About this house rental
Situated in Largo, this charming house for R 7,640 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to Music On The Sea! 160 ft of waterfront featuring various flowering trees including Palms, Mango, and Lemon. The manicured grounds filled with beautiful flowers surround the 1/2 acre property. Our beautiful waterfront home is 2 miles from Indian Rocks Beach, 4 miles to Clearwater and 6 to St. Pete. We are on a canal located right off the Inter-coastal waterway. Fish, dolphins, manatees, stingrays and baby ducks can frequently be seen. 4-5 bedrooms sleeps 9, 2 kings, 1 queen size bed, 1 full bed with Twin bunk bed, 1 Serta queen size (no pinch) sofa sleeper in office(5th) and a baby pack and play, if needed. The home is 2200 sq feet with split open floor plan. West Wing- This side of the house offers a private Master bedroom with upscale furnishings, fully lined dressers, jewelry storage, full bath and sliding glass door which leads to the pool. The Living room with upscale leather sectional, 3 leather chairs, 55" Samsung TV with blue ray player. Dining room which seats 6 and opens to Lanai and full kitchen in the middle of the house, all have views of water and pool. The kitchen in the middle of the house opens to the family room and has a pass through window to the lanai. You can easily watch for a passing boat, manatee or dolphin while preparing your food. East Wing - The Family room has premium feather couch, love-seat, leather chair with 55" LG TV with surround sound /blueray player and full siders which open to the Lanai. The East wing has the other three bedrooms, 4th bedroom/office with sliding door to lanai, two additional full bathrooms; one with large step down roman tile type tub, both with showers are located off family room. The office contains Epson scanner/printer, full size desk, executive chair, book case, conference phone, and futon. The Laundry room is off the family room and leads to the two car garage. The dining room and family room have sliding doors which open to a screened lanai. The large screened Lanai has pull up bar stools to the kitchen window pass thru with 4 chairs, a dining room set for 6, 1 high top table which seats 4, large wicker chair and 55" TV. The two screened doors which lock lead to the 35x15 heated pool, waterfront and large two tiered dock. In pool you can actually see the water and see the wildlife swim by. It is truly a beautiful place to be. Night swimming the pool has beautiful lights you can swim by and you can also see the TV on the Lanai from the pool at night. Perfect for those late night ballgames! Beach chairs, towels, coolers, beach toys are provided. A two person kayak and a paddle board are also available for your use for a small additional fee. *** we only accept non shedding small dogs Below are the upgrades with month and year as we made them. Pool has recently been resurfaced, tiled, new lighting (7/15), Solar heater was added to pool (11/15). New HAVC (4/16), Exterior paint (7/16), all new hurricane windows and doors installed, Double Etched glass entry door. (11/16). New bath fixtures and lighting, kitchen sink, fixture(11/16); new electric pool heater 12/18. New TV on Lanai 21. 2nd king room repainted, new shower/tub tile 1/22. We prefer Saturday to Saturday check-ins, if checking in on a different day, please shoot us an email before booking as we need to confirm with cleaning lady. Our stay couldn't have been any better.. The house was so clean and ready for us. There were only six adults and plenty of room and privacy if we needed it. The yard was so pretty, and the pool was perfect. The location was great, close to everything. The Lanai (or screened-in porch, as us Yankees call it) was great for the buggy evenings or to get out of the sun. We would stay there again, for sure-can't wait!

We loved the view and someone was always on the lanai. We saw dolphins twice right up to the wall and manatees once. The birds and lizards entertained us daily.
There was plenty of room for our family gathering: 8 adults and 1 child. We loved the pool and views so much we rarely left the property.
If you want to relax and enjoy your family this is the place to go.
We usually stay on the beach and we saw more wildlife in our 1 week stay than all our trips to Florida.
If you like to drive we recommend going to beach at Fort Desoto and Yoder's restuarant in Sarasoto. Both are worth the drive.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, stocked with everything you might need! We loved swimming in the pool, which was probably the cleanest at any rental I've seen. The canal was a place to watch manatees and all manner of water birds, including some mama ducks with babies. My husband fished and we both spent most of our time on the screened lanai, watching television and enjoying meals. Bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of storage space, even in the smaller rooms. My 13 year old granddaughter loved having her own bathroom, and since there are three, that was easy to do! I loved the big kitchen area and found more pots and pans, utensils and small appliances than any rental I've stayed in before. Lots of room to park, including garage access, which we didn't need to use because the driveway area was quite roomy. We are already hoping to visit Musick by the Sea again in the future!

Everything was above our expectations!!!
Everything was clean, even the pool kept clean each day! Saw dolphins and manatees a few times plus a nice county beach where parking was 5$ for the day right near Clearwater! Shopped at John’s Pass, ordered pizza for delivery! Everything was so close, yet the home was secluded and absolutely quiet neighborhood! Beautiful view of the sunset each night plus landscaping and trees were so perfectly kept!! Definitely 120%!! Loved it!

We and another family (8 people total) had an outstanding week at Lisa and Bob’s beautiful property! Plenty of beds for couples and all kids to have their own bed, the place was immaculately cleaned, and so much for everyone to do. We used the heated pool many times each day, the kids had fun fishing and watching the manatees, dolphins, fish and birds in and around the canal. We took the kayaks out multiple times and saw many more dolphins. The lanai was perfect for relaxing outside when we needed a break from the sun. Only a 10 minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach, and multiple great restaurant options within 10 minutes. Lisa was wonderful, quick to respond to texts and very pleasant to contact. We would easily come back and rent this property again!

The location is Prime! Right on an inlet, perfect for fishing right off the dock, viewing manatee's, dolphin, and many many fish life. Fishing net us Channel Catfish, Pinfish, Baitfish, and Redfish. Pool was great, heated too! Layout of the house was perfect, and nearly every room had great views of the pool/waterway. Would stay here again in a heartbeat (attempted to, but already booked up through next spring).

Absolutely perfect!
This is the best VRBO rental we have ever had! The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and having the canal. We saw manatees, dolphins, a large group of sting rays, and caught some catfish from the dock.the home is well equipped. We had 5 houses rented in the area and this was definitely the best! The owners are great and easy to work with! Would definitely rent again when we are in the area!

We ate dinner out there every night, played games, watched tv, and just relaxed. It is such a great part of the house. The pool is huge and was a lot of fun. My 6 and 10 year old spent most of their time in the pool. What I loved most about this home was being on the canal. It was peaceful and beautiful. We saw manatees, dolphins, many beautiful birds, sting rays, and fished off the dock almost every day. We also rented the kayak and it was definitely worth it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook dinners. The house also had plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels and pool floats. I highly recommend this home and I would love to vacation here again.

Best VRBO rental ever
Pictures do not do justice to this lovely home. Yes, you can see all it has to offer, but you cannot capture the spaciousness and cleanliness of the property or the wonder of seeing a manatee family glide past the dock. The owner responded immediately to any questions and we had a couple of phone conversations that were like chatting with an old friend. We were a party of 7 and never felt crowded or cramped. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with dishes and appliances and all were in top shape. We have been using VRBO for more than 25 years and I have never before had goosebumps just walking through the place after we arrived, but that's how good it is. Clearly Bobby and Lisa love their home and we did too. Thanks for everything and we hope to be able to stay again!
