Nestled in Ocean City, this charming house for R 13,896 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to the Best Beach House in Ocean City, NJ. We are excited for the 2024 season and look forward to a fun, safe, relaxing year on the beach. Ask about how to save on the published rates. Thank you for choosing to stay here. Breathtaking beach and ocean views. One of the finest homes in Ocean City. We are located right on the boardwalk at the corner of 23rd and Wesley. First floor condo of extra-large house in the middle of the Gold Coast section of Ocean City, NJ. Our corner lot offers sweeping views of the ocean, beach, boardwalk, and even the Atlantic City lights. Far enough from the busy section of the boardwalk to be quiet and private yet close enough to walk or ride bikes. Plenty of room for the whole family, bring the grandparents! With 2300 sq ft of living space, the home boasts two master suites - each with their own bathroom and king-size beds; plus two more bedrooms - one for the kids with bunk beds for 4, the other with two twin beds. Garage parking for two cars, driveway fits another two, indoor beach shower. Wrap-around balcony perfect for relaxing with a good book while watching the ocean and people watching on the boardwalk. Also has two private balconies off the master and guest bedrooms with beach/ ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, cable TV in living room and all bedrooms, HBO and on-demand, Free WIFI/ broadband internet, gas fireplace, large sleep sofa. Quiet, large beach right outside the front door and right between two guarded beaches at 22nd and 24th streets. Guests must provide their own bed linens and towels (this is standard for Ocean City rentals). We can refer you to a linen delivery service, if desired. NJ now collects taxes on vacation rental properties. Please contact us regarding how to save on the published rates. Please see the rate section for current rates. Three night minimum stay during the off-season; Seven night minimum stay during peak season (unless otherwise indicated in the rate calendar). April to October (high season) season rents Saturday to Saturday. Renters must include at least one responsible adult over the age of 30 who occupy the property. Please note - we DO NOT rent to school, prom, or senior week groups. And pets are not allowed. On-Demand cable TV fees will be withheld from the security deposit.

Absolutely had a blast and the location, at the very end (or beginning...) of the Ocean City Boardwalk was awesome. Lots of people watching and direct access to the beach. The house was plenty spacious and loaded with everything needed. The owner, Brad, was tremendous at staying in touch to make sure all was well. Would 100% stay again.

Inner working of the property poor. Like Knobbs, fittings, Bathroom flushing, cutlery, suggest overall of the qualify of the fixatures poor. May be for the price that's what you get in this area but not what I expected from VBRO listing. Will go back again? NO

Location, location,location! Walk to the beach, walk/bike on boardwalk right outside the door. Relax on large, covered porch & listen to the surf. Plenty of room for a large group to be together inside or out. Great time for adults & kids.

The house was spacious and comfortable. All rooms were clean , except the sofa, which needed some cleaning. Fun and safe place for children, which included the outdoor deck. We liked the easy access to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-appointed with anything one would need. The access to the boardwalk for bike-riding was very convenient. For our family in particular, it was also great to have two master bedrooms. Thanks for sharing your condo, Brad!

The property owner and the property manager were both attentive and very responsive to all requests. They are also very nice people to deal with. The property is located at the end of the boardwalk making it about a 30 second walk onto the beach. Good for boardwalk people watching from the first floor deck but no crow noise as you are at the quiet end away from commercial activity. It is an easy mile walk along the boardwalk to all the shops and restaurants. Perfect if you like the boards but don't want to be right in the thick of the crowds and noise. This was our second year in a row staying at the propery. We plan to do it again next year!

We had a great time. The home was spacious and comfortable. Other rentals we have had in OCNJ had just 2.5 bathrooms— the 3.5 here made all the different. Kitchen well stocked and washer/dryer were nice to have to towel rotation. The deck was wonderful. The only challenge was parking, especially when arriving on a Saturday. I recommend relaxing on the small deck facing Wesley and scoping out the parking spots across the street — you can jump over and grab a spot when you see it open up. There is a handicapped spot right in front of the house. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!

This rental is located at the far end of the Ocean City boardwalk (the quiet end). Our back porch overlooked the boardwalk and the ocean. Super clean property. In perfect working order. Our host Brad was always attentive and prompt with responses to questions. Bedrooms and overall layout are exactly as advertised. We look forward to renting the place again.

Perfect for families.
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish renting this property. Brad was readily available for questions from the start. The house was easy to locate and the key code door made it easily accessible when we arrived. The space was perfect. I loved the open kitchen and living room floor plan. The location on the boardwalk was quiet yet it was so nice to be able to just stroll into the shop area. The view of the beach was beautiful and the giant back porch was awesome. My family of five plus my parents were all very comfortable and we are all people who like our personal space. I highly recommend this property.

House is very spacious. Love the wraparound porch and views of the ocean. Location is on the boardwalk but further down away from the hustle and bustle. Owner was very responsive and helpful in addressing questions both before and during our stay. Would recommend and would stay again!

Five adults and 6 small children spent a fun week at 2241 Wesley. Everyone had their own bed in spacious rooms. The house has plenty of space for relaxation, conversation, eating, cooking and playing. The wide deck has the best view of the beginning of the boardwalk.

Great space
We had a great time at the house. The furniture was lovely and parking was easy with the garage spot. The open living room/kitchen seemed much larger than in the pictures. It's a perfect walk to the attractions on the boardwalk (about 1.25 miles). Also, a great three blocks to Uncle Bill's Pancake house and Nauti Donuts. We are novices with renting at the shore though and didn't realize this first floor would have more of a view of the dunes than the ocean (although still a thousand times better than a view of another house). It also means you are somewhat at the mercy of the upstairs folks -- so our first round was a pretty loud family and our second round was much better but we think smokers. Also, being at the end of the boardwalk meant that everyone takes their exercise breaks and turnarounds in front of the porch so good for people watching, bad for serenity/privacy. That section of the beach though was fabulous - it's also the off-road entrance for jeeps and trucks in the off-season, which made the sand on the way to the ocean nice and flat, very walkable. Brad was a great host and very responsive!

The set-up of two masters, a bunk room of two sets of bunks, and another room with twin beds, plus four bathrooms make it a good option for two families or a large single family event. Very airy and open with great light.

Great location at the end of the boardwalk!
This home is well situated at the end of the Ocean City boardwalk. The layout of the lower unit is nice, but the home could use some TLC. A fresh coat of paint, clean the closets of old musty bedding, lamps, and other clutter, carpet cleaning, get rid of unusable scratched Teflon pans, etc.... Dated and a little funky but can easily be improved. Our concerns were met immediately by the management and the deck was power washed and windows cleaned. Some funds were reimbursed as well. Not horrible but could be so much better with very little effort.

Thanksgiving week
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. You can't beat the location! The beach and boardwalk are right off the front of this house! Plenty of seating for a crowd. So nice to look out and see the sunrise, beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked. My only suggestion is it could use some new teflon pans, as the ones that are there are very worn, possibly because there are no telfon "friendly" utensils to use in the pans. We had a great time spending our Thanksgiving holiday here and would highly recommend this place!

Such a lovely and spacious home right on the beach and boardwalk with plenty of parking that is hard to come by.
Beautiful views from a wide open house with the beach right out your front door.
Comfortable for 10 Guests to spread out and enjoy themselves with all up to date and airy furnishings.
The kitchen and dining room is very spacious and comfortable with a view right out onto the boardwalk.
Just as important is the huge wrap around deck facing the beach with plenty of seating to enjoy the cool ocean breezes.

Had a GREAT TIME and truly enjoyed our stay at the house. Homey and comfortable...Brad was great responding to a minor problem with the keyless entry. We are planning re-booking the same week there next year!

I love this house!
So much room for everyone to spread out or hang together. The furnishings are nice and sturdy and made for lots of wear and tear and yet are still lovely and beachy! (not fussy)
Location- could it get any better? right on the beach and boardwalk, but far enough south to still be quiet at night. The only complaint (small one) was I was unable to find a DVD player for the kids movies. Turned out not to be a problem since there was plenty to choose from on the cable stations. I just love love love this place!

This is a little very, roomy house in a great location. It was perfect for a three generation family vacation. It is close to the beach and wonderfully convenient for boardwalk access for walking, running and bicycling, but close enough for s nice to walk to the commercial section.
Nice little enclosed front yard for safe play for the children. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living area with a good kitchen and dining area suitable for family dinners. We hope to return next year!

Perfect Location
Our group of 6 adults and 6 kids celebrated New Year's Eve here. The space was exactly what we needed. The open design of the kitchen, dining room and living room allowed us more than enough seating and the entire group was able to hang out together even when dinner was being prepared. Bedrooms were all good sized and located in the back of the home. We were about a mile down the boardwalk from the arcade. Really good location - on the boardwalk, but away from the heaviest traffic. The owner was fantastic to work with - responsive and accommodating. We're very glad we booked here.

Oceanfront, Sunshine Rich!
I use VRBO often -- I routinely book my family’s vacations that way. Unarguably, this unit is the BEST beach property I’ve ever rented through VRBO. The location simply cannot be beat -- it’s oceanfront at the very end, the quiet end, of the boardwalk in Ocean City. There are giant windows and sliding glass doors everywhere so we were drenched in natural light with front row seats to the beach. Glorious! I traveled for a girls weekend with a group of old friends so we appreciated the large dining table to eat and gather round to play games. The sectional couch also provides another ideal gathering spot for laughing and catching up. There’s so much space! We were down in the winter and LOVED the gas fireplace. The unit has four bedrooms and ALL were generously spacious. I can see this house working great for a family but also for two families traveling together as there are two masters (rooms with king beds and their own private bathrooms). Brad, the owner, simply could not have been more helpful, more polite, or more accommodating. I cannot wait to rebook this place! So, so good.
