We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and very spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. Plenty of room for us, our 2 daughters and their families. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great proximity to the beach where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. The owner was great and he mailed our parking passes well in advance of our stay. There are no ramps to get your beach wagon out to the beach so you will need to carry it getting up and down stairs. A small price to pay. I highly recommend this condo. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again!

Great condo and great location! Condo was very clean and comfortable. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom which was a huge plus! We loved the large wrap-around balcony and spent a lot of time there. We had a little trouble with the door lock and Chuck came right out and had it fixed in no time! Lillians Pizza across the street was a big hit! We also enjoyed Pedro's, Lulu's and The Jellyfish. Overall, this was a great place, in a great location with a great beach! We will be back!

We have stayed in Perdido many times and this condo was by far the best one yet...very clean and comfortable. Each sibling and their spouse had their own bed/bath which was perfect for us...we all like our own space. Owner very accommodating. We will be back.

Family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and had a great time here. The space was adequate for us and had everything we needed except an Icecream scoop. I love the location and not a crowded area at all. I gave 4 stars just due to some minor things that needed updating. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was moldy. The furniture is kind of worn and needs updating. The balcony furniture also needs updating due to wear and tear. And the front bedroom lets too much light thru the window. Other than that everything was good.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the unit. The parking was convenient since we had 3 total parking spots (2 of which were in the dry!). The condo building is good, but it is starting to show its age. Some paint is peeling/worn in places, elevators and lobby doors have some minor issues, etc. The pool is basic, but nothing exciting. The condo itself was clean, but the furniture is also starting to show its age. Some staining on the couches and bedding was visible, which can give the impression of being worn out. The deck furniture is wooden and has lost its varnish/sealant. It seemed structural sound, but it looked like it was worn out as well. I think the photos in the listing are overall accurate and represent the condo correctly. The condo was cleaned and in good housekeeping order, it is just a unit with some well-used furniture and a dated decor style. The beach was great while we were there. Not crowded and very clean and enjoyable. We also enjoyed using the BBQ grills to cook dinner one night. The view from this upper floor unit was very peaceful and relaxing.

This is a corner unit & is very spacious. Bedrooms & baths were clean, however the furniture in the living room was kinda of dirty & worn.

The communication with the property owner was great. Anytime I had a question he was responsive. We had a few issues and he was quick to come fix it. The condo even had spare chairs, umbrellas, and beach gear. Great condo!

We love Perdido Key and the Windemere. We have stayed at this locations multiple times. This was our first on VRBO. The booking was easy. Chuck our host provided great communication and was available if needed during our stay. Our had 1 assigned parking space which meant you didnt have to worry about parking.

Check in was so easy. Owner mailed our 3 parking passes to us along with door code a week prior to arrival. 2 covered assigned parking spaces were so nice! Condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, everything we needed in kitchen to cook. The closet full of beach supplies was awesome! Floats, ice chests, umbrellas, beach chairs, toys for the kids….. we did not have to take anything of ours! Easy short beach access, just a short pier and you were on the sand. Enjoyed the hot tub after dinner while the kids swam. Loved this area, not crowded, close to great restaurants, grocery stores etc. Would 100% recommend staying at this condo!

We had the best week. The condo was fabulous and the views were breathtaking. The access to the sandy white beach or pool was quick and easy. A good variety of shops and restaurants nearby. There were plenty of sand crabs and shells to hunt at night as well.

Sand, Sun and Tons of Fun!
We had the best week. The condo was fabulous and the views were breathtaking. The access to the sandy white beach or pool was quick and easy. A good variety of shops and restaurants nearby. There were plenty of sand crabs and shells to hunt at night as well.

It was nice to have a door code vs a key for convenience, and not having to checkin anywhere. The covered reserved parking space made parking so easy. Being an end unit, nobody came past our room and we heard very little outside noise. Nice big patio with wonderful views. The storage closet had tons of beach supplies that could be used. The building is in a great location, seemed well maintained and clean, super short walk to the beach, which is not crowded and was wonderful.

I have no complaints at all! It was clean, comfortable, and looked better than the pictures. The beach supply closet was a nice bonus. Also, there is an ice machine on the property which is super nice for filling up your cooler. I would stay here again.
