Floors were a little dirty. Sink handle in master bath was broken, toilet handle in room with bunk beds was broken. But overall everything was perfect. Enjoyed our stay

We loved being right on Navarre Beach. It’s crystal clear waters and abundant sea life is always welcoming. The condo fit all of our needs and we would stay again!

Over all the condo was quite nice. If I were to be picky, mattress pads would help in the bed comfort. I have a oceanfront condo at another beach and find for the cost, a pad between the sheet and mattress protector makes a big difference in comfort. My wife said a few more child friendly cups would be nice as well.The biggest issue is with beach crowd. The resort takes up 3/4 of the beach with there chairs. I was told I had to set up to the left of their chairs, an area of about 50 feet wide by 100 feet deep. Most people has canopies, so it was quite cramped.The weather didn't co-operate very well, (red flags all week) but the kids made the best of it playing in the shallow surf. We also saw the Blue Angles practice. My son in law really enjoyed that. On the way back we stoped at the Oar House in Pensacola for a meal. We all enjoyed that. I have been coming to the area on and off since I was a young boy in 1964, (The bridge between Ft Walton and Destin was wooden). I love the white sand and blue green water, but boy has it become crowded. The condo was quite nice though.

We had a very nice stay at this condo. Plenty of ammenities, close to restaurants within walking distance. We had everything we needed.

We had a good time (daughter got married), but there were challenges about getting TVs to work (instructions would have been nice) and in the master suite there were hardly any towels to use.
Elevators were slow - I know that is to be expected, but it was frustrating. We had four condos for our family and trying to get to the wedding location became stressful. I say this just in case anyone else is in that situation. There was
plenty of parking available, but maybe a few more carts would be nice. We are in our late 60’s and bringing all of our stuff up was tough - same thing with groceries. The pools and beach were very nice and I hated to leave. One other caution was
that the bridge over the causeway gets extremely busy during meal times so be prepared to wait a while. None of these comments are pointed towards the owner - just want to let people know that have not been to Navarre Beach.

The condo was pretty, clean and roomy with amazing views. The things I didn’t like about it were: the silk plants were filthy and one of them is in your face every time you open the drapes in the living room, the furniture was arranged with a love seat and table blocking the beautiful view out the huge windows, the blinds in the little kitchen sitting area are broken and can’t be lowered, the balcony chairs are tall chairs not suitable for small children and not very comfortable; also only 4 chairs for 7 people, no chairs on second master balcony, second master bed wasn’t comfortable. The kitchen is pretty and well stocked except for pot holders and cutting board. The kids bedroom and bunk beds were great. Master bedroom roomy and pretty with a wonderful view and huge bathroom.
The view and balcony are amazing and the chair service is nice. There were no pool armbands but that wasn’t a problem.

It was a comfortable and spacious space to stay. Being so close to the Gulf was fantastic! The pool area was very nice too! Would recommend to anyone!

This condo isn’t to bad, it just needs some updates that would make it better. It has a lot of potential, but it appears the things that need repairing or replaced are getting repeatedly overlooked.

First time in Navarre Beach. The unit was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the panoramic views from anywhere in the unit. Property manager very attentive and excellent communicator. Will visit again. Many thanks.

The condo was very nice, and the views were spectacular. The rooms were ample; however, we think that one bedroom had a double bed not a queen. We didn't spend much time in the condo excepts to sleep and eat. We spent most of our time exploring the area.

The unit was definitely not clean. Fan blades covered in dust; artificial plants covered in dust. Unit in general not up to standard of another unit had stayed in before

Property needs general maintenance and attention. Blown lightbulbs, outlet covers coming off wall, no rugs, felt like a hotel more than a private condo. Others have more of a family feel.

Had a great visit to the Gulf, saw a lot of wildlife and got to visit with family. We were told there would be bracelets on the counter that we needed to wear and when we arrived they were not there. Contacted the owner and she said she was going to bring them over, and she didn't, but we also didn't seem to need them. Check In was quick and easy. The entire property was clean and unit had alot of room!

This property was everything it said it was. It was beautifully decorated and had everything you need in the kitchen such as utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. It is a gated community and makes you feel safe and ensures that the people you see at the pool or anywhere is from The Pearl. We loved staying in this beautiful condo and will go stay again if God is willing to let us.

This is our 2nd time visiting The Pearl. The condo was amazing! Plenty of room for all of us! Perfect weather and dolphins every morning and evening! So magical!
The only thing - the furniture needs to be updated as the knobs kept falling off the master dresser. We dealt with it though. Dryer in back bedroom made an awful noise, but we just transferred laundry to the main dryer… just FYI.
Will definitely stay again! The positives definitely outweigh any negatives!

Nice updates to this condo but had issues with two of the three toilets during our stay. The common areas were not as clean as they have been in the past and only one of the grills were in working order.

Check-in was at 4:00, when we go in we immediately had to get out the Lysol wipes to clean kitchen counter tops and had to sweep the floors. The master bedroom’s closet I don’t think had ever been cleaned. However, we did have clean towels and sheets plus the size of our condo was great with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths.
