About this condo rental
Enjoy a great vacation at the newly renovated St Regis. We want you to feel like this condo is your home away from home. It has all the amenities one needs for a vacation or just to get away for a long weekend. The onsite amenities include outdoor swimming pool(seasonal) with lounge chairs and picnic tables, sauna, fitness room, arcade, business center, outdoor grill with picnic tables, restaurant on 7th floor and luggage carts in the lobby. Condo has a king bed in master suite! A 55'' TV in den, along w/TV's in each bedroom, DVD, and rocking chairs to enjoy the views of the ocean and pool! The kitchen is stocked with an assortment of small appliances including coffee pot, toaster as well as all dishes, utensils, pots/pans, glassware and bake ware. Full size washer and dryer round out the condo. Access to owners storage allows you to keep all of your pool, beach, or ocean toys stored away.! Saturday to Saturday only rentals during peak season.

The condo was clean and had all thw updated amenities one wants on a stay. The pool area was easily accessible and had a bar and food bar that serves good food. Beach is mere steps away which was great. No lugging stuff for a long walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrella are available as well. Loved the area and the beach and everything.

First time to Topsail Island. Condo was nice with good amenities with pool and beach access. Local food locations were very good at a reasonable rate. Only negative was not much in the way of things to do beside beach and pool. 8-10 mile drive to anything to see or do.
Great for just relaxing and beach time.

Could not have asked for a more perfect host and location. Unit was very clean and very comfortable for our family. Truly hope to stay there again in the future!

Bathrooms need a major upgrade.. everything else was not bad at all. Needs new towels and the linen needs to be upgraded

Peaceful beach getaway
Excellent, scenic and quiet location with many amenities. Wonderful setting on North Topsail. We very much appreciated the owners’ kind and informative communication prior to our visit! The building is a bit dated, but the condo is comfortable and welcoming. As a first floor unit, the balcony view is focused on the pool, no beach view and very little ocean view, but still pleasant. Some minor repairs needed in the unit itself. We very much enjoyed driving the island.

First time ever to Topsail. Here for our niece’s wedding at the St. Regis. The owners were great. So responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and perfectly located. We were sad to leave abd would love to return in the future.

The property was clean with a nice pool area where they had a pool bar with food. (Yummy chicken salad and great cheeseburger) the condo was clean and perfect size for us for the weekend. I would stay there again. The beach was only steps away!

If you want to be next to the Ocean in an out of the way place this is it. Early rising was not an issue with maintenance shed below the condo. If you plan a winter stay as we did make sure to pack slippers for cool tile floors . Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels provided.

We would stay again at this condo. It was well stocked, it had everything we needed. My husband loves to cook and every size pan were available and all utensiles, even an ice cream scoop. Crock pot, coffee maker , blender, whatever we needed, plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. new appliances. Close to the beach and were able to see it from condo and the pool. All the instructions were posted for garage , and use of gym, pool etc. There was a list of restaurants. We had access to the storage unit , this was perfect to store our beach chairs and fishing poles. It was a very quiet area and made it a relaxing stay. I would rent this unit again and recommend it . Tim and Helen were responded to our emails in a timely matter. Great place . Thank you

Overlooks the pool, but was never too noisy. The condo was very clean, beds and furniture are comfortable. The Kitchen was sparsely equipped, but OK. The area is very pleasant and well maintained. We had a great week.

Kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/dishes/etc. Master bed was very comfy with pillow-top mattress that was very lofty, but supportive. Didn't use the twin beds in the other room. Condo was fairly quiet even with a lot of people there (2 weddings on the beach Saturday) and even with the balcony overlooking the pool.
You can just see the ocean over the dunes as this condo is on 1st floor of the complex. Would have liked screens on the sliding doors as the weather was perfect to have had the doors open to allow for ocean breezes and sleeping to the sound of the ocean.

It was very convenient, beach was great, ice cream at the Beach Shop was awesome! Kids were so excited about a TV in their room! Ha ha, so was mommy and daddy! Owners are wonderful and the condo was everything we needed it to be! Will stay again!

The owners were super to work with & condo was perfect...the indoor pool & restaurant were closed which put a major damper on our trip since it was too chilly to use the outdoor pool with a 3 year old, we had planned on eating at the resort restaurant because we had fisherman along with us who took the van, it was closed so we had to order delivery, major issue. If we had of known these two things we would have stayed else where.

Nice place, close to pool and beach. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy everything. We went to a wedding at Splash by the Sea. The food and service was awesome. The owner, Tim was very helpful answering any questions I had.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the condo on the beach! The unit was very nice and the location was great. We had a blast and the updated condo was a big part of it.

Perfect place to enjoy a family vacation
This is the second time my family of five has stayed in this condo. And the fourth time we have been to St. Regis! It’s perfect place to make memories with no stress!!! House is step up with all you accessories you need! Tim is always available if you would need him!! Couldn’t say enough great things about the condo and resort. We love it there!!
