Nestled in North Eastham, this lovely house for R 11,680 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Your relaxing Cape Cod vacation awaits you in our contemporary and updated Eastham beach house. The home is nearly waterfront: a short walk across the dune front yard and the sandy lane leads to a private Cape Cod Bay beach! Stroll to the beach, or enjoy watching the tide and dining from the large, wrap-around deck. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Both full bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The deck can be accessed by three sides of the home and offers spectacular Bay and sunset views. The open and airy kitchen has a motorized skylight & vaulted ceilings. There is also a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. The master bedroom is on the main level. It has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and full bath. The lower level has a large light & bright family entertainment room with pull out queen sofa, portable crib, and TV/entertainment center. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over twin bunkbed and a queen bed. There is also a full bath & a large laundry room. Central Air Conditioning, WiFi, large flat screen TVs, wrap around deck, outdoor enclosed shower, alarm system, and so much more make this tastefully decorated and well maintained home a most enjoyable vacation. Smart locks to all external doors allows you to provide us with a four digit code to unlock any of the four doors--no need to worry about losing a key at the beach! Tesla owners will enjoy use of the Tesla Wall Connector in the 2.5 car garage. Rainy days can lead to time with table tennis (garage), board games (rumpus room) or Wii games (rumpus room). PLEASE NOTE: we allow current year tenants until October to indicate if they are returning for the following year. We do not accept reservations from new tenants until then. Thank you.

This is a beautiful home with all of the necessary amenities. The kitchen was beautiful with top of the line appliances. The location is as advertised and is amazing - beautiful views of the bay from the deck, with the bay only a short walk across the street - amazing sunsets! Hoping to return next year.

This is a lovely vacation house. Beautiful views. A few steps from the beach. We loved exploring the sand and mud flats during low tide and swimming at high tide. The details of the house are carefully considered and the owner of the house is thoughtful and responsive. We spent two wonderful weeks here and are dreaming of returning next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this house! The beach is right across the street and was not very crowded at all. Surprisingly there were very few bugs as well both at the beach and at the house. We loved the wrap around deck and the nice furniture that came with it! The inside of the house was very comfy- the bedrooms were pretty sound proof and nicely furnished. A few more blankets would be great but it was pretty warm. The laundry is the best we’ve had at a rental, new LG washer and dryer. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and cookware. The owner also made sure there were plenty of things like TP, paper towels, detergent etc. no need to bring those! The garage also had plenty of gear in decent shape - beach toys, chairs, etc. again no need to bring anything! Just your towel of course! We had a great stay and will come again!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property with hope for many more to come. The owner is a considerate host with the comfort of his guests front and center. The location is unbeatable with sunsets and water views during the day. The home is very well equipped- we live locally, but you could easily stay here with a suitcase if you rented sheets and towels- all else is there for your use and enjoyment. We just got back and I am already looking forward to next year! Thank you Ara!

As Advertised
This home is spectacular. Period. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Eastham is a wonderful spot. Close to everything the outer Cape has to offer. The private bayside beach, just steps away, is ideal for parents of young children. And the sunsets? Fuhgeddaboudit! Gorgeous. Plus, the owners respond quickly to any questions and were an absolute delight to communicate with. And the thoughtful gift card to a local French pastry shop was much appreciated. ;)

Late season fun
My family had a wonderful time at Ara’s property. It is as advertised with a beautiful view and deck. There were 5 adults and we were all comfortably situated for the week. The location is on bay and well removed from the traffic of Rt6. Quiet and private. Ara was quick to respond before and during our trip, and was nice enough to send a welcome gift. It was an extremely enjoyed week in North Eastham!

Sunsets on Salt Works
Salt Works Road is a beautiful area. Neighbors are friendly and the sunsets were spectacular from the deck of #285. The first floor living of this house is amazing and the bathrooms are huge in comparison to other rentals we have seen. It is a lovely house to spread out and enjoy the true Cape!

This was the best rental we have had by far! Beautiful beachfront location. House was in excellent shape. Very well stocked kitchen. Be very careful with short portion of road just south. Very easy to get stuck in sand. Fortunately there are other routes. We will definitely return.

2021 Family Vacation
My family and I were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful rental. We were a party of six adults and there was plenty of room for everyone , the views of the ocean were beautiful and we loved the easy beach access. They offered plenty of amenities paper products, floats, beach chairs. We made lots of memories.

This spacious and bright property was perfect for our party of 2 adults and 6 kids. Everyone felt super comfortable with the modern renovations, rumpus room and expansive deck. We were lucky enough to see many sunsets from both the deck and the beach which was steps away. The amenities provided and the thoughtfulness of our host was also greatly appreciated. We have stayed in many properties over the years, but few compare to this one. The home is beautiful, proximity to the beach can not be beat and it is very clear that the host takes great pride in his home and wants his guests to have a wonderful experience. It is in a quiet area but within a 25 minute drive is Wellfleet, Marconi Beach, Orleans and very close to Arnold’s Lobster,.

Amazing!
This house is amazing! We had a great week in Eastham with great weather allowing us to spend most days at the beach. Our group included children ages 5-12 and there was plenty for everyone. The house was clean and organized. Amazing sunsets!! We will be back!!

A Perfect Vacation House
This house is clean, comfortable, regularly updated/maintained, equipped with all the modern conveniences and had plenty of room for my family of 8. Being directly across from the beach made it easy to go back and forth all day, and also provided wonderful views of the bay, including beautiful sunsets. New bedroom furniture, new mattresses, recently remodeled large bathrooms, brand new wrap-around deck and central AC are just some of the aspects of this house, which made it such a comfortable, relaxing, perfect vacation for our family.

Wonderful House!
This house is the perfect house for a large family. There were 8 adults and we
never got in each other's way. The sleeping arrangements were great as well.
Having the large room downstairs was the perfect place for my son and his
family. The crib is a great bonus, no need to pack the Pack 'N Play! The house
was very well equipped and everything in the kitchen was labeled, which made it
easy to find things. The location is great, right across the street from a
private association beach. Great view from the living area of the house,
including those beautiful bay sunsets. We have been renting in Eastham for over
20 years and this house is our favorite!
