Our Mountain Home is located slope side in the Stoneridge community within The Villages at Seven Springs. Our Guests find our Home to be warm, cozy, and inviting! Our Home is in one of the best neighborhoods on the mountain. We are one of the few rentals located right on Boomerang Trail. For Summer rentals we are in a great location. Our home is located at the top of the mountain, which has amazing views, along with a great mountain breeze. We have 2 balconies, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, or your nightcap. The outdoor pool is less than 100 yards away, and has ample parking if you choose to drive. Seven Springs offers a FREE shuttle service between our home and the Main Lodge, Adventure Center, Golf Course, and Sporting Clays, so you are never far away from the action. Seven Springs has also become know as a World Class Mountain biking venue, offering 30+ miles of Cross Country, and an amazing Downhill Park. Riders love our home because we offer a garage, and have easy access to the trails. Mountain Bikers can enjoy a single 1 mile downhill run to the activities center, where you can purchase your lift ticket, and ride the mountain all day long. Our mountain home includes 3 Bedrooms, all with queen size beds. Common Area includes a kitchen, dining, and living room space. The sofa folds out into a queen size bed. The kitchen is equipped with a Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Refridge-Ice Maker, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Glasses, and other necessities to make you feel at home!

We had a wonderful stay in Ron's condo! It was exactly as described and the BEST location. It is so nice to be able to ski right onto the slopes!

This was probably the easiest check-in/check-out process I've experienced through vrbo. The host was very attentive, informative, and accommodating. Condo was very well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved the built in bunks! Location is great, however, during our stay the weather did not cooperate so NO ski in/ski out, but the shuttle was available at 15 min intervals to get to the resort. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Ron!

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) had a fantastic time staying in this condo the week after Christmas. We loved the convenience of being able to ski-in/ski-out and we enjoyed watching others ski/snowboard on the slopes right from the dining room table. Ron was very kind and communicative from beginning to end -which I appreciate. Will definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our mid-week ski getaway before the holidays. Condo was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Ron was very easy to communicate with and helped us out with all of our questions. Highly recommend this property to anyone especially if traveling with kids (our teen boys LOVED the bunk beds!).

Family vacation
I loved everything about the property. Summer in the mountains is also beautiful to me. Less crowded and more relaxing, however it isn't much to do there as it is built for the winter but the kids had a great time. The house was just perfect for us. The kids room was a high light. They loved that there were plugs and charging ports on the walls everywhere in the room and of course the LED lights 🥰 I would recommend this property especially to families with kids of all ages. Oh and the pool area was amazing, they even had an area to grill. I highly recommend 👌

Overall we were very pleased with this property, it was a good rental. Everyone slept comfortably and had a great time! We had everything we needed which was very considerate of the owner.
Good: The location was great. The beds slept wonderfully. Every single bed was comfortable! The kitchen was a decent size. The family room was big enough for us. And the kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked and we did not need to bring any of our own cleaning supplies for dishes or laundry. They even had shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the showers. The host communicated quickly and did a great job explaining everything.
Bad: One of the beds had crumbs in it, leading me to suspect it was not really clean. I tried not to think about it as I was very tired and just ready to sleep, plus i travel with my own pillow. The surface of everything looked ok but underneath the beds and under the furniture was pretty dirty: I noticed dirt, bandaids, dust. It could really use a good deep clean. I suspect the owner doesn't visit but the cleaning service isn't doing them any favors by only doing a surface clean. The dryer doesn't really work that great, so if you plan to do laundry, give yourself time to do about 4 dryer cycles.
Despite this, we were very satisfied with our stay. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back and stay at this location again, and are looking to do so in the fall.

Fabulous!
This is our third stay in the past year and we plan to book again. Super view, spacious condo, all of the amenities!!! The host is so responsive and very accommodating!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and the extra sanitizers and cleaning box helped with the covid pandemic worries. The kids room was fun for them and the location was perfect. The owner was very helpful and made himself available need be. Definitely would stay again!
