villa for our family to all be together. The three bedrooms, each having there own bathrooms were ideal. Lots of room and easy access to bath and the Pier Village. Would definitely stay at this villa again!
