Any usage surpassing this limit will be deducted from the deposit. - A refundable security deposit of $2500 is required upon reservation. This amount will be charged separately and will be refunded in full after your stay, provided there are no damages to the property during your occupancy. - Renters staying for more than 4 weeks are required to schedule mid-stay cleanings at an additional cost. My wife and I spent the Christmas & New Year's holiday at this adorable condo perched on the edge of the San Clemente bluffs. With views of the Pacific Ocean, amazing sunsets, surfers, the pier, beach front path, we did not have a single bad day. This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with patio, gas bbq, fireplace, heating, a/c, modern appliances & underground parking, had it all. Finally, due to the prime location, the property is very bike/walkable to the nearby shops, restaurants, & bars on Del Mar Ave.

I honestly couldn’t imagine the pictures of the view being accurate, they were not. They were even BETTER!
We had a fabulous time and made many lasting memories. I can still hear the waves and feel the beautiful ocean breeze. The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach and miles of hiking trails await you.
We will definitely be back!

It’s a magnificent view! This property really has everything, we loved the 2 cars for parking, loved the comfortable bed and the deck was just perfect for a BBQ. It is very well stocked with everything you could possible need. Lisa who helped with the arrangements was an absolute joy to work with. We would definitely stay there again in the future. The only con I could even think of was the train, it can be loud with the blowing horns.

Beautiful view
It’s a magnificent view! This property really has everything, we loved the 2 cars for parking, loved the comfortable bed and the deck was just perfect for a BBQ. I can still hear the waves....
Just steps to the beach!! You can walk to the pier! Bike paths - jogging paths! So many fun things to do - for the first week we never got into the car! And the views - breathtaking! And from almost every part of the property which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Garage parking with an elevator - yes an elevator! I mean incredible ocean views, an elegant home, what more could you ask for?

You can't beat the unbelievable ocean views, I mean you can see Catalina Island! We would sit on the expansive outdoor balcony that has both a large dining/barbecue and a sitting area and watch the dolphins play by day and then the sunsets at night. And inside this lovely condo there were ocean views from almost every room - in the kitchen as we were preparing meals - in the dining-room as we ate them - in the living room sitting by the fire after a fun day at the beach - in the den playing cards - and in the master bedroom suite being lulled by the crashing waves to a delicious slumber! Heaven! California dreaming at it’s best! My family and I are definitely coming back!
