Located in Marco Island, this attractive house for R 6,819 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our home at 165 Beachcomber Street is a quick two to three block walk (750 paces) from beautiful Crescent beach. We provide a beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and towels for your convenience. Our home features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living/media room. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new mattress and bedding. It also includes an attached bath, walk-in closet and direct access to lanai. The guest bedrooms, queen and twin, are located on the opposite side of the house and share a freshly renovated bathroom. Our newly constructed pool was added in November of 2014. We have a no smoking and no pet policy. House is installed with high speed wireless internet. Simply step into our home and surround yourself with paradise.

The house was perfect for our family stay in Marco Island. Very clean and well-equipped. The pool is very nice and it's super convenient to the public beach access. It's in a great, quiet neighborhood. The host was great and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as described. The house was very clean, which is always my number one priority. It was an easy, safe walk to the beach. Speaking of beach, this beach was the widest, most beautiful beach that we had ever seen! It was very peaceful with very few people. We are so grateful to the owners for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. The pool area was fabulous, and allowed us to extend our time outside together each day. Thank you again for sharing your home with us! It was perfect!

Great and swift from communication from the hosts. House worked great for our family. Lots of towels, lots of beach items and cart to drag them to the beach which is about 5-10 min walk with kids. Pool is great and mosquito nets over the entire outdoor soace keep you protected from bugs. Kitchen had everything we needed Overall great place to stay!

We have stayed many times on Marco Island. This was by far our favorite property. The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to the beach and close to many of the resturants and shops that we love. The house is really nice and kept immaculate, it has everything you need. (Pool toys, beach gear and bikes). Loved having the private pool and beautiful patio to relax on. Ted is very responsive and takes pride in maintaining the house to a top standard. We did not have any issues with anything during our stay there, but I felt assured if we had, it would have been taken care of. Such a happy vacation in a wonderful house. Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Marco Island and this house played a major role. The location was perfect -- easy beach access, lots of space for a family of four with two teenagers. Ted was very helpful -- called us upon check in and offered helpful tips. Highly recommend this property!

The house was wonderful and as advertised. After SW cancelled our flights the owner was able to be flexible with our stay, much appreciated! We loved the distance to the beach, riding bikes, and enjoying the pool. Although HOT we love Marco in the summer when no one is there! Only issue were 3 of the 5 beach chairs were broken and umbrella needs to be replaced. We made due with the large tent. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The house is very beautiful, with an open floor plan and 3 perfectly sized rooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with most things you will need on your stay. It is a very short 6- minute walk to the beach where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets! The pool was absolutely perfect for our family. We had a blast and can't wait to come back again!!

We had a great two weeks on Marco Island! This house had it all and you felt like you were at home only closer to the beach. Loved the backyard access to the pool! We really enjoyed having bicycles to cruise around on or take to the beach. The owner was wonderful at communicating right away with any issues. We will definitely be returning to this house again.

Me encanto la renta de esta casa ❤️❤️❤️❤️ la verdad he ido de vacaciones ,4 veces en Marco Island,y de todas las propiedades está casa ,165 Beachcomber street ,esta muy buena y acogedora,limpia cuando digo limpio es todo desde los cuartos,la cocina las toallas las camas súper buenas como en mi casa la verdad de corazón y la piscina superrrr Limpia estaba exquisita de todo corazón,me encanto esa casa y pienso regresar .Lo único es que los vecinos no dejan poner música que pena la verdad nunca me había pasado eso ahí en marco island,pero lo que es la propiedad volvería muchas vecesmás y el dueño de la propiedad es una persona súper atento ,amable y educado.❤️

The house is beautiful and very comfortable! Communication with the owner Ed was excellent! The beach was massive with plenty of space for everyone! We hope to be back again next year! It was our first trip to Marco Island and I have to say the entire area is pristine and laid back. Exactly what we were looking for!

This house was the perfect location for our family vacation. Two couples and a 7 & 8 year old. It was an easy walk to the beach and everything you could need (chairs/umbrella/toys) was provided. We definitely got full use of the pool and enjoyed nights on the patio. Ted was great to work with, responsive when we had questions. I would recommend this location to anyone!

This home is just as it's listed, clean, bright, close to everything and absolutely the most comfortable home. The beds were amazing, the house is beautiful and the location is fantastic. Everything about it was perfect. There were 4 of us and we all had such a great time. The beaches are so beautiful, you could walk to everything you wanted, food, entertainment, sun, and relaxation. Hosts were super responsive and helpful with fun places to see/eat. 5 stars from us, we are talking about a return trip in a few year for the next graduation!

We absolutely love staying here! It’s our third year in a row. It has everything we need and more to enjoy the short walk to the beach for swimming during the days and going back for sunsets later. We love having our own pool as well! Definitely plan on coming back!

We took our family of five and had an awesome time! The reviews were spot on. They had everything we needed for a day at the beach. The distance to the beach was perfect for a walk or a bike ride. We ate all of our meals outside under the covered back patio. We were just a block away from the Catholic Church so we were able to attend mass. My kids loved it. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location, great house

We had a great week in Marco and this home really couldn't be more convenient to the gorgeous beach. The pool is the perfect size and had plenty of toys for kids, and we ate all of our meals on the patio dining table which is shaded most of the day/evening. We spent 90% of our days outside, but when we were inside, everything was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed.
