New flooring, new cabinetry, new kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, new bedding and more! The third level has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It offers 1 King suite bedroom with a private en-suite bath, private gulf front balcony access, a Twin daybed, and an attached kids sleeping area with twin and full beds. Sleeps 6. The second bedroom has 1 Queen with a private en-suite bath and private gulf front balcony access. Sleeps 2. The third bedroom has Queen and a Full daybed. Sleeps 4. Guest bath in hallway area. This level of the home sleeps a total of 12. The second (main) level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I couldn’t have picked a better location for our wedding. The place and view was beautiful. We had the whole bridal party stay along with some family and everyone enjoyed the whole weekend. There’s a reason some of the local vendors know this as the “wedding” house.

Seeing we stayed here 2 years ago, the Home was familiar, and the improvements done made the stay even more memorable. All of us 27 were able to enjoy the home and the beach, we live in Gulf Breeze and our children range from New York to California.

Overall this is a great rental! I had my whole family with kids ,spouses, and grandkids! This house is right on the beach with a great walkover out the backdoor… the pool is fantastic…. Great for my younger grandkids at only 4 feet deep…. The outdoor furniture was also great…. Very comfortable!
The kitchen was also phenomenal…( once we got the gas problem fixed) the range is great the two dishwashers was an extra bonus! We had 8 grown adults with 6 teens and two toddlers and the house was plenty big enough…. Barely used the big bunk room which houses 8 people!
A couple of negatives were that the house is older and had a few little problem… we had a heck of a storm one night and had extensive leaking by the sliding door by the back …. The rooms are a little chopped up but still cute for our group as we had mostly teens!
All in all we truly enjoyed our stay…. The house has its very good points and small negatives and we would return again! The staff at Paradise also took care of all of our needs and were very receptive to any complains we had!

My Family had a wonderful week stay in the beautiful property on the beach.
We snorkeled, swam in the private pool ,watched the crabs come out at night on the beach . And there was one lil crab that lives under the walkway to the beach that we called doc . We would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice home for a family vacation. Loved the downstairs bunk room with 8 beds. Perfect for a large family. Having 2 dishwashers was a bonus. The walkway to the beach was so convenient. Perfect for the whole family.

we have been coming in Pensacola almost every year and ofcourse we get larger and larger as a family group- this home is AMAZING, no falling short with amenities which I LOVE. We didn’t even have to ask for dish soap or towels or toiletries! Everything from linens to furnitures is superb! Space for 27 was plenty. HOT HEATED POOL WITH TOYS WAS A HIT. Kudos to the team at PARADISE homes - you have outdone it again and again. I love the text features for needs or just saying how things were. Fishing enthusiasts would love this location, total pampano during stay 16 wow! Sandflea everywhere. White sand beach as you step out - wow!
Few notes: grill was filthy but was changed immediately.

Filter for fridge changed immediately
Complimentary laundry soaps, towel for pool and seasonings for cooking ALL THERE.
Side note: need bigger boiling pots for pasta etc but otherwise we managed!

We loved having all of our family under one roof for our very small intimate wedding right across the walkway to the beach. Our kids can't stop talking about how much they loved the place and the adults are already trying to figure out when we can return! House, layout, cleanliness was superb.
Of note, the gas range is in the island and leaning into the nozzles makes the sound like the stove is attempting to light. Need caution with this and to check each night as there was one night that the smell of gas was present and turned out that one of the burners was on leaking gas. Thankfully we were awake and able to open all windows/ doors immediately, but want to make sure any future guests are cautious of this!

This home was perfect for our gathering of 25 family members. The kids loved the bunk room! The pool was a huge hit and there were a lot of pool and beach toys at the house. The only complaint was on the housekeeping side that the house was lacking in paper products. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no extra garbage bags. It would have been nice to not have to run to the grocery store for these products. It’s also time to fumigate the house, but overall it was an exceptional house with a gorgeous view of the ocean.

Our group has been coming to the Florida beaches for years and this house was one of the best we have ever stayed in!!! The access to the beach simply can't be beat and the pool area is unbelievable!!! The house itself was so nice and clean and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had. Paradise Beach Homes employees were all phenomenal!! From our initial booking, to the many questions I had, to our booking already for next year...every single person I came in contact with was absolutely great!! We are so excited that we have found our new summer getaway for years to come!!!

This house was spectacular. It looks just like the pictures. They don’t have pictures of the bottom floor (king bedroom, bunk room & full bath) but it is also amazing. The little kids bedroom inside the 3rd floor master worked perfect for our 2 young sons. The direct access to the beach made it so easy and the pool was fantastic! This was an incredible house with a great location and we will definitely be booking again!

No misrepresentation in any area.The only negative to the whole week was how poorly the property was cleaned prior to our arrival.This was pointed out to the management and we will see what happens in our future rentals. We enjoyed our overall stay...house had plenty of space/bedrooms for 10 adults and 7 kids (all under 6 yrs). Good location and we liked the direct beach access. Areas of improvement include replacing some of the worn out pots/pans, at least two of the mattresses are beyond their useful life and the wireless internet access needs to be updated as it was not useful most of the trip. House was very clean and well laid out. We'll consider this house again if we return to the area.

The house and the accommodations were good and the staff was professional and courteous. The only exception inside of the house was a shower door that came loose from its hinges. Outside of the house, the rail on the beach access walkway was in need of repair in spots and one of the two wooden seats that was built in to the rail gave way under the weight of three people who sat on it at the same time. The seat was large enough to accommodate at least that many people so weight was not an issue. The bolts used to hold the seat up were sheered off and appeared rusted. No injuries occurred. Other than these two events all else was as advertised.

Fantastic beach house for large group!

We had a great time. There were 8 adults and 9 kids 12 and under and we had plenty of space. The house couldn't have gotten closer to the beach! The house itself was beautiful inside with two dishwashers and two stoves, which was super handy!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home celebrating my father in-laws birthday. We had guest ranging in age from 10 weeks to 85 and everyone was comfortable. It was a cold weekend, but we were still able to walk the beach which was right outside our doors and use the heated swimming pool. The beautiful well stocked kitchen was a plus.

It was awesome. We had an issue with the pool which was taken care of immediately. Excellent customer service. Pictures don't do justice to the kind of experience we had. I would recommend to update pictures as the home has so many upgrades. We had a wonderful time. Kids has a blast. We wished it was pet friendly that could have made our Christmas even more special.
