About this house rental

Nestled in Isle of Palms, this charming house for R 4,660 per night is a great choice for your next break. Wonderful home located in the Beachside Community at the Isle of Palms. Recently finished major renovations added a fourth bedroom and a brand new bathroom, making it one of the bigger properties in the Beachside community! Key Features include: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, four cable televisions, flat screen in living room, large sundeck, outdoor shower, short walk to the beach and access to community pool and tennis courts. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping room. This home is also within walking distance of the shops and restaurants at the IOP Pavilion. WiFi and Linens included. No smoking. No pets. Vehicle Capacity: 4 ---LAYOUT--- First Floor: Elevated home with Carport Second Floor: Porch Living Room Dining Room Kitchen Hall Bath Bedroom 1: King Bed; Private bath. TV Bedroom 2: Twin Bunk Bed; Private bath Bedroom 3: Queen Bed; Shares hall bath. TV Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds; Shares hall bath. TV Dining table with seating for 6 and additional seating for 6 at kitchen dinette and 3 at kitchen island. *This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 6/1/24 to 8/16/24; 3 night minimum in offseason.* POOL is open 1st Sunday in April through last Sunday in Oct., 8:00 a.m. to sundown. ***Per HOA rules no boat parking is permitted in this neighborhood*** License #RS24-8203

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful very accommodating house. Far from the pool. Need to know the dishwasher needs cleaning it wasn't running properly and had a bad smell. Also the dryer lint filter couldn't be removed properly. Piece of metal bent inside.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our Mothers Day weekend at this location. Walking distance to beach, grocery store and restaurants. The home comes with everything you need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space in living room and kitchen to entertain. Love the deck to sit out in morning feel the ocean breeze. The only downside that was very disappointing was the dirty floors. My baby was on floor for 5 minutes and her legs were filthy. We had to wet mop the rooms. Underneath the carpet in living room was a lot of sand. The living room is in serious need of a repaint.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great time celebrating a milestone birthday with my girlfriends here! The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable, and all the bathrooms were nicely updated. It was a short walk to the beach as well as the grocery store and Co-op for Frose! Island Realty was great and even texted to let us know the property was available an hour earlier than we anticipated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property because at the last minute, the property that we have been renting for the past 5 years or so had some maintenance issues and wasn’t available. It was quite comfortable and very satisfactory. We had a couple of maintenance issues but Island Realty very promptly came to the rescue. A couple of negatives: The kitchen was lacking in a few basic items and we had to wash some dishes and wipe out some drawers before using. The furniture could use a steam clean. But on the whole, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impressions are important, right? The front door, paint it! Discolored and shabby looking! The entire left light blue wall that runs down the living area and kitchen, paint it! Dirty! The furniture in the living room, visible dirty! Clean it. The kitchen needs an entire upgrade, but it useable. We slept on the master king bed. They’ve added. 2” piece of foam. It was okay. Didn’t cause me any back issues, but housekeeping did NOT put a mattress cover it! It was actually turned upside down underneath the e foam topper. The box springs had a mattress cover on it. Thankfully, I brought my own pillow it I would have not felt like I was protected from other peoples germs. Housekeeping did fine cleaning the ok e before our arrival. We always enjoy the beach at IOP, and will return. But, won’t stay here until a deep cleaning and kitchen upgrade are made. Location to beach was great, but road noise is an issue. Bring something for background noise.

It slept us all comfortably & we enjoyed many meals in the kitchen. Our heat pump went down on us last night we was there I called the after hours & withing 2 hours the technician arrived & had our AC running again! Thank you Island Realty!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week at 4 Ocean Court was agreat week. Except for a few rain shower only one day was all day. Our house serve us well we had 5 adults and5 children 1 year old a two year old a6 year old and a13 and a 15 year old All had fun with a 5 minute walk to the beach or the pool and only a 10 minute walk to the town. Easy access to the bridge to go to near by stores and recreation fun.
