Our Destin Fl Rentals consist of an elegant third floor unit #2301 (VRBO Listing #850) and our popular ground floor #2106, both in the Gulf front building, #2, facing the Gulf of Mexico. Maravilla is a 33 acre resort, with the largest, unobstructed beach on Miramar . When you visit our all inclusive website, you will find a slide show of the amenities for Maravilla and a THINGS TO DO IN DESTIN page. MARAVILLA RESORT is a gated community with two pools, hot tub, tennis court, basketball, shuffleboard, fitness room, clubhouse, beach volleyball and a 2.5 acre beach. We are centrally located to all local activities and restaurants. We also have an onsite property manager, and a wonderful beach attendant. Maravilla 2106 is just close enough to the Gulf side pool for you to enjoy it's proximity and not the noise. You have a beautiful patio with bistro table and two comfortable chaise lounge chairs, you can relax listen to the surf, read a book and watch the kids play. Yet, you are steps to the sandy beah ,the pool, and grills. We also provide a bucket of beach toys and FOUR chairs/umbrella set upS waiting for you each morning of your visit (seasonal/March-October). There is a porte-cochere for loading and unloading and a parking space right at your door, no need for elevators. PARK AT YOUR FRONT DOOR. luggage carts available. You are within walking distance of the popular beachside restaurant Pompano Joe's and Kenny D's. There is a walking/biking path that runs for miles alongside Scenic Gulf Drive and the Beach. Everything you need is available as if it's your home. Beautiful place, decorated nicely and just across the street from a beautiful ocean. Owner promt to respond as needed. Comfortable bed, well cleaned just overall great place to stay. Must visit places to eat Pompano Joe's, and Crab Trap. Dog friendly area.

The beds were very comfortable! The sofa bed was very worn and my grandson had a hard time sleeping well on it! The rest of the area was great and it was close to the pool and directly across from the gate to the property beach! It was also close to Pompano Joes!1/4 mile!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! Very convenient to the beach. It was very clean and well stocked! (Just needed a broom.) It was a Perfect week and the beach!

Great location - right across the street from Maravilla beach access point. Could not be more convenient. Also close to a pool. Would recommend bringing extra toilet paper and paper towels, if you need more than 1 roll. Second bedroom is a bit small for adults, but we made it work. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Location was great! Beach was right across the street and chairs/umbrellas set up early each morning. Pools and hot tub were nice and clean. Condo was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed but the rest of the condo could have used a good deep cleaning. Furniture wasn't the most comfortable but was ok for a week. TV did not work in 2nd bedroom and remotes did not work well on main TV. Not a lot of space to put luggage in bedrooms. Liked the kitchen area and kitchen table was nice. We could hear the people above us walking around every day which was annoying but that happens sometimes when you are on the first floor. Overall a good experience.

We were very pleased with our excellent overall experience at this location! The owner was very responsive to our inquires. The beach was just steps from the condo and absolutely wonderful! The chairs and umbrella was a real bonus! Highly recommend this place!

Great condo. Excellent location with ocean view and just across from the Maravilla beach entrance with walking paths on either side of street. Very clean, secure and convenient to everything. Underestimated how nice it was to have reserved beach chairs and umbrellas. Will definitely be back!

This Condo is perfectly located across the street from the beach access. Being on the ground floor it was perfect for our 15 year old fur baby. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Location, Location
The condo was clean and the location was the best, just steps away from the beach, a great view of the sunset from the back patio. The kitchen was well equipped (loved the coffee maker......kcups for her and a pot for me). The furniture in the living room could use some updating, but we spent most of our time outside. Will definitely book again.
