Located in McCully-Moiliili, this attractive house for R 4,206 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Unit Description: Walk to Waikiki beach, Ala Moana mall, convention center, restaurants, shops and many other Waikiki attractions in this newly renovated unit. Unit comes with wifi internet, cable TV, window air conditioning, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels (bath and beach), coffee, tea and bottled water. Beach chairs and beach umbrella available upon request. The building offers a pool, Jacuzzi, large sun deck, barbecue grills, gym (one time $5 per guest usage fee), coin laundry, common area wifi, a bar and café. The view includes city, canal, mountain range and glimpses of the ocean. Attached covered parking available at rate of $40/per 24 hours with in & out privileges. They take cash only. If you are staying past 5 days, please ask me about cheaper parking options. Luggage storage service provided by our security office on the lower lobby level for $5 per bag. There is 24 hour building security. Smart cars rental is on the premises and other car, scooter and bike rentals companies are nearby within few minutes walking distance.

We had 3 people that needed 2 rooms. This worked perfectly for us. Both sides have their own bath and kitchenette. Great central location and Shujie was great to work with.

Clean and exactly as listed. Both Shujie and Manger Kelly were great to deal with. Both units had exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Oahu and was centrally located since we didn't have a car.

We rented the place for 8 nights, both units. The AC in both are window mounted and very loud, even with the ear plugs. If you turn it off - it's very stuffy and hot, and can't open the window...we tried to stay there as little as we can. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking: 1 small pot and a huge frying pan that is impossible to use, because it slides off the stove. No teapot or kettle for the tea. But the owner is very nice and helpful, maybe if he knows these issues, he would fix it. I would rate it as a 3 star hotel.

We had a great stay at this property! The location was great and we loved the short walk to shopping and Waikiki beach! This property was clean and comfortable. The owner left wonderful directions that made checking in and out very easy and even a box of chocolates which made the kids' day!

Good value for large groups staying in Oahu
Our condo was comfortable for our large family. Our host was kind, helpful, and patient. We arrived late due to getting lost on our way in from the airport, but once we got there he showed up in minutes to let us in and help us get settled. We requested extra pillows and an extra cot for our youngest daughter, and he quickly responded. Host left box of chocolates and water bottles in fridge, very thoughtful. Extra folding table and big beach bags in closet were also helpful. Thank you, Shujie!

Satisfied for everything!
To start with, the host, Shujie, is amazing. Every time when I send questions, I received responses in a very short time. He let us borrow some extra items to make our trip easier. He is seriously a major reason why our vacation was awesome.
I booked both units for our family vacation for total of 5 adults and 2 kids. One room was large enough that we all got to hang out together. While the other room seems to be a bit small, it is plenty enough for 3 of us, me, my husband and our 2 year-old daughter, to sleep, get ready and eat. While our two girls were a bit scared of going to the ocean, the condo has pool and jacuzzi that they got to enjoy a lot with dads.
The location was very convenient as well. It is a bit away from the very main part of Waikiki, but there are still lots of good and convenient places are around: beach, convenience store, good coffee shops and restaurants, and Ala Moana shopping center. We didn't have a car, but we can pretty much walk to anywhere when we needed something.
Lastly, it was very nice plus that the this location was in a airport pick-up shuttle range. We were planning on taking a city bus to get to the airport until we found out that the city bus won't take a passenger with a suitcase. While lots of affordable shuttles service only pick up people from hotels, this location was included in those shuttles. This was a huge plus.
All our family enjoyed everything about our trip and this place and Shujie made it happen. Thank you very much and I look forward to come back to this place again.

Good value and nice option
Nice place that was convenient and fit our needs. It was clean. The building itself is a little on the older side, but that wasn’t a negative for us. Pool was clean. Hot tub is a free standing hot tub and worked well.

You are on the 31st floor, and the second apartment was much smaller. Everything was very clean and well stocked.

Perfect family set-up...not too fancy, but very cozy, comfortable and well located!
We truly enjoyed our stay here. There were 5 of us and the set up worked perfectly for my mother-in-law and daughter to room together, while my husband and I stayed in the other studio with our infant son.
We LOVED having the shared foyer. This allowed us to park the stroller and our shoes there, leave our studio doors open and move freely from one condo to the next for those family moments, like sharing a cup a coffee, making breakfast together or winding down from the day's activities.
We enjoyed having the kitchens, which allowed us to make a Costco run and purchase snacks, some basic breakfast foods, etc to support our week there.
Also, loved being able to wash our clothes, at the onsite laundry facility found in the building, at the end of the week to avoid traveling home with a bunch of dirty clothes.
Shujie is a great host. He has included some great pieces in each of the rooms that adds convenience to your vacation. The cooler bags are awesome for trips to the beach and other excursions. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and basic kitchen tools. LOVED the toiletries provided. In addition, Shujie's recommendations for things to do and places to eat was hugely appreciated and much enjoyed!
Lastly, it would be a miss on my part if I didn't acknowledge the extremely hospitable box of chocolates and water left in each condo to welcome us to oir temporary home. This was an amazing gesture and just speaks to the vibe created here.
We didn't experience any issues with the building. It fits right in with where it's located. Majority of the folks we met were kind and helpful...we had a good time at the pool, ventured out every day on foot and found SO many things nearby (LOTS of food and shops). We did still rent a vehicle and I'm glad we did. This allowed us to explore other parts of the island and run random errands like going grocery shopping.
I think that covers everything. Again, we had an amazing time...our stay was great, our host was great...our vacation was great!

It’s was perfect for our party of 5 adults.
The place was clean and was perfect for us! I saw in another review about elevators taking time, but there are three elevators that worked fairly fast.
We met Shujie, he was very nice and accommodating to our needs! We would rent from again if we’re in Honolulu. Nice location, we walked to the shops, beach, and it was 10 minutes to Les Murakami Stadium where our son played Baseball!

Our place had everything we needed and more. We were especially surprised by the beach bags and beach towels as well as the yummy chocolates and Hawaiian coffee. The kitchen was stocked well with all utensils and cookware we needed to cook a few meals for our family of 4. Thank you for the water bottles in our refrigerators. The showers were very nice with good water pressure and shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel well supplied. Great hairdryer as well. We loved the view, and the location was great for a walk to the shops, restaurants, and beach as well as grocery stores. You may want to bring sleeping eye masks since the light comes in brightly in the morning. I was glad I brought them. We had a great time and will recommend staying here to friends.

Bright, clean
My friend and I chose to stay at Shujie's accommodations for a couple of reasons first was having two separate units, having your own privacy is always good and not having to fight for a bathroom can't complain about that. The kitchen was fully equipped although we did not take advantage of the kitchen's other than for breakfast, but lots of room in the fridge to keep your beverages cold.
The unit was very clean well equipped , had beautiful views can see a bit of the Ocean between the buildings, beautiful at night time with all the lights over the city.
About 5 blocks from the beach lots of shopping nearby.. if one of us was out in the evening we had no issues of feeling uncomfortable in the neighborhood.
The hotel part itself was a bit old, Lobby dated but overall clean.. elevators a bit slow but for the price we paid for the unit you just made sure you left yourself enough time if in a hurry to get down to the lobby.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, my friend is even thinking this may be a great location again and she may be returning to Hawaii next year with 2 friends.
Thanks again and I wouldn't hesitate of booking this location again.

Older building...great location... comfortable rooms
Although the building is a little worn, they are doing a lot of rennovations. It was the perfect location. Walked to Ala Moana mall, International Marketplace, the beach, etc... We loved the two suites. Beautiful quilts, water in the fridge, a box of candy, etc... We will definitely stay here again. Great for two couples or family with children as suites can be separate or connected. Shujie was great to work with. Very quick responses and excellent instructions.

Great Little Place Close to Everything- Just a Little Dated
This is a great place to stay if you have extended family traveling with you (hosts approximately 4-6). We thoroughly enjoyed being so close to my parents, while still maintaining privacy of our own. The room has been updated, but the age of the building is most apparent. If you do not mind dated, this is a great location and room.
The rundown:
Easy to access Waikiki- close to everything within 5-10 minute walking.
Convenience when traveling with others to remain close.
Nice to have own kitchen and fridge etc.
Pool is decent and was in a great location to get some sunshine.
Owner is great and easy to contact/ check in with- everything was laid out great!
Be aware that parking is $25 for every 24 hour period- we knew this going in, so it wasn't a big deal.
Parking anywhere downtown is expensive. Thankfully the garage had extra parking the entire stay. Be aware they are small stalls and we witnessed an accident while someone was trying to park- we tried to park far away with our rental car to avoid any contact with other vehicles.

Clean and well maintained unit, great owner
Unit was very clean and well maintained and included plush bath and beach towels, full sized fridge in one of the units, plenty of dishes and glasses etc. at the Hawaiian Monarch. Lobby and hallways were dated and elevator could be very slow but it was a great value for what we paid. Reasonably quiet on the 31st floor. Shujie was very informative with the check in procedures which was very helpful and appreciated. He was always quick to respond and wanted our stay to be everything we had hoped for.

We had a pleasant stay at this place.
The condo was clean, spacious and had all the conveniences. It's also located near everything, you can walk to a lots of restaurants. Our favorites were Goofy's and Pho Saigon which are only a short walk away. I only wish that the elevators had not broken down for a couple of days because the wait for the working one was long... It's always something!

Very clean, spacious and great location
We absolutely loved our stay. The rooms were super clean, comfortable and had a great view. We walked to most of the places in Waikiki and just rented a car when we went to the North Shore. The full kitchen was nice to have – though we didn’t use it too much as there were so many great places to eat within walking distance. Having two full bathrooms was so awesome. I don’t know how we ever got by with just one bathroom on our previous vacations. Our host was fantastic – really nice and communicated all the information and instructions perfectly. Even helped us out with planning for activities and getting us discounted tickets. Saved us a lot of time and money.

Absolutely Perfect!
Perfect stay. Everything we had hoped for. Super clean rooms with nice amenities and great view. The full kitchen was so convenient as we sometimes cooked in the room when too tired to go out or just wanted to take a break from eating out. So awesome having two full bathrooms as it was a life saver at times and such a luxury to have. The condo is in a nice centrally located location where we could walk to most of the places that we wanted to go. Highly recommend it and we plan to book again next time we’re in Hawaii.

Outstanding - Easy and Stress Free
I would categorize our stay as easy and stress free and that’s what we needed on a family vacation. Communications with Shujie was a joy as he attended to all our questions and made sure we had all the information needed. My husband and I slept on the queen bed in one studio while our two children slept on the full size beds in the other one – very comfortable. The units were extremely clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed. The condo is close to everything; therefore we didn’t need a car during our stay. We either walked or used the BIKI bike rental just outside the building to go to the beach, zoo, Diamond Head, Ala Moana mall and other places in Waikiki. Very convenient. Lots of good eating places within easy walking distance and the breakfast café in the lobby was so delicious. Loved our stay here and will book again for our next visit to Hawaii.
