About this house rental
Nestled in Cudjoe Key, this lovely house for R 11,512 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautiful Ocean Front Home with six bedroom/Four bath. New memory foam mattresses in King and Queen rooms. Enjoy the heated pool, dock and beach. Located on Cudjoe Bay with panoramic view of the Atlantic and deep water swimming. Kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. There is a huge screened in porch for your outdoor dining enjoyment. This a very relaxing and beautiful location. There is dining for 12 inside and dining for 12 on the screened in porch. There are several local restaurants within 1-8 miles of the property. Bahia Honda State Park Beach is about 8 miles away. 20 Miles to Key West and all it has to offer. The pool is located beach front with covered lounge area. You can swim and fish off of the dock. we recommend always wearing water shoes when swimming in the ocean. This home is priced based on the number of guests. The base rate is for up to 6 guests. Additional guests fee is $25 per night per person. Our Cancellation policy is: Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If The Florida Keys are closed to visitors because of the COVID-19 pandemic for your arrival date, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your reservation or receive a refund. Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74.18 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. We loved our stay at the Family Retreat! Plenty of space for everyone, and great views. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and the kayaks (and the iguanas everywhere). The house was equipped with all the necessities and accoutrements for cooking. The Squared Grouper is right down the street, jet ski and boat rentals not far either. Only 20 miles to Key West, which is a MUST GO! I recommended this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay with lots of amenities and FUN!

This home was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and provided ample space for 3 couples. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Cannot say enough good about this home.

The property is great, nice location and peaceful. Had an issue with wash machine and made a phone call and was taken care of immediately. The mattresses need to be upgraded, very old, like sleeping in holes with a hump in the center. When I arrived, I also felt that the floor were very dirty, socks turned black and bare feet had sand on them. Just needs a little more tlc, otherwise beautiful and very nice especially for larger families. We enjoyed it very much, had fun in the pool and out by the docks. Nice overall!

Such a great location. Away from the noise and hustle and bustle of Key West, yet close enough to visit and enjoy.
Not finding a single bug in a house on the water in FL was a complete miracle!
Square Grouper restaurant is only a mile away and is one of the best we have been to.
Pool was clean and a wonderful way to stay cool.
The screen porch could not be more perfect for morning coffee and dinner.

This is the third year we have rented and as always had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed the screened lanai, and the pool is great. Guys enjoyed fishing on dock. Several good restaurants within a few miles. Square Grouper amazing. Babalu a local was great.

The house has a wonderful layout for cooking and relaxing, yet still visiting with everyone. There are plenty of private rooms for napping and sleeping. We enjoyed the pool, ocean, hot tub, kayaking and large screened in upper lania, perfect for watching the wildlife and sunset. We arrived after hurricane Ian and they had done an amazing job to clean up the property! Thanks to Amy and Cindi for working with us on everything. Highly recommend this great rental paradise getaway. !

The chrome was peeling of at the hinges and stabbing me when I sat down. The toilet is also too low for us older people with bad knees to sit on. Everything else was great. The screened porch could have used a few loungers instead of so many chairs. The screened porch bedroom with the twin beds had a window ac and was rattling when trying to sleep. All the bedrooms on that side of the house did not get enough ac in them. Enjoyed the pool and the view. Our vacation was very relaxing.

Family celebrated 80th birthday & 2 grandchildren graduations
We found food in the kitchen cabinets. we did not use any but I think there should have instructions to use or not use. The towels in bath room were very old & well used. we did experience of dripping water from ceiling. We did leave a list of thing need repair

The Keys life but quieter
We loved the location of this rental. It really is a beautiful island getaway with direct access to the water which made it so relaxing while also staying active. We think the house had some moisture/mold issues around the ventilation areas but we can’t imagine how hard it is to maintain those levels. Also, half of us were bitten up by sand fleas. Just be aware. We loved this location! Close to Key West but not in the commotion of it. Thank you!

Great property for vacation. The only negative thing I can say is that the floors needed a good mopping. They were so dirty that if you walked in your barefeet, they would be very black on the bottom. Otherwise a perfect vacation.

Great house and a perfect location. They have all the amenities and the pool is the crown jewel. Property manager was quick to respond when we had a minor problem. Close proximity to convenience store and a short drive to other stores. The only negatives are the mattresses are old and less-than-comfortable. Handrail was in disrepair and an exposed nail cut one of our fingers. Manager assured us this would be repaired.
