Fully renovated modern, 3 bedroom, 2 bath stylish, full finished basement, spa-like lakefront home with fully stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ grill. Large deck overlooking the lake provides an ideal spot for romantic sunrise or sunset dining. Bring your boat, watercraft or just yourself and leverage the nearby fine dining, sightseeing or shopping surrounding Lake Sinclair. A nearby boat ramp allows easy access for your boat -- dock it right in front of the house or in the empty boat house. The dock provides a great base of activities for water sports, lounging, fishing, sunbathing and swimming. Historic Madison, Washington, Milledgeville as well as Oconee shopping are a short drive away and beckon for exploring and discovery. ** Surveillance ** An outdoor camera on a tree outside the front door is used for security purposes for monitoring entry.

The house was very clean and well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is the limited accessibility in the bathrooms. We were traveling with my elderly mother and she had great difficulty getting in and out of the tub due to the high wall with lack of sturdy support bars.

What a wonderful property! The home was so cozy and well appointed. My two best friends and I needed to get away and unwind. It was even better than we thought it would be! One of my friends and I are already planning on coming back with our husbands! The only drawback was how secluded the property was. We stocked up on food and burrowed in for the weekend. It was just enforcing us to unplug and relax. Awesome property!❤️

The home was beautiful, absolutely beautiful. The view was breathtaking. We booked the place so that we could attend hippiefest. Over all just nice quiet place to relax. Hippiefest was family friend and a great experience too.

Everything about the property was wonderful. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, the boat house and dock was great for our boat. The boat ramp was within a mile from the property. The house had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for three couples. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an adorable, spacious, well appointed, clean property. We had an amazing Fourth of July on Lake Sinclair, and would definitely stay here again. I’ve never had to not buy spices for cooking—the kitchen is so well stocked. Great deck with nice grill. Shallow water at the dock so watch your boat prop—very doable with caution.
Basement was awesome for late night movie watching with our teenager!

The House was beautiful. Everything was fully stocked. There wasn’t anything that we wanted that we didn’t have. The dock was a great size and the chairs out by the lake was my favorite place. The walk from the dock to the house isn’t bad at all.
The owner, Mr. Vince, came to see us. He is the sweetest man. We thank him so much for his hospitality. The goodies & wine left for us was a sweet touch. We also saw lots of deer.

This was a trip for 4 of us (cousins who grew up together) to get away and enjoy time talking, laughing, shopping, eating, and having a good time together. We did just that. This house was the perfect size and we had a great time. Everything was wonderful and Vince was the perfect host! We plan to visit again!!

We were blessed to have stayed here for 3 weeks back in 2013 and adored it so much we couldn't wait for the opportunity to visit again! It was our first lake house rental and we fell in love with it. It was exciting to see a few changes, but this home was just as comfortable and peaceful as we remembered it in 2013. The lake view is absolutely beautiful! Loved waking up to it. We had everything we needed and truly appreciated the welcome gift from the owner. Thank you! We enjoyed it our first night there. 🙂 This home truly provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and we also appreciated having a television in two of the bedrooms for our favorite late night shows. We enjoyed our entire stay!

The roads to the house are very curvy we appreciated getting everything we needed on the way in so we didn’t have to go out but once during our stay

Great stay at Lake Sinclair
The process of finding and renting the property was very easy. There were no negatives. Everything was very clean, comfortable, attractive and user friendly. My only suggestion would be softer/less firm pillows on the beds. Everything else was perfect.

Weekend at the lake
Let me first say this was the cleanest VRBO property that I have ever stayed at and I rent 2-3 properties each year. Walking in and seeing/feeling how clean it was meant a lot! To me, the pictures don't do this property justice. I would rent again. The only suggestion that I have is to install some lights leading down to the dock due to the slope.

Great Place for a Couple's Getaway
The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The dock made it easy for our friends to pick us up with their boat. The neighborhood was quiet. This was everything we hoped for and more. We loved the property and will definitely stay there again.

Since it was not hot weather, we didn’t make use of the lake but it was mighty pleasing to the eye! The property is nicely kept up both in cleanliness and in decor. If anyone is planning to cook, there are plenty of cookware and serving pieces. My communication with Will was one of the best parts of it- he was accessible when needed. We will be back and I look forward to it.

This house was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. The house itself was nicely appointed and clean, we did not want for anything, and found there to be extra comforts not typically found in a short term rental. The view of the lake and the dock were excellent. The water was shallow however was nice for our younger children. We were able to fish and had some luck and also rented a pontoon boat which was easily stored at the dock. The cove was quiet but not far from the open water. Great time and really enjoyed our visit! Plan to return.
