The unit was good for a short trip to drop off my son at CSU, but I wouldn’t plan to stay there for 5 nights again. I didn’t realize this building would be on the edge of a neighborhood and right next to a commercial property. So it made the outside common area less than desirable for a hang out spot after a long day in the mountains. It was close to lots of activities so as long as you don’t plan on doing much but sleeping at the place, it will be fine.

We were very impressed at the cleanliness, roominess, and cuteness of this little spot. We stayed a couple of nights while moving our son into his first apartment and loved that it was so close to campus and in such a darling location. We're looking forward to visiting again soon!

Just right for attending a graduation and visiting family

It was as advertised, nothing super special but in a great location and for a good price. The walls to the next place seem kind of thin and/or the neighbors were kind of loud at some point. However, we were trying to go to bed super early because of the marathon the next day, and if we had gone to bed at a normal time we probably wouldn't have really noticed. Also ear plugs were provided. A fan would have been nice as well. Overall I was happy with it though.

We stayed here three nights while dropping our 18yo at CSU. Great location, clean and quiet property. AC worked great!!!

This is a great find! So much nicer than staying in a hotel when visiting our CSU student. Comfortable and convenient to all parts of Fort Collins. Will stay here again for sure!

Was clean and Stacy was very responsive. However not as advertise. The outdoor space is not connected to the unit, but is a communal space. Can’t really use the space with Covid. Advertisement is very misleading. Recommend changing ad and provide recycling bins.

Townhome near university
It was a convenient location, about a mile to the university, several blocks from a commercial area., coffee shop about a mile away. Check-in was flawless, the property manager was quick to reply to questions. The bathroom sink was draining slowly; she arranged to have someone fix it immediately. Cleanliness was an issue.. Some surfaces were dusty. Drawers and shelves had not been cleaned. We discovered how dirty the floors were when we spilled a glass of water and had to wipe it up. We would have given it a better rating if it had been cleaner.

The property is well maintained and easy to locate. It's also located within walking distance to most creature comforts like: groceries, liquor stores, etc... loved how close it was to Old Town and many of the micro brews. Had a lovely, relaxing vacation and would definitely choose another property by this owner.

My wife, daughter and I drove to Fort Collins to visit our son, who recently moved there. While not fancy, this property was conveniently located and a fine home base, at a good price. Also, Stacy was great. After driving 20 hours from the Bay Area, we arrived to discover that I hand't booked the place until the following night. This was a great location and house. We stayed for four days to enjoy downtown Fort Collins and this was a minute car ride away from all the fun action. The house was very clean and a great quiet safe neighborhood. We would stay here again!

If you like to cook, this may not be your best option. Very limited selection of cookware. Small hiccup in our stay. Check out was 10 am and we had a long day ahead of us after check out so we packed everything up the night before hoping to sleep in until 9:15/9:30, then head out. We were awakened at 7:45 am by banging on the door. Property management and an internet provider needed to enter our unit to service the internet. :(Definite bummer. Otherwise, cute place, comfortable beds, great location, fit our needs :)
