About this apartment rental
Single bedroom condo however it sleeps four to six with a divided 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Our condos are privately owed but include an on-site manager. King size bed in the master bedroom. You can be on the beach in two minutes. This is a recently updated gulf side condo, there is nothing between you and the beach. Officially this is a single bedroom lower level condo however it sleeps four to six with a divided 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Open the downstairs locker grab a provided sun unbrella, boogie boards and you can be on a private beach in less than a minute. Our condos are privately owned but include an on-site manager to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Access to the bay is also available with boat docks on a first come basis. A heated pool and bbq areas overlook lemon bay. New king size bed in the master bedroom. Large flat screen tv's in living and master bedroom. Wireless internet is always on. Telephone includes local and domestic long distance. If you need more than one condo please let me know as we have an additional unit in the complex. Guests will have use of the beach, the sun deck, the gas bbq grills near the beach and the pool. The pool is on the bayside and the docks are free to use on a first come basis. Boat trailer parking is available for an additional charge. Cable tv, wireless internet, and a fully stocked kitchen are available. a reserved covered parking space is provided. We will have an off site location to pick up keys that is on Manasota Key and on your way to the condo. You may call us anytime but will likely not see us during your stay. This is a small condominium complex with several units that are rented, some units are private beach homes and a few units are the owners primary residence. This is not a party complex but is a nice place to bring your family and friends to enjoy Manasota Key and Lemon Bay. You will need a car. Bikes are available to be rented on the island but not at our complex. Kayak can also be rented on the island and are a great way to explore the bay. Several restaurants are within walking distance. There is cable television provided.

The apartment had everything we needed . Full kitchen , extra towels and blankets , beach chairs . Communication with the owner was easy and quick to respond to any questions and concerns . Pool was across the road but easy to get to . Beach was right down the driveway . Great place to stay .

We have stayed in many Sunburst condos in Manasota Key and this one was just as nice as the others. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and many other helpful beach items

Perfect location with easy access to the beach, pool, and fishing. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is right on the beach this is the place for you. You get to experience the beach without being surrounded by a ton of tourists. It’s a wonderful, small town beach condo.

We've stayed in this general area many times. Spoke with other guests who didn't have complaints. I read a review before booking that said they would stay at this condominium again but never this unit. I thought since there were SOME reviews that pointed out areas of improvements those things would've been improved upon, but that's not the case. We arrived for a later check-in. It became evident throughout our stay that this place was never properly cleaned. Hair ties and false eyelashes in the bathroom. Goldfish and popcorn from previous tenants in living room. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes etc. Not well stocked with paper towels (1 small roll) garbage bag(just the 1 in the can) hand soap or toilet paper. Shower curtain was moldy and crusted together! Called real estate company that over sees property and their solution to no garbage bags was for me to drive to them and pick up a couple from their office. Although better than telling me to go buy my own, our day was planned and I didn't want to interrupt it to do that so I ended up buying my own later that evening (when I had planned to drive down to the stores/restaurants). My choice I know but shouldn't have been an issue to begin with.

This place was wonderful we loved the stay fishing was nice on bay side and ocean side beach was beautiful walking distance to 3 nice bar/restaurants definitely recommend

Just a short walk to the beach. It was great strolling up and down the beach, any time of the day collecting shells. Me, my daughter and granddaughter had a great time bonding. Thak you for an unforgettable experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect location and access to the beach was so good. Residents of Sunburst (both owners and renters) were so friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back again.

The condo needed attention. We ended up moving to a different one. The new one was great. The location was good. Close to the beach, activities and restaurants.

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Condo was nice and very comfortable with very nice kitchen, well stocked. Only minor issues, like a few light bulbs needed replacing. Highly recommend this condo.

This condo was great! Easy 2 minute walk to beach and it had everything we needed for a carefree day in the sand and surf! We had plenty of private space on the beach and spent most of the day there! We loved the community beachside patio and the bayside pool! Everyone was so friendly! The condo was perfect! Loved the well stocked kitchen and super soft towels. My teenage son loved the ability to ride his skateboard between the 2 units. Definitely recommend this gem for a small family vacation getaway!

We always have a great time in Englewood and this condo is in a great location. The condo is fully stocked and clean. We didn’t have any issues with the air like other reviewers. The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave to go home haha. Thanks for a great place to stay for our trip.

We always have a great time in Englewood and this condo is in a great location. The condo is fully stocked and clean. We didn’t have any issues with the air like other reviewers. The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave to go home haha. Thanks for a great place to stay for our trip.

Ac was not working when we arrived..im a polar bear in Florida so.....after the ac was fixed promptly no issues great location..condo needs updated but wasnt terrible. Beds where bad but we were only there 3 nights.

Great vacation, as always!
We have stayed in this unit several times and as always, we had a fantastic time! The unit was very clean and is a great place to stay because it is easy to social distance. You have a private beach with few people there so we felt very comfortable. In fact, one of the days, we had the pool all to ourselves! Made for a great vacation. We will definitely be staying here again!

Stay was ok
Place was clean but hot when we arrived and it took a long time to cool down. It was definitely outdated and could use some new furniture. You couldn’t turn the air down below 72 degrees and when you left to go somewhere, when you came back house was hot again. When you are outside in the sweltering heat you want to step in a cool house. It was never cool. Check in and check out was easy enough.

This trip was cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled check in. We were coming from Pa & NY!!
No necessary communication with owner and lack of consideration by canceling with such short notice, cost us precious time and expense with no consideration given by owner or any attempt to make good!

The pics do not look like the place at all, it is in need of updating. Bed needs new mattress, shower curtain has mold on it, vents has dust inbedded, blinds need replaced-couldn't even use them would fall apart, bar stools old and couch uncomfortable. Closet was not locked and the beach chairs was disgusting and I wouldn't of touched anything in that closet, needed cleaned out! I see why you have a no refund policy now...

Perfect location
This condo was great. Perfectly located between the gulf and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept the unit very comfortable. We always had the pool to ourselves. Great getaway . Awesome condo especially for the price!
