About this condo rental
The Caicos Royal Suite is a full 1004 square foot, one bedroom unit on the ground floor of beachfront Building #1, the only beachfront building at the Royal West Indies Resort on the widest part of Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It is right in front of the beach and very close to pools, the bar and Pelican Bay Restaurant. Pelican Bay has a great 2 for 1 happy hour every day. This unit offers the most privacy being at the front end corner of RWI next to the large sprawling Club Med beach and property. This is the best part of Grace Bay Beach. Walkout from our patio to the beach. This well appointed unit comes with many extras and upgrades beyond what the resort offers. Private beachfront patio and a large bedroom with a new King size bed with pillow top mattress together with a living room with a pull out Queen size sofa bed for use by older children, an adult guest or a second couple. There is a pack and play crib available on request for infants. The unit has a fully equipped well supplied kitchen with a brand new dishwasher, and is ideal for those who do not want to eat all their vacation meals at restaurants. Lots of spices and kitchen tools are provided. A gourmet grocery store and other shops are in walking distance. The restaurant and bar on the property are highly recommended and there are many excellent restaurants a short distance away including the top rated Coco Bistro and Coyaba. For gamblers Casablanca Casino is next door to the resort. The Caicos Royal Suite was purchased by the current owners and former RWI renters in the Spring of 2017. We have a newer reliable central air conditioning unit and we have made a number of technological and other improvements. The bathroom was renovated in 2019 with a large accessible walk in shower replacing the bathtub. You can use our lockbox for the key when you arrive. The local manager is available during your stay should you need assistance or have questions or concerns. Rental includes all taxes and a full thorough cleaning before and after use with a midweek light cleaning for rentals of 6 days or more. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE RWI CONDOMINIUM HAS PASSED A BYLAW PROHIBITING SHORT TERM DIRECT RENTAL BY OWNER AS OF JULY 1, 2024. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE RENTALS AFTER THAT DATE UNLESS THEY ARE FOR 90 DAYS OR MORE.

We always enjoy Provo. This was our first time staying in this unit, and our thoughts are very mixed. The location within the resort is excellent, although because you are on the first floor the actual view of the water is limited. The owner was very easy to contact, but we were disappointed in the unit itself. Very dated, with numerous water stains on ceiling in bathroom, no place to put soap or shampoo in shower, and water leakage on to floor because of bad design of shower. Also first VRBO we have ever stayed at that didn't at least provide a starter bar of soap. Listing included a dishwasher, but was inoperable. Owner claimed it was to be replaced, but would have been nice to be prewarned. All in all, an ok place, but will not rent again. All things considered, would pay the extra money and rent direct from RWI. or choose another place.

Our first trip to TCI and this was a great unit and location. Condo was clean with plenty of space for the 2 of us. The location of the unit allows for easy access to the beach - which was beautiful and had lots of chairs and umbrellas. Lovely grounds on the property. Convenient restaurant just steps away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We definitely want to return!

We love Royal West Indies. Murrays unit is in building 1 which is beach front ground floor. The best location in the resort. This was our 2nd time staying at Murrays and definitely would love to return. Thank you Murray for sharing your beautiful condo wilt us!!!!

I have been to the Turks and Caicos several times but this condo and location have been the best by far!!! This lovely condo is situated right on Grace Bay Beach, with soft white sand and turquoise waters that can’t be beaten.
The kitchen condo had everything that you would need to do some cooking and was very clean.
The location is absolutely perfect!! The first-floor condo looks right out to the beach and always has plenty of chairs and umbrellas. It was great to sit out on the patio every morning enjoying coffee and the ocean breeze then every night watching the best sunsets on the island.
The Pelican Bay Restaurant on the Royal West Indies property has fantastic food!!!!! From the surf and turf to truly the best conch fritters on the island which the locals love. They have a 2 for 1 Happy Hour from 5-7 and it’s great to meet the other guests and hang out. The staff is so warm, welcoming, and really makes you feel at home while on vacation.
The condo is a super close walk to Jack’s Fountain which opens again on October 15, 2021, but is also close walking distance to the Mexican restaurant Skull Rock which serves breakfast all day and great Mexican food and drinks with fantastic portions. The Terrace is also another great spot.
Not far past that are numerous other resorts, shops, food, and then a grocery store that has everything that could need.
There is a great gym, Wrighfully Fitness in Salt Mills, which has all the equipment you would need, and is super clean. They have a day, week or month passes available if you are looking for that option.
But I can’t say enough about this condo and the location. Murray, the host, was great and super responsive if we needed anything.
We are already planning another trip back because we loved it so much and were so impressed overall!!!

The beach was beautiful and plenty of seating no matter what time you went. The staff at Royal West was amazing with setting up our snorkel trip & jet skis rental. They made our stay even easier. We would go back again & I would love to have the beach front condo again.

This was our 2nd time to T and C and we loved it. The condo was exactly as described. Fantastic location and was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the utensils appliances we needed to cook. The resort is fantastic and we would definitely rent from the owner of this condo again.

We can not say enough good things about our trip to Turks and Caicos and the Royal West Indies. Everything was gorgeous, especially the beach and crystal clear water. Our pictures don’t do it justice. The condo unit is in a perfect location at the resort. Amazing sunset views! Restaurants and shopping are a close walk or bike ride. We can not wait to visit again.

We can not say enough good things about our trip to Turks and Caicos and the Royal West Indies. Everything was gorgeous, especially the beach and crystal clear water. The property is beautiful. Great location convenient. The check in process was an issue. Our plane was late do the manager had left and we were unable to get in for several hours. But once in the place was perfect.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. The location right off the beach is awesome. The beach is beautiful. The grounds and pools were clean and well kept. The staff friendly and helpful. The condo was larger than expected with a nice size living room and kitchen space. With the one bedroom, we had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The condo is clean and well kept. The owners were very responsive to questions.

Wonderful experience.
We spent last week in Unit #111 at The Royal West Indies property. This unit is a one bedroom ground floor corner unit in Building 1, at the front of the property, steps from the beach. From the patio we enjoyed unobstructed views of the sunset every evening.
This unit comes equipped with all expected amenities, including a full kitchen, a king sized bed, a washer and dryer, full tv listings, and high speed internet.
The owners prepare the unit very professionally for your stay, with detailed and informative instructions on the unit itself, The Royal West Indies property, and places to see, visit, and eat while on the island.
Murray and Nancy were easy to reach and responded quickly to any of our questions in advance of and during our stay. We were very appreciative to have had the opportunity to enjoy such a nice place, at a nice property, virtually on the beach.
We will be returning for sure.

Little Slice of Heaven
This was our sixth trip to TCI. We stayed in our usual condo and rented Murray's condo as a gift to my brother and sister-in-law. Being on the first floor and ocean front was amazing. This condo is very spacious and had everything one could possibly need. It was nice to be invited over for breakfast. We had wonderful family time together. My brother and sister-in-law cannot stop talking about how wonderful their first trip to TCI was and how amazing Murray's place is. A little slice of heaven!!

A VACATION IN PARADISE AT THE BEST CONDO . . . We loved it!
What a perfect vacation. Besides being beach front (which was amazing) we could easily walk to grocery store, fabulous restaurants, and the quaint shopping district. We took advantage of having a full kitchen and prepared breakfast and lunch in the condo. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Pelican bay (the resort restaurant/bar) besides having a wonderful menu, has happy hour every night from 5 to 7!! A couple nights they had live entertainment pool side which we really enjoyed. The beach and water get no better than in Turks!! All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to also use the resort amenities which consisted of hobie cats, bikes, paddle boards and for the first couple days we were there, they had a water trampoline. A lot of fun!! Great condo and great vacation! Thank you so much Murray for a vacation that will always be remembered. We are looking forward to returning to your wonderful condo next year :)

Awesome Unit
We have just returned from an 8 day stay in June and had the most wonderful time. The unit is perfect for ground floor lovers like us. Clean, comfortable, and accessible.
The only issue we had was the safe locked on accident before I put the new code in for the first time. I shut it and it started to lock on its own!! After a second of panic I called the property manager and he said he would be right over to come unlock it with the key. He was right over with no problem on short notice!! Not sure what happened (probably my error somehow lol...)
The owners were great at getting back to me quickly if I had a question before we got there and were really easy to rent from..
Ocean view was typical of a ground floor unit. Dunes blocked some of the view while sitting but standing was great. We thought (if the resort allowed) a pub height table and chairs would solve that problem. However, we utilized the boardwalk sitting area located adjacent the the building in the evenings when we wanted ocean view cocktails, and there was always plenty of seating available.
All in all, great unit and great owners. We will rent again!!
