Situated in Belmar, this charming house for R 7,347 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Not just a summer vacation home! Need a place for a family reunion? We rent our adjacent home during July and August, allowing you the opportunity to extend to your entire family. (VRBO Listing 831806) Attending a wedding at the shore? We rent our home offseason for shorter stays (review House Rules prior to requesting booking to confirm off-season stay exceptions). Great homes to share time with extended family and friends. This home sits back off the street offering privacy with a large driveway to park your cars. Everything you need, as if you were at home. All you need are your personal items. Our home is newly furnished offering large living room with a gas fireplace, dining room/kitchen with seating for 10 people, kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, quiet front sitting room to sit and read, 5 fully furnished bedrooms for family and friends to visit and spend quality time together. Coming off the beach and need a quick shower to get the sand off, step into a large outside shower. Sit on the front porch reading a book or take a nap while you wait for family and friends to arrive. The front room, is a quiet room next to you pass by a full bathroom for guests. The main living space has large windows allowing plenty of sun. The open kitchen allows you to cook while continuing to converse with company. The large TV lets everyone see throughout the kitchen, dining and living area. Off the back living space leads you through a sliding door to a private patio area to grill and entertain. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom suite with a rainfall shower in the master bath, a large bedroom with a queen bed and a small bedroom. Additionally, on the second floor, is the third full bath with a tub. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor so you can quickly clean towels for fresh use. On the third floor, you will find two additional bedrooms with queen and full-size beds. Great place for the kids to stay and bring their friends. Both rooms offer darkening shades to keep the bright sun out early in the morning. For your convenience, we offer 4 beach badges and chairs, located in the garage where you can store your bicycles. Owners were great. House was clean & well equipped. Plenty of room for my husband and me, our 3 adult children + their spouses.
Walking distance to the beach. Check with the owner regarding beach towels. - We were in town for a wedding, so no time to swim. Didn’t see beach towels, but they could have been tucked away in a closet.

We had a wonderful weekend stay visiting family in a nearby town. Beach was a short walk away and enjoyed the restaurants and pubs for St Patrick’s Day just a couple of blocks away. The rental was just as described and plenty of room for the 8 of us!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. Kim and Mike provided great communication and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The house was clean and met all of our expectations. We especially enjoyed the open concept between the kitchen, dining area and family room. The gas fireplace was used and enjoyed especially with temps outside at 7 degrees. It added an extra layer of comfort.

Kim (owner)was great to deal with and extremely responsive. And our experience was very positive.
Master shower was a challenge to control the water temperature. The upstairs could use an additional bathroom. As the second floor shares a bathroom with 2 bedrooms and the additional bedrooms on the third floor. Finally the 3 floor was very hot everting and we struggled to regulate a comfortable temperature for the family members that were on that floor

We were very happy with communication with Kim. She was helpful and provided restaurant suggestions at our request. The house was just as pictured, extremely clean and very pretty. Perfect Beach House
My family and I have been coming to the Jersey shore for 20 years. (I am originally from this area)This was the best beach house we’ve rented by far. It was spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and very clean. It was ideal for our family of 6 and extended visiting family. It was also walking distance to the beach which was an added bonus!
The owners were very helpful and responsive.

Terrific experience
My family and I stayed here for 5 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. Everything from start to finish was great. House was clean, check-in was very easy, and the owners were very responsive. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and all the amenities worked fine. Highly recommend!

The home is very well appointed - in furnishings, kitchenware. It very spacious - both in the size of bedrooms ( good mattresses too!) but also in the common areas. Lovely and great communication between owners leading up/post vacation.

The house is clean, comfortable and fully furnished/equipped.
Kim and Mike were extremely accessible and responsive, from booking to departure, and wonderful in accommodating a few extra requests.
While we were there in November for an event, this house and location [included off-street parking, which is at a premium in season] would be super for a family summer vacation in Belmar -- which has been my favorite "down the shore" town for the past 60 years.

The owners of this property were very welcoming and easy to deal with. The house itself was perfect for us as we, at times, had 10 occupants. We were all able to sit out in the yard. There were 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower , none of which ever ran out of hot water, as we came back from the beach and all took showers. The house itself was beautiful, spacious and clean. Everything promised was there. Can’t wait to go back!

15 minute walk to the beach
The house is nestled in the backyard so the busy thoroughfare street wasn’t an issue. We took the car most days to the beach because of our baby equipment. The house is wonderful. Clean and welcoming. Kitchen generously stocked with cooking utensils. Kim and Mike are thoughtful hosts. No issues at all. Would go again.

Very nice house a little walk to the beach but otherwise very, Very nice! Wish I had known ahead that the ice maker was disconnected before I went to the store, had to make a second trip for ice. Home was very clean and nicely furnished. Nice utensils, dishes and glasses. Appreciated that it was so nicely equipped. A nice house for people to rent.

Great multi-family rental home.
Kim and Mike are great hosts and their home is beautiful. Our family had a great time while in NJ.
Our family traveled to NJ for a family member's wedding. Kim and Mike were incredibly accommodating with our schedule, 1- since the wedding was held on a week day and 2 we had were multiple families traveling in from different states. Knowing that we didn't have to rush out the day after the wedding really allowed us to enjoy the wedding day.
Kim and Mike went out of their way to communicate with us before our stay. Kim made sure to answer any questions we had, and the information guide at the rental home was very helpful. Kim and Mike were very responsive with any questions that we had once we arrived. Kim even checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything.
The house was absolutely beautiful and is exactly how it was shown on line. The location is good, lots to do nearby. The house is about a 1/2 mile from the beach, but it is walk-able. We did it every day. We really appreciated the 4 beach badges and beach chairs, buckets, etc which were a part of the rental. This is a great family rental, with lots of space. We had 6 adults and 2 children under 5 and felt like we had more than enough room.
The kitchen and living room area are also spacious. The kitchen had lots of pots, pans, cups, dishes which made cooking in easy.
Its the small personal touches that Kim and Mike do that make this such a great rental. I highly recommend using Kim and Mike for your beach rental. They do a great job of taking care of their guests and we plan to use them again for our next vacation in the Belmar/Lake Como area.

Great house—walk to beach
We had a great stay at Kim & Mike’s house for a week at the beach in celebration of my mom’s milestone birthday. The house was great—clean, recently updated, plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen that made cooking easy (which definitely is not always the case in a beach house)! We also enjoyed meals on the patio and food on the grill.
The walk to the beach was just over half a mile, which we did most days, no problem (although the kids sometimes took a wagon ride there). 4 beach badges included made the beach more reasonable. Was a great stay and would definitely stay there again!

We were perfectly suited for what we needed. It provided a spot with ample room for our family and for guests in for a family funeral to gather. Modern, clean and roomy, it had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect for us
We rented this house for our family during a Thanksgiving visit with our extended family in the area. It was perfect for our three generations; parents, children and grandchildren. Lots of room, home-like feel, lots of kitchen supplies, and a nice warm gas fired fireplace which came in handy for the "coldest Thanksgiving Day in years". While we ate our holiday meals elsewhere; pancake breakfast with the fire on was fun and family friendly. Kim and Mike were thoughtful and considerate hosts. We will definitely consider a return visit.

Perfect Spot for A Reunion
The house was spotless, perfectly furnished, well-stocked with supplies and a short walk to the ocean. We had a multi-generational cousins' reunion. Plenty of space for the little ones to play, close to the water and shops for the teens to explore, and private and quiet for the adults to catch up. The owners were responsive from booking through departure. Highly recommend.
