About this condo rental
We are right on the beach! Location can't be beat! We are one block from the south Bridge (Stickney Point Bridge). Convenience is key to a vacation. You can walk to the grocery, to restaurants, shops, rentals, Ice cream, and so much more. Traffic can get congested on Siesta Key, but at this location, you won't be in the middle of the congestion...you can drive on and off the key with ease.Did you know that Siesta Key also has a free Trolley called The Breeze and you can just wave it down in front of our building and take it anywhere on the key...for free!! This unit is on the top floor, unit 504. A reserved parking space for this unit is under the building, very close to one of the two elevators. Your car will always be cool and comfortable. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen: Fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, double deep sinks, disposal, and a washer and dryer. FREE WIFI. Sheets, towels and beach towels are generously provided. Paper products, dishwasher soaps, bar soaps, hand soaps, and cleaning products are all in the condo and it will feel very much like home. The complex of House of the Sun provides lounge chairs on our section of the beach. There is a large tub of beach toys and noodles at the pool area, so if you are coming down with kids, don't purchase beach toys until you have checked out the large assortment that have been left behind by previous families. I provide beach umbrellas. Lounge by our heated pool, play some tennis, video games, ping-pong and air-hockey and be on the beach. House of the Sun has it all. Guests of House of the Sun enjoy bringing their evening cocktails and snacks to the FIFTH FLOOR DECK. The atmosphere is fun and casual and friendships have been made from this great fifth floor deck with beautiful panoramic views of our beach with its gorgeous white sand. Great location. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants. The beach access is easy and the beach itself is beautiful. The space is very well laid out and very comfortable for 4.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen stocked with everything needed if cooking your own meals. Condo location was perfect for many activities we both enjoyed. My sister and I both enjoyed the beautiful beach. My sister was thrilled to have open play pickleball courts near by. Shopping and restaurants all close by. We had a great time while we were there!

We loved this property and location. It was a very comfortable unit with fantastic view and amenities. Also very convenient access to great restaurant selections and fun casual bar options.
We would definitely want to stay again and recommend this property for a wonderful get away destination.

This was an amazing place to stay. All the restuarants and ice cream shops were walkong distance. This facility is right on tje beach, easy access. Not only do you have a beach to enjoy but you have a nice pool that is 6.6 ft deep.
I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay with our daughter and grandson. Spent most of our time on the beautiful beach, chairs and umbrella provided. Condo was super clean and well stocked. Location is great, restaurants and bars across the street.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was idea for myself and my wife. The location was splendid ,close to the soft sanded beach. The condo was well stocked with all you need to make your vacation comfortable. Didn’t want to leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Siesta Key visit. The property was just as described. We loved the beach. The pool was warm. Ate out at restaurants nearby. We would stay here again!

We were sooooo happy with this condo!
We had everything we needed!
All the furniture and beds were really cozy and comfortable and the property was well cleaned and maintained (which is my number one concern, after the color of the water and the softness of the sand, course!)
For the two of us, we had plenty of space to spread out if needed as well. I felt at home in the kitchen and appreciated it being stocked with cutlery and cooking items. I appreciated a nicely decorated and furnished place that made it feel like home!
Seems like other visitors payed it forward and left items they couldn’t fly back with
( like bottles of sunscreen) and the next visitors will have a fresh new bottle from us as well! When you’re in a hurry to get to that beach, this is a nice gesture! Water pressure was good and never loss of hot water.
We may have been seen at captain Curt’s every night lol and we definitely participated in thursday karioke night. Ok, not me, but my singing boyfriend!
Trolley was awesome and convenient!
We sooo loved the live music and felt very lucky to hear it from the balcony (where we also giggled our beach bums off in the zero gravity chairs after a few too many drinks
(sniki tiki’s). We loved that we were literally a few steps right across the street and we could stay safe!
We loved the beach chairs included and set up every morning as well as the option to purchase umbrella.
The water was gorgeous and the sand white and soft( and not hot!?!).

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much at this condo in Siesta Key that we plan to return! This place was well stocked, clean and in a wonderful location! We could walk to so many places and the beach was beautiful with chairs there for us! We also enjoyed the pool - and since it was pretty quiet there, it was like having a private pool! Donna is wonderful and easy to work with and available for questions and issues. We highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful first time visit to Siesta Key!
Our first visit to Siesta Key was wonderful! Condo was everything we needed! We had no problems with check in and didn’t need to contact Donna at all during the week. Location is great. Would definitely return to this condo again!

The unit was exactly as described. The checkin process was very simple and easy. Working with Donna and Dave was a pleasure as well. When we got settled in and turned on the TV for our granddaughter to to watch a Blue Ray disc the TV wouldn’t come on. After checking all the connections and batteries in the remote I contacted Donna and explained the situation. The TV was replaced the next day (Sunday). Great location and easy access to the beach. Thanks for a great stay.

The owner, Donna, was amazing in giving some recommendations on places to eat and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. We will definitely be back!!!

The beach was amazing!! Access was private and loungers were provided with the condo. Just walk out and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico was steps away. The fifth floor sun deck was the greatest place to take in the sunset. Add in the fact that there were great places to enjoy live music and restaurants with amazing fresh fish all within a few minutes walk from the condo made this in our opinion the best place on the Key to stay. The owner, Donna, was amazing in giving some recommendations on places to eat and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. We will definitely be back!!!

No surprises!
The condo looks like it did in the pictures. It is very well stocked with kitchen and general cleaning supplies. There are ample bath towels and beach towels with a laundry in the unit. This is in a great location so you don't have to wait in lots of traffic to get to the bridge.
The private beach is gorgeous. The sand is the texture of powder. Beautiful!
Donna and her spouse Dave are great hosts. Donna stopped by to make sure we had everything that we needed. Dave responded immediately to a small issue issue that we had. Very attentive landlords.
We have already booked for our stay here in 2023!
