The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twins that can combine into a King. Both bedrooms have individually controlled A/C or better yet, just open the sliding glass doors and bask in the refreshing trade winds. Enjoy two full bathrooms, one en suite with shower and the other in the hall also with a shower. Your spacious living room has FREE Cable TV, WiFi and a telephone for local and stateside calls and a newly added split AC system. A full kitchen awaits your culinary skills or walk steps down the beach to one of two great restaurants. You will find plenty of glasses, dishes and cookware. SARGASSO Update: The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach. The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free. The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September. This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.

Earl, is great. He was very attentive and willingly answered my numerous questions. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was all it could be.
There was a welcome basket waiting for us upon arrival. The condo has everything you would need to have an enjoyable vacation. The view from the patio was fantastic!
The sea grass was an issue as far as being able to enjoy the beach in front of the condo but there was no smell. The sea grass was an issue along all the Northshore beaches.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Colony Cove again.

Property was on a nice, albeit old, resort. Unit was somewhat updated, somewhat outdated. New granite counters next to old worn out appliances. AC unit was modern and worked well. Could be cleaned better but was not gross. Over all, the unit was very well stocked with supplies (dishes, pots pans, seasonings, towels, beach chairs, etc.). We enjoyed our stay at Colony Cove.

I give this property two stars for a few reasons. The mattresses and pillows in both rooms were incredibly uncomfortable and very old. You can literally feel the springs in the mattress. I woke up with back pain and body aches every day due to the uncomfortable mattress and pillows. I took the pillowcases off and the pillows were the color of a teabag. The bed in the master bedroom is a full size, not a queen. The bed linens and towels all had a funny smell. The linens smelled like they hadn't been washed prior to our arrival. The sliding door in the master bedroom does not lock. That is a safety concern, in my opinion. All in all, I would not stay at this property again and I do not recommend it. The entire unit is in need of upgrading and remodeling.

I loved the view and island style furnishings in the condo. It is a very short walk to the beach which is a small one due to past hurricane erosion. The balcony is spacious and enjoyable. Island View has everything you need. The host Earl Pearson was very helpful and quickly available by phone. Except for the shallow beach I would stay again. The bed in the main bedroom should be replaced especially for one with a bad back.There are plenty of beaches throughout St Croix.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views from the balcony are nice and we enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast looking at the bay. The condo is clean and well appointed. The only downside is the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable for us and felt a hard for our taste. This is just a personal preference, no reflection on the rest of the condo and complex. Will stay here again when on St. Croix.

This was a beautiful hideaway not too far from East town and on a gorgeous location. Although the moss was on the beaches the views and wind was magnificent. Communication was great and check-in very simple. Beautiful decor and large patio with garden view and pool. My family visited for a day and also loved it, very friendly staff & neighbors. Loved our stay.

Our sales team stayed here for a week for business, and found the property clean and comfortable. The owner checked in to make sure everything was good (it was). We would recommend this condo to others, and would definitely stay here again.

This condo was in the best position of the entire complex for access and views. We felt safe at all times. We loved the huge deck and spent much of our time there. The ability to open doors on opposite ends of the unit to allow the breeze through was very nice. A couple of minor issues were quickly addressed by the owner. We would stay here again.

We loved the location of this condo on the beach and just a few minutes from town with all the great restaurants. Super clean and well maintained, the unit seems to have been recently renovated and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner-we would love to come back to Colony Cove!

I paid 1k to stay there for 5 nights..WORST PLACE EVER TO STAY..

Vacation - Covided
Because of the Corona-virus this vacation did not happen. We have stayed at this condo in the past and we were very happy. The property manager and owners were easy to deal with as our travels plans changed. Looking forward to doing this for real!

We have been coming down for several years. Colony Cove is a beautiful condo and the views were spectacular. Tons of great people at this resort and Earl has been great. I would come back to this location again.

Great place!
I was traveling for work and this was perfect for my needs. There was plenty of kitchen equipment so we only had to buy groceries. There is a nice grocery store within walking distance. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and see the ocean and feel the breeze. Would definitely book again.

Perfect family getaway
We had a great time staying at estate golden rock. We had everything we needed for our family young kids. Location was great and we felt totally at home. Earl was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to our concerns. Thanks Earl!

Great stay!
Our time at Island Time was great! The condo was centrally located, only a few minutes from downtown Christiansted and equal distance from the east and west parts of the island. Regardless of the gate, the area felt very safe, even after dark. The condo is spacious with a huge porch and a beautiful view. It was nicely decorated and clean. We found pretty much everything we could potentially need in the condo, including a fully-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc and Earl was very accommodating in making sure we had what we needed to stay with a baby, such as a Pack n Play and umbrella stroller. We were greeted with a bottle of Cruzan rum, which was a warm, local welcome, and Earl stopped by to see how we were doing, which was appreciated. There were only a few downsides: No central air. This may be par for the course in St. Croix, but, especially when trying to conserve electricity and cut them off while away, it wasn't quite as refreshing to walk into a very hot condo and wait quite a while to cool the space back off. Also, the fans/window units were noisy so we ended up not being able to use them at night for fear of not being able to hear our baby cry in the next room. The beds weren't uncomfortable per say, but they were very stiff/firm and springy and made quite a bit of noise with any movement. Also, both bathrooms had showers, which were fine, but at least 1 tub would have served us a little better. All in all, we would stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others!

Very comfortable accomodations
We really liked our stay at this condo. The outdoor patio/deck had a wonderful view of the ocean and we enjoyed sitting out there eating our meals and sipping our wine! It's just a short stroll to a lovely beach. The restaurant next door sometimes has entertainment in the evenings. We sat outside on the beach and enjoyed the music and karaoke.
