Nestled in Solana Beach, this charming condo for R 8,100 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This property is a top-floor ocean front unit on the Solana Beach Bluff. The floor plan offers a great room a the front, facing the ocean. Watching the sunsets from the patio/balcony can be breathtaking. Dolphins, whales, surfers, fishing boats, seabirds, and the gently crashing waves themselves can take your mind far away and you'll never want to leave. There is a small barbecue on the patio as well. The Master and Guest Bedrooms are located down a hallway toward the back of the unit. There is an en-suite laundry washer and dryer located along the hallway. The home is frequently enjoyed by the owners and so is well provisioned with all that you would need. Modern Appliances, flat Screen TV's, Free WIFI, COX Cable TV package etc. The home has been recently and tastefully decorated and furnished. The Seascape Sur complex has 2 pools, 2 spas, and 2 Tennis Courts. it also has a clubhouse with a ping pong table and a pool table. The beach is located down a staircase at the northwest corner of the complex down to the beach. Restaurants and cafes and shops are located within walking distance. The San Diego Zoo, Wildlife Center, Balboa Park, Sea World, Legoland, and historic Downtown San Diego are located within a half hour drive. Many Golf Courses are in the vicinity including Torrey Pines and Encinitas Ranch Golf Course. World class beaches and surf spots are located up and down the coast. This is as good a beach location as it gets in Southern California!

Where do we begin???
Thinking about booking this condo? DO IT! Like now!! Seriously, you will be so happy you did. We spent hours researching rental options from Oceanside down to the heart of San Diego and it does not get better than this.
First of all, Guy is amazing. Every step of the booking process and during the stay, he was so helpful & kind. We checked in during the middle of the night and even that was a breeze!
Secondly, the views are UNBELIEVABLE!!!! So many other condos have views but not the full length of the living room & dining room - truly makes a difference. The cliffs create an epic feeling like you are on the set of a movie. Most mornings we took the stairs down to the beach (EASY), turned right and walked the ocean down to Fletcher Cove where there is the BEST place to eat called The Naked Cafe (Be sure to ask for Kat!!) You can either do the stairs back up or simply stroll down the street to the condo.
The condo itself is updated & gorgeous! Very clean. The pics do NOT do it justice. Nice lighting and very beautiful bathrooms. The care the owners show in providing their guests with all the essential supplies & MORE - you can tell they really take pride in being great hosts!
We loved having things like a washer/dryer as well as a completely remodeled kitchen. Can't say enough about this rental as well as the area. Make sure you visit the Meditation Gardens a few miles north too! Thanks again - we will certainly be back!!!!!

Waking up to coffee on the deck every morning, watching dolphins, seals, birds, surfers play all day and sunsets every night.
We did nothing and “nothing” was everything we needed on this beautiful beachfront getaway.
Perfectly decorated and ultra comfortable! We would recommend this home to everyone!

The condo was perfect. Any little problems we had were resolved by the awesome rental agent, Guy. He was the best. Our only other experience with VRBO was in Estes Park and the rental agent there was awful and never took care of our problems. Because of Guy we will consider renting through VRBO again. Just hope we have Guy again!!

Lovely spotless condo with a wonderful kitchen. Views are superior and was a nice quiet location. The lack of AC isn't great during a heat wave, but common for this area. Manager was excellent a super reponsive. Thanks for the great stay.

Our week here was wonderful! The view is the best, walking the beach was serene, and the condo is the nicest and largest we've ever stayed in! Kudos to the owner and decorator! The overlook park up the street provided gorgeous sunset photos, there are great restaurants very close by, and the landscaping around the condos is beautiful. There are 125 steps down (and back up) to the beach so we got great exercise as well! Communication with Guy was excellent, he made sure everything was just perfect. Thanks for providing an unforgettable week!

Everything from the property to location to communication was better than expected. Property was larger than we anticipated and had everything we needed, and was very clean. Location was close to everything you could want, and secluded enough to feel miles away from everywhere. Communication with property manager was excellent.

Stunning Condo. Impeccable decor. Clean. Comfortable. Right on the water. We didn't want to leave. I did, however, purchase a mattress topper for the main bedroom. The bed isn't a King. It's two twin mattresses inside 1 frame to equal a king. The result is a crack down the middle. I have back issues and rarely feel comfortable on any mattress but my own. I purchased a King Size 2" memory foam topper at a local store and was perfectly comfortable. I also purchased a non stick pan at the market. I think hosts must have a hard time with cookware. Using metal utensils on a non stick pan scratches the surface. This host stocks metal pans. Fine for some things but fried eggs are impossible. Cheap purchase and I brought it home. Virtually everything else we could have needed or wanted was provided. The only other comment: there's no AC. With windows open and fans it's comfortable but - 4 units share an entry passage and other renters are inconsiderate - loud coming and going. Yes, we're older. Yes, we nap. No, it isn't nice to allow your kids to shout or to talk to your partner loudly as you come and go. It would be helpful if the owners got together to post notices and make a point to request courtesy from their guests. If I lived here I would resent renters for this reason. No fault of the host. People are rude. This was the very best vacation rental experience we've ever had. We hope to return.

We had a fabulous time at this location in Solana Beach. The pictures of the property was exactly as we found it - couldn't have asked for a better location and view. Everything was incredibly clean. Lovely time enjoying the view and proximity to the beach. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property was clean, well appointed, and even better than the photos show. We loved watching sunsets, surfers & dolphins right from the condo. We also really liked the beach walks accessible from the community.

We had rented property several years ago and enjoyed our stay. Owners have upgraded since and the property completely fulfilled our expectations - clean, neat and well equipped. Property manager was available and responsive to the one or two issues that popped up. Weather was atypical (rain and fog!) but having a comfortable and attractive condo still made our stay very enjoyable.

The advertisement for this condo did not do it justice, it was just that good. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and the comforts it provided. I highly recommend that you stay here, except for any days I wish to return to San Diego for another visit.

We had a great time with our daughter and son in law. The kitchen is lovely. One of the chairs in the living area was damaged before we arrived. The pull device for the recliner was loose. When I pulled it out? It broke off. The chair was not well made. The table on the deck was chipped and only had 2 chairs. Most 2 bedroom condos have 4 chairs, especially when you have a beautiful view of the ocean. We put place mats down to hide the chips. The sheets in the master were stained and the quality was not what we were use to having. The ocean was amazing, of course. We enjoyed our family visit in a beautiful area.

Bright and airy
A very tastefully renovated top floor unit. It is super quiet and the view is fantastic. Close access to the main stairs that access the beach and the parking spot is close to the unit.

We fell in love with Milton's Deli and Pamplemousse Grille nearby, and had such a lovely time calling this gorgeous, relaxing home ours for a week.

My wife and I wanted to visit the San Diego area for our babymoon! After looking at multiple hotels, nothing seemed to fit the feel we were looking for. We went to VRBO and came across this. We were looking for a place to relax and get away from all the hustle and bustle while still being close to amenities. This condo did not disappoint! It’s within 20-30 minutes of everything including all the hot spots like Downtown San Diego, Little Italy, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Del Mar, and Mission Beach to name a few, as well as walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Solana Beach proper. The condo itself is amazing! It’s obviously been recently updated with very nice touches. We loved waking up every morning to have coffee and hear the ocean waves crashing while watching the surfers and dolphins. The property was quiet and well maintained with 2 pools to choose from (no one was ever there), koi ponds, waterfalls, and direct beach access (about 2-3 minute walk with 4-5 flights of stairs). We appreciated all this condo had to offer and the communication Guy provided. We hope to visit again! If there was one negative it would be not enough time spent and a couple cloudy days (Gray May is a real thing).
