A fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Outside the door is the heated pool. Just cross over the dunes/boardwalk and you are on the beach! Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the street and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes! Ground floor condo - with no stairs to climb! A simple, beachy cottage feel. The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool (in winter) with plenty of seating for guests around the pool. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book. Distance from Beach: Beach is located just across a few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water. Our unit was filthy!! The stove, door frames, and furniture were absolutely horrid; stove burner protectors were rusty as were the door frames, especially in the bathroom. The unit desperately in need of paint and it looked like nothing had been done to this unit since the 1970's. The paint was chipped over the entire unit. The couch was threadbare and very dirty (black dirt). Pillows the same. There were no hangers in the closet and no drawers to put things away. Therefore, we could not get settled into the unit and our stuff was piled all over the place, which was very small. The bedroom was so small that all there was room for was the bed. The closet doors were difficult to slide open. There were bugs all over the kitchen. It's not only that it was so dirty - it was the kind of dirt that could not be cleaned. The window blinds were covered with dust which I tried to clean but the dirt was embedded on the blind. And there were dead flies on the window sill. I understand some of the units were renovated which made me wonder why we got stuck with this disgusting place. I could not get out of there fast enough. Location was wonderful and the outside pool was very nice. I would not stay there for free.

Great location right next to the beach with a nice pool. The property included everything listed and two closets full of extra items to use at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, fishing gear, etc). Overall this was a great place to visit!

This condo has the perfect location the pool and grounds are great and the manager communication excellent. The condo it’s self is in need of much repair. The furniture is filthy the hanging wicker light has holes throughout, the night stand in the bedroom doesn’t even sit on the floor missing pieces the top drawer won’t open handle gone. The curtain rods were taken down but never painted the walls and floors were filthy the cabinets haven’t been washed or wiped down forever. The tv is about 32 inches at most wires and cords hanging down the wall and a snack tray holding the cable box. The beds were like sleeping in a ditch the one bed didn’t even have a mattress pad. Ok enough said. I wish I could attach pictures.

This was a GREAT location directly across from the beach and several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The property grounds/pool area very nice and well maintained. The unit itself was not. Furniture all needs to be replaced, the couches were dirty and beds were crushed. But was not expensive so expected some of that.

This condo was perfect for my needs. A courtyard pool and a short walk to the beach across the street. Great places to eat near by or all the kitchen utensils to cook at the condo.

It was very clean and had everything I needed very reasonably priced, will definitely be staying here again. After being told I had months to live I needed a getaway to myself and this was perfect right across the street from the beach that I visited every morning and night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone family, single anyone

the smell and furnace filter where horrible!! I replaced it myself. Also the beds need to be replaced! It's such a great location....the pool area well maintained! Just need a better house keeper. And some consistency on housekeeping.

Small property, older and needs updates. Bathroom had recently been updated, but unit could use a deep clean, new furniture, and some updated decor. Worked for our family of four (with younger children), but glad we had the beach not too far away to spread out as it definitely felt cramped in the unit itself. Kids enjoyed the pool and the extra leftover sand and water toys.

Needs updating by a professional and carpet was dirty! I ask for towels and the manager of 806 told me they usual give “1” towel a “week”! Does he use one towel for a week? Sent one change of sheets that were a twin size that didn’t fit either bed. Tv was out the whole 2 weeks of our stay. Had to buy dish towels and only got some from them 3 days before check out! Listing said the room had a sliding glass door that opened to the pool! There were none at any room. Pool area was nice but had huge ants nest in base of umbrella. Balcony was so tiny they couldn’t fit 2 chairs on! Really misleading information on web site about this property!

From the location and exterior of the property was excellent. Inside was dated, there was an odor when you walked into condo. Bedroom light's didn't work. Also, wished there was a TV in the bedroom. Other than that had a great time!

Great location to beach and walking distance for restaurants. Our little one loved the pool too. The condo could use some updating and ventilation. There was a musty odor that did not go away. Spending a little extra on decent towels, pillows and sheets would go a long way. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Nice place to stay, code to the beach, a lot of thing for the beach in room, except towels. I was not a fan of the 6:30 am trash dumpster pickup 2 days in a row. This was a great place to stay, we will stay here again

Location was good. Condo needs upgrade. Both beds were swayed in the center, very uncomfortable. Internet weak only support one device at a time. TV, modem and router wiring laying exposed on the kitchen floor. The stove from the 1950's had aluminum foil and one used pie pan as food catcher plates under the burners. Only one of four burner eyes worked. Poor kitchen circuitry as breaker kicked out with coffee maker, toaster, and stove on at one time. Couch and chairs stained. It's evident the owner has not maintained this unit. Not what we deserved for the rate.

The location is amazing - walking distance to all good bars and restaurants. Beach was close, heated pool was appreciated. Kitchen could use an update- we ate in a lot as we stayed a month - stove took a bit to figure out. Bathroom newly redone very nice, living room furniture comfy. People in the complex very nice and helpful!! Would love to rebook again if opening become available!!

Great location. A minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The unit is a little older but for the value and location we give it two thumbs up and 5 stars. Will definitely stay here again and already planning to come back and book this unit. Owner is also very responsive. Thank you!

Very central to all restaurants on St Pete Beach. Easy beach access. Lovely pool area. Easy parking. Nice to be on the first floor. Unit had some nice aspects: clean, good sheets, nice collection of housewares, newly remodeled bathroom with shower basics dispenser, great to have beach gear. Couch/loveseat stained, but we just covered each with the nice extra sheeting. Had looked forward to basic cable, but without any written instructions, you have to figure out how to watch limited live channel programming through a type of smart TV remote… learning curve. Only two kitchen chairs, which was fine for just us, but if there are more in your party, you may have to use LR seating. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Very close to the beach and lots of different restaurants. The pool was wonderful. The other guests were great, even the kids were rather quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We couldn’t have found a better location. You walk right out the door to the pool. It’s located on the beach. Tons of great restaurants and stores to walk to. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Roger is also a great host. We arrived early and called him to see if we could check in before 4 pm. He said it was all ready for us.
