Situated in South Forest Beach, this charming villa for R 4,306 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Surf Court 48 is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom two-story condo with a ground-level entry located in South Forest Beach. This condo is an end unit with an assigned parking space right outside the door, as well as several guest spots right around the corner of the condo. The main floor was completely remodeled in 2016 with the addition of ceramic tile floors, stainless steel appliances, as well as new cabinets and granite countertops in both the kitchen and the half bath. Ceiling fans were added to the living room and both bedrooms. The entire condo was painted and new carpeting was added on the stairs and in the upstairs bedrooms and hall (the primary bedroom and both upstairs bathrooms have been repainted since 2019). A new HVAC system was installed in April 2018. A new washer and dryer were added in June of 2021. The two bedrooms on the second floor each have a private bathroom, as well as closets, an armoire, and a television. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has a queen and a twin. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. In addition to the bedroom televisions, there is a large flat panel television in the living room with three HDMI ports for you to hook up a gaming system. The condo has cable television and a DVD player, as well as secure wireless internet. Outside the front door is a gated area to keep your bicycles and beach chairs. Beach access is right across the street from the front of the complex and there are many paved bike paths nearby. Also, the Van Der Meer tennis center is down the street from the condo. Outside the sliding glass door in the living room is a patio with a table, chairs, and umbrella, as well as access to the courtyard and the wonderful pool. Surf Court is close to restaurants and grocery stores, and also is within walking or biking distance of Coligny Plaza, which has restaurants and a variety of interesting shops.

We spent a month and had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to the beach (beach cart provided to make the trip easier) and Coligny Plaza. Unit is well stocked and comfortable. Short drive to excellent restaurants. Rent bikes and bikes colors Island. Highly recommended Nick is great host.

Great location near Coligny Beach, easy walk to the beach, plenty of great restaurants nearby. Duplex was clean, roomy and well appointed, cheerfully decorated. Quiet corner unit, parking at front door was super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

I would say, from our multiple stays on HHI, this location was by far our favorite. It worked perfectly for our family and had everything we could have wanted.

We had a dream vacation here at Surf Court 48! Flawless check in process, spacious and well-stocked unit to enjoy family time. We got groceries the first night, and enjoyed Coligny Beach and plazas (9 minute power walk) every.single.day. The only reason we got into our car at all was to go on a dolphin cruise. I highly recommend this host and just might be back next year, if not sooner! We were really sad to go back to our "real life" in the Buckeye State, but eternally grateful for this space and all the extremely friendly people we met. Thank you so much for the opportunity to borrow your home for a bit!

We enjoyed staying at this location. Definitely would book again. This home is located walking distance of the beach. Mr.Bedway communicated promptly leading into our stay. Loved that the home had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen had all the appliances that you would need. The home was clean upon arrival. There are plenty of activities and food near by.

Unit was as advertised and locale was perfect in that it was so close to the shops, park and beach. An added bonus was the quiet experience while having all the above amenities in a short walk/cycle. This condo was just what we needed! Not only was it a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants, it was clean, well stocked, and had comfortable seating and beds. It was also very nice to have the use of beach gear and a place to store our son's bike! Also, Nick was great at communicating what we needed to know to get settled in and enjoy the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for Labor Day with my boyfriend, two friends, and my friends baby. The walk to the beach was so convenient and easy. There was enough space for us to hangout and sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Very happy with the overall stay, and the price was super affordable.

Beautiful condo!!! Our family loved every aspect of the property! Clean, loved the beach decor, perfect location, kitchen was fully stocked to cook during our stay. The bedrooms were very roomy and my kiddos loved having their own beds. Corner location gave us so much privacy and such a short walk to the beach!!! Not to mention how much we loved the private court yard and pool access. I would most definitely recommend this condo

Located on south forest beach drive this property is clean and ready to take on a family. Close to Coligny Plaza, the tiki hut and just across the street from the beach… what more could you ask for? Also there is a central pool in the middle of all the properties, nice little set up. The owners stayed in contact with me through the whole process, stayed in touch while I was on the island, and was readily available if I had any questions.

Nice and close to beach, shopping and dining. Unit needs new mattresses and new furniture. Getting a bit tired. Shower heads are killers with a little sunburn. Need some rain like shower heads instead of the skin piercing needles. Even with the drawbacks, would stay again because location is great. Side note, the Tiki Hut at the Holiday Inn is an awesome way to spend an evening.

Great location near beach and Coligny area. Very nice condo pool with recently updated rubberized deck. The condos were built in 1970s, but the facility overall and this condo are in good shape. This condo is an end unit with one designated parking spot and several nearby extra parking spots. Would stay here again if available.

The location was safe, quiet, and convenient. The condo was clean and very comfortable it had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The beach is not as far as we thought and we rented bikes less than a block away. The owner was easy to contact. We loved our time here and plan on coming back.
